I’m so sick of calling people to get answers and talking to people who just want to pick fights. I don’t understand why people who hate people go into business where the whole job centers around helping people

I have now had the pleasure of working with HomeSight on two separate occasions: initially as a first time homebuyer back in 2018, and more recently as I refinanced for a better interest rate.Through their courteous service and generous financial assistance, I have managed to achieve what once seemed impossible: a home with my name on the deed! The process was simple, transparent, and very fair. There were no gimmicks or weird hidden fees anywhere along the way (one of the benefits of working with a nonprofit vs. a bank or private institution); instead, painstaking effort was made to ensure I was getting an equitable deal on my purchase and that I was fully educated about each step of the home-buying process.I’ve interacted with numerous members of HomeSight’s staff over the years and I’ve always been treated with an impressive degree of kindness, respect, and patience. Ali was my primary loan officer during the purchase (he’s wonderful!) and Janet was my primary point of contact during the refinance (she’s equally fantastic, and pro-tip: ask her for recommendations on where to get the best pan dulce!)It’s clear that HomeSight cares about the wellbeing of its clients and the community serves. While I’m a fairly skeptical person by nature, HomeSight has earned not only my trust but my loyalty and admiration.Kudos, team! Keep up the great work!

HomeSights financial counseling helped my family save money and stay on track to homeownership. Their lending team was responsive and friendly through the entire buying process, even while dealing with unrealistic timelines of the seller. Without HomeSight my family and I would not have reached our goal of homeownership. I highly recommend HomeSight, and am thankful for the work they do to make homeownership attainable for more people.

Im celebrating 8 years in my beautiful new home this coming April. Homesight is the reason I was able to buy a home when I thought I would never be able to do so. The process was effortless. I still call the office occasionally with questions and theyre always available to help.

I bought my house through HomeSight in 2011 and it was the best investment Ive ever made. Once I was qualified, the process was very simple. I came back to HomeSight in 2016 to refinance my loan. They offered me the lowest rate in the market and Ali was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional that he made me feel I was in good hands the whole time. I started my refi in November and I was closing by December 15. I recommend HomeSight to anybody looking for an affordable loan.

I purchased my home through Homesight. They are definitely going the extra mile to get you from point A to Z with buying a home. The online class was all valuable information you need to know. They qualified me for many first time home buyers programs to give me the home buying assistance I needed in this competitive market. Thanks to Ali and the Home Buying Team.Signed,Happy home owner

Loan officer kept our pre-approval application in limbo for almost a month with excuses about being delayed and getting our application to the underwriter. Come to find out she quit and no one told us, she never sent our application to the underwriter and it was actually still missing more information that she never asked for. We missed out on several homes we were interested in but worse of all is that we now have to extend our apt lease and start the loan process over from the begining.
