Ive been a patient here for a little under a year and have had a really good experience with both metal braces and Invisalign. The staff is super friendly and professional and I really appreciate that whenever they are working on my teeth, they tell me what they are doing. I also really like the front office staff - they always greet me by name and have been awesome about squeezing me in a few times when Ive had brackets come off / had an issue with one of my wires. Kelly is an awesome assistant - Ive had her twice recently - shes so sweet and made sure to assure me that the brackets coming loose/wire poking out wasnt my fault.

Ballard Orthodontists did a great job transforming my bite and teeth and I look and feel like a new person! All staff were professional and the equipment used is state of the art. I came here to get fitted for my Invisalign and the visit could not have gone more smoothly. Allia was very informative and walk me through the whole process and what to expect. She made sure I was comfortable during the attaching of the attachments and was pain free (unlike other dental visits)! I’m glad I chose this place to get my Invisalign.. which was years overdue anyway.

This place is the most accommodating and professional place in general but especially with orthodontics. They have walked me through over a year of Invisalign and another few months of braces. I completed a 15 month Invisalign treatment partially during the pandemic. The staff were great! They did a great job maintaining a safe office during COVID and my results are wonderful.

Went here recently to replace retainers Ive had for a long time. The staff here are excellent; friendly and professional. They take the proper COVID precautions, which puts me more at ease. Dr. Chatur is a colleague of mine and I have the utmost respect for her. She is incredibly skilled at delivering high quality cases with Invisalign, even the most challenging cases that have been told by other practitioners that is can’t be done. Guess what? She can! I have seen her work and I highly recommend her.

My experience with them has been nothing short of what you’d expect great customer service to be. When I signed up for Invisalign they were great at helping me through the entire process. Talk about girl power! These lovely ladies are so caring about their patients, they work beautifully as a team, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile. The office is so colorful, while being aesthetically pleasing; they have two different sections for kids to play in; they are very good at communicating with their patients; take the time to explain anything that you may not be sure about; very flexible when you may need to make an impromptu visit to fix something; and they always keeps the atmosphere light and happy, while upholding very high quality services. I normally have the same two technicians who are absolutely amazing. On my most recent visit I had several incidences with a new technician and went to the front desk to tell them about my unpleasant experience. The way the office as a whole handled it was incredibly validating and professional making me feel a lot better and heard. Its going to feel bitter sweet getting my braces off as I wont get to look forward to seeing them every few weeks.

Getting braces for the first time in my 30s has been an exciting experience, and Im so happy Im going to Ballard Orthodontics. They put together a detailed plan for me, connected me with oral surgeons in the area for major work, and have been so friendly and helpful throughout. Anyone who has done this knows there is a lot of recurring discomfort, especially with my two-year treatment, but every appointment the staff help manage expectations and explain whats going on. Treatment is still in ongoing, but Im very pleased with progress.

The staff there is very friendly and professional. Their practice is large enough that it’s not difficult to find openings that work for your schedule. And parking is available in the building garage which is super helpful! They are always on time and we’ve never had to wait. We are one year in and we’re seeing great progress.

The decision to begin orthodontic treatment is not always easy, as the cost and time investment can be quite significant. However, I have just completed a wonderful 16 month experience with Ballard Ortho and Im so happy with my results! Things have definitely changed over the past year due to pandemic precautions and increased virtual appointments, but everyone at the practice has been extremely friendly and informative throughout the entire process. The staff and the facilities are amazing! BUT, I didn’t get to meet the orthodontist during my consult, and she began prescribing treatment through one of the assistants before she personally interviewed me and made assumptions about the cause of my teeth shifting based off of pictures. She may be right, but I have a case where a first hand story might be really helpful in diagnosing what is causing my teeth to shift. I didn’t have the opportunity to share pertinent background information with the orthodontist, and therefore, I am not comfortable following through with the treatment prescribed.I would be very cautious to take any orthodontist’s advice without the orthodontist personally talking to you first.On the plus side, they got me in very quickly, and everyone was kind and efficient! It was also helpful how they laid out the financial plans that I could use to pay for the prescribed treatment.

