Kind, professional, helpful staff and doctors. I did my sleep study here. They were able to coordinate with me so my Mom could do an at home sleep study since she is high risk for Covid-19.

I like Dr. Consens. She helped me quite a bit and I am doing better than when I arrived. The clinic is overwhelmed with patients and it is difficult to be seen and there are large gaps between appointments but if you are persistent and make your appointments they can help. They need more doctors so the patients they do have can get more frequent care but it is a decent clinic.

Dr. Watson, the nursing staff, and the assistants consistently listen, do everything in their power to help, and have always shown they care about me as a person, not just another number. The quality of my life significantly improved through their care and they all have my sincere gratitude.

It takes months to schedule appointments and providers repeatedly change their availability, sometimes leading to a delay of another few months. Trying to call to speak to someone about scheduling can be difficult, as you first have to talk to someone at the general Harborview call center, and they often cant get anyone on the phone at the sleep clinic. Sleep apnea is serious and can lead to many cascading health problems, not to mention impairing work productivity, impacting social life, etc. I understand that this clinic is busy, but I dont understand how it can take months and months even to get a diagnosis. At the very least, they should make it easier to talk to someone on the phone who knows what is going on and can be helpful.

If your traveling from a far distance don’t be in a hurry to be on timeThey won’t let you in until they decide to come get you after 7:30 pm. No place to use the restroomPoor service like the university of Washington Medical Center.

Impossible to actually call and speak to anyone in the actual clinic. They are hostile to patients who want to contact the doctor, and route all calls to an off-site call center.
