Very Happy to visit here I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

This office was very nice. The receptionist was lovely. However, this office grossly mismanaged my intake appointment, and now, over a month later, I am just finding out how much.Dr. Olson at this location completely mismanaged my intake, and I will not be returning to him as a clinician.I filled out a medical records release so that appropriate files could be sent over in time for a specialist referral. In addition to the form I filled out with the exact language my previous care provider had told me was necessary for the release, the nurse asked me to sign an extra blank form. I followed up with the both offices to ensure the records arrived. I was assured they had.A month later, I found out she never sent my original release, instead filling out the blank release without copying over the specific records request. The records did not come and I was unable to get treatment during any of the 3 specialist appointments.Of the 2 specialists I was referred to, neither of them were the appropriate doctor for my treatment - I was referred to the wrong specialty - twice.I have transferred to another PCP in the Swedish network.

Dr. Kaye and his staff are excellent! Dr. Kaye is very thorough and is great about listening to your symptoms and then ordering specific lab work to identify the root cause. Im happy I found him and Sand Point.

Very efficient and professional from front to back. I was in no hurry and if I was, they took me in promptly. My physician, Dr. Kaye, Took time with me and I did not feel rushed. He answered all my questions. The office’s lab was excellent with an extremely competent lab person! My entire experience was more than satisfactory!

Great care, my whole family has been happy with two of the physicians here! Very trustworthy people here, and they really seem up to date with the latest medical recommendations.

Everything was smoothly processed. Importantly nothing hurt !!

Ive visited with two doctors at the Sandpoint Primary Care office and both were wonderful. I think Ill be with them for a very long time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