Dr. Chatur and all of the staff at Ballard Orthodontics are friendly, professional and know how to put you at ease. My needs are complex due to a unique dental background. I have needed a combination of treatment types to get my teeth where they need to be. Going through this as an adult has been difficult, both due to the necessary (minor) discomfort and potential for embarrassment. However, Ballard Orthodontics has been impressively responsive when I had a question or needed to be seen on short notice. They understand what it means to wear braces as an adult and have provided many options to make the treatment less visible. During my visits it is clear that the staff enjoys what they do and that the patients (and the parents of young patients) like going there. I highly recommend this practice!

My teeth shifted significantly after having traditional braces as a teenager, and in my late 20’s I did extensive research to find a highly recommended orthodontist that both specialized in Invisalign and offered a flexible payment option. I went to Ballard Orthodontics to fix glue a permanent retainer that had popped off my teeth. My experience getting the retainer reattached was positive, but 2-3 months after the re-glue, I noticed that my teeth had shifted. Ultimately, you never want to come away from an orthodontist appointment thinking, My teeth are worse. For that reason, I would never recommend this practice. Additionally, when I called to schedule and appointment to fix the retainer, I was told that I would be charged for the doctor to look at the retainer. I just do not agree with this business practice. If the provider makes a mistake, I dont think the onus is on me to pay for the exam.This is my experience as someone who did not get her braces at Ballard Orthodontics. You may have a wonderful experience, if that is the path that you choose to take. However, if you are planning to go here for a fix to your existing orthodontic work, I would not recommend this place.

Getting braces as an adult was daunting, but I was made to feel so comfortable and all my appointments were always fun! The staff are all super friendly! I was also most grateful that everything was very straight forward and transparent. There was never any surprise expenses to pay for additional work - everything was included, no matter what may happen, in the initial price. My experience was so wonderful, maybe Ill get braces again... Naaaaah

The customer service is top notch. The office sends reminders via texts a week and a day in advance so that you can never your appointments; this is extremely helpful when you have a million other things going on in your life. The team is very friendly. They always ensure to greet you with a smile and provide detailed explanations of the procedures they are performing that day. They are quick in getting you in and out, but are patient to answer any questions their clients may have.Im on the invaslign treatment and am about 3 months away from completing my treatment. The team has been accurate with the treatment timelines. They routinely perform checkups to make sure that your treatment is still on track. So far, Im really happy with my treatment!

Has an awesome environment to be in, every one is super nice and super chill and they definitely make it worth of what youre spending. I was in need of a new retainer. It had been at least 12 years since I had braces, so I didnt have a dedicated Orthodontist anymore. I googled the closest Orthodontist to my house, and was directed to Ballard Orthodontics. I contacted them by email, and received a response almost immediately, which was a great first impression. Once I explained I was just looking to get a replacement retainer and that I needed an appointment as early in the morning as possible so that I didnt have to miss much work, I was able to schedule an appointment just a few days later at 7am. Perfect! I was emailed all of the paperwork that I would need to fill out so I didnt have to spend the 5 extra minutes doing that in the morning. When I walked in, I was greeted very warmly. I handed over my paperwork and was taken back instantly. April did my impression, which was quick and mess free! I was done within 10 minutes of walking in. She let me know that it would only take 20-30 minutes to make my retainer. I walked across the street, got some coffee, went back to the office and waited. The receptionist was extremely friendly and chatty. April let me know she was done, I went back to make sure it fit, and it fit perfectly! My appointment started at 7am and I was walking out the door WITH my retainer at 7:40am. One of the most friendly, painless and stress free Orthodontic experiences Ive ever had! I would definitely recommend.

The orthodontic work I have had done at Ballard Orthodontics has been truly life changing. Before my Invisiline, I could only touch my back teeth together and I had terrible TMJ.
