Excellent professional and Human being! I was on vacation in Seattle and a bracket fell off. I´m from outside the US and I was worried on how expensive would changing a bracket be. Dr. Riolo and his amazing staff didn´t charge me and did an amazing job so that my treatment wouldn´t be impacted. I made sure my dentist back home pays it off, and If I get to go back to Seattle longer I´d definately carry on my treatment with Dr. Riolo.

I have been a patient of Dr. Riolo for two years and have been very satisfied with his work. I have found him to be both an exceptionally competent orthodontist and uncommonly caring professional. He is very skillful in maximizing patient comfort during orthodontic procedures. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Riolo and his staff. When I came highly referred to Dr. Riolo I was scared as I do not like the dentist or any dental work. I was greeted by Kristy warmly and was immediately felt at home. Kristy could sense I was nervous and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and at place. When I finally met Dr. Riolo I was at ease. He is extremely professional and made my comfort his priority. He in detail examined me and detailed what my life with braces would be like. 12 months later I would not be more thankful. I felt out of place being an adult getting braces but once I had them I wanted to be an ally. I was always welcome and rooted on for the next step and for that I am forever grateful.

Dr. Riolo is absolutely amazing! I don’t know what else to say. He was so friendly, kindhearted, funny, and positive throughout my treatment. As an orthodontist treated by another orthodontist, I must say that I received nothing but high quality care. Had a wonderful experience getting some new retainers made! So fast, and love that they use digital imaging instead of the old plaster molds to create the trays...a much more pleasant session! Entire staff is friendly and very accommodating on scheduling visits. Highly recommend!

Dr. Riolo is awesome. We were visiting from Northern California and my sons permanent retainer came unattached on one side on the weekend. Dr. Riolo responded promptly via e-mail during the weekend and set up an appointment at 9am Monday to be seen. We filled out the heath questionnaire online prior to coming in and Dr. Riolo resolved the issue perfectly. He is a life saver.

Im about to get my braces off, which means Ive been going to Dr. Riolos office for almost two years. Here are all the reasons I highly recommend this place!1. Dr. Riolo does top-notch work. Im not an orthodontist, so how do I know this? Well one time I was in London and a wire came loose. I went to see an orthodontist there to patch me up. When he was finished this British doctor told me how impressed he was at how my braces were set up, and to give Dr. Riolo his compliments. Thats when I knew that Dr. R is at the top of his game.2. The office is super responsive at getting you in if something is bothering you. When you have braces, its a fact of life that things come loose sometimes. Every single time this happened, they have gotten me in there in 24 or 48 hours max, even if I told them it wasnt that big of a deal. I seriously appreciate this. They make you feel like your well-being is a priority.3. The people in the office are incredibly friendly and fun. This is going to sound cheesy, but when I go in for an appointment it doesnt feel like a dentist appointment, it feels like Im going to hang out with my friends. My family and I were in Seattle mid August on a holiday from Dubai. I had been wearing braces for 1.5 years. They only came off a month prior to my trip. I was on my holiday when it broke. A gap started to appear in between my two front teeth much to my dismay. I was really stuck and needed some assistance.We found Dr. Riolos clinic and I have to say he was wonderful. He could tell I was upset by the situation and he immediately took my booking. When I got to his clinic he met me and proceeded to make me feel at ease. He made two new retainers for me and did not charge me through the roof. Ive been working with Dr. Riolo for about a year now and I couldnt be happier. Im almost finished with treatment and am totally satisfied with the results. It has been an easy and nearly painless process to have the smile Ive always wanted.Heres one reason Im grateful I ended up in his office and not where I had done a previous consultation:Dr. Riolo saw a unique way for me to utilize Invisalign but their automated treatment plan system kept rejecting it. Because his method offered optimal results in the most efficient way, he went to bat for me and made numerous phone calls until he reached a human being that could fulfill the treatment plan he prescribed. As a health care practitioner myself, I know how time consuming and frustrating these computer systems can be, and any doctor who is willing to take their own time to make sure their patient gets the best care should be recognized.

I am getting Invisalign through Dr. Riolos office and I couldnt be happier with their support throughout the process. Their office is very easy to find, and although it is right downtown, parking is quite easy to find right by the building. The staff are very welcoming and down to earth, making the office environment comfortable and relaxing, yet very professional at the same time. I had many questions about the process and their explanations were clear, allowing me to trust in their work. The office had a few patients being worked on while I was there, but I never felt ignored or neglected as a client. Overall, I would definitely recommend this orthodontic clinic!

I had lingual braces, which involved implants-dr.riolo helped me make the right decision and helped coordinating with my other dental office! Dr. Riolo and his assistants are super friendly! But scheduling with front desk is extremely difficult and inflexible.

Ive been to multiple orthodontists since age 9 (now 21), had headgear, expander and multiple braces through out the years and have not had an experience with an orthodontist that has been as attentive or personable as Riolos office. Absolutely, genuine, extremely detail oriented and wants nothing but what is best for his patients. I had many insecurities with my teeth and was ready to get complete veneers however, my dentist recommended me to see Riolo about braces and Invisalign beforehand. My issues with my teeth were not an easy fix and Ive been consistently amazed and excited by the amount of detail and care hes put into my Ortho treatment the past year. My braces treatment required a lot of technique and close attention every appointment and it was very priceless that Dr.Riolo was nothing more than ready and excited to do it. His expertise has transformed my teeth and I actually dont need to think about getting veneers anymore which wouldve been much more costly. The office and the dental assistants are absolutely the loveliest and patient on answering all of my questions and making my appointments. Having had experiences with quite a few other orthodontists Im super excited whenever I get the chance to recommend Dr. Riolo. For anyone looking for orthodontic treatment I know theyll be in the best care when I tell them about his office.

Chris Riolo and team really know what theyre doing! The treatment is fantastic and everyone is personable and for what Im having done, its extremely affordable!I started with Riolo Orthodontics last May. After one consultation we decided to being with Incognito braces and this has been the most phenomenal experience. I had *what I think* is a fairly complicated situation and Dr. Riolo has timed everything perfectly so that I had braces on, started movement, had a tooth extraction and he placed a pontic (false tooth) in its place on the brace wire. Not a single person has ever thought my teeth were not exactly as they were supposed to be. Dr. Riolo cut the pontic to look exactly like its matching eye tooth and it fits in perfectly on the Incognito Braces. It is impossible to tell that its 1.NOT MY TOOTH and 2.That I have braces holding it on! Were finishing up lateral angular movement with elastics and once there is alignment I will have the screws placed for my implant and we will hide that with the pontic for a bit longer until the actual crown can be placed. Im pretty sure that even after I have completed treatment I will keep going in their office just to stop by and say hi because of how wonderful everyone has been!
