I went here for a USCIS medical exam. I found them to be fast and efficient. All the necessary documents were provided and looked professional. The staff were friendly and made the process easy. Yes, as others mention the costs are higher than other places, however, I couldnt find anywhere else that had the quick turnaround time I needed.

The front desk lady showed an arrogant attitude and blamed me on spending too much time when asking questions. It is actually due to their inefficiency and unprofessional service. On contrary, it is me that should blame them on wasting my time and being informed of a very exaggerating price of 1000 bucks at last! Ironically, the same medical service can be done else where with only 1/3 of their price. 😒

Everything was wonderful. For immigration procedures, it was fast, simple, reliable, and they gave us very good advice.Everything was covered. Very professional and friendly. Immigration accepted everything without problems.

This place is a scam. They tried getting $1500 out of us for my wifes second medical exam. And made excuses of why she had to pay so much. Its a joke and they are mean. The people inside sat and watched as my wife sat outside knocking for 25 minutes be sure they knew she wasnt gonna pay and she left her paperwork and purse inside. Its horrible this place is named after The Apostle Paul. Smh.

Most of the negative reviews here are about the expense, it is indeed above the average price, however, they did confirm all the details of the insurance coverage and expense with me before conducting the medical check to make sure we were aligned on the fee. I can also see some misunderstandings might come from the ESL situation of receptionist, I assume their good intention, but yes, there is room to improve the communication.If its for immigration medical check, they are very efficient and experienced that you can get your documents ready in a week. The blood draw was also very smooth and painless.

The doctor and the nurse were super helpful and completely transparent. The cost is definitely on the higher side but not unreasonable. They asked me upfront twice if I was okay with the cost. And they’re one of the only few civil surgeon locations in Seattle. They were super nice and also gave me suggestions on how to mail and do’s and don’ts when mailing the perm medicals.Surprised to read all the negative reviews here. If you’re gonna come with all the negative energy, of course you’re gonna have a bad day. Just sayin.

SCAM. Stay away from this place.I visited this fraudulent place for my immigration paper work. They mentioned that they would accept insurance for the process but I ended up paying $1800 for the tests and paperwork, which could have been done with less than $500.

I love Dr Pham and his assistant (wife), my favorite doctor and clinic ever, they are amazing couple and very helpful. The clinic is very clean and they are very professional and experience. I have to admit you pay for what you get. There is no greedy or cheating in anyway at this clinic. I dont know about other reviewers but I found negative reviews about Dr. Pham and his assistant (wife) are totally not true! Dr. Pham wife is a wonderful lady. She is smart, strong and care for all patients. She is very straight forward and helped my wife and son resolved a lot of medical issues. I found other clinics are lack of knowledge and experience and end up that we had to pay the bills much more. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! If you dont like for what you pay then you have the right to look for elsewhere.

My husband and I went here to get our I-693 forms filled out, mostly because it was relatively easy to get in touch with them, and get an appointment (compared to other civil surgeons in the area).They seem to be reasonably efficient at filling the forms, and are quite accommodating. We received the (accurate) forms in about a week, and had to visit only twice (including a repeat visit to get our TB skin test results read). The receptionist+nurse+billing department, Madeleine, even offered to come in on a weekend to get it done faster.However, be sure to confirm costs upfront, and do not get vaccinations here if you can avoid it. I got my Tetanus vaccine here, and received verbal confirmation that it would cost about $55 (the same as in a drugstore). A month later, I received notification of an insurance claim for $55+$75(admin fees)+$79(office visit). Apparently this is standard practice for a vaccination at a doctors office, but still came as an unpleasant surprise.Additionally, there was a accidental $145 claim for an office visit. They have agreed to retract the claim, but their actions do not inspire trust

Be careful, these guys are asking for $998 for an Immigration Medical Exam. That amount does not align with other prices of competitors in the area.

Unbelievable cost ( triple times of average) and waiting time (5 hours)!

Dr.pham is good, but his assistant is very greedy, she always try to cheat you with insurance cover but after that she send you the bill, if you try to ask, she will answer with a stammer.I tried to blame with Dr.Pham and find out she is the wife and treat him as the boss. Stay away with this practice, until they change the staff.

Avoid this place at all costs.This place is a scam. I went there for green card medical exam and ended up paying close to$1,500 + another $300 to the insurance. My sister went to a clinic in Lynnwood and paid only $450 TOTAL with NO insurance.Be aware... There are many reasonable clinics out there...

This place is a scam. I called them and scheduled an appointment to complete my i-693 examination. Over the phone they told that they take my insurance and my doctor visit and vaccinations are covered under insurance. I got there and after waiting for 2.5 hours for my appointment, they finally called me and showed me a bill of 1000$ that I needed to pay right then and in cash! They also told that I would have to go back there for at least 2-3 more visits. The copay that was listed in there was double amount of what is written in my insurance card (I had confirmed with the insurance as this doctor is in my network). It seemed very strange to me and I tried to take a picture of the bill but the receptionist attacked me and snatched it out of my hand and said I cannot have the information unless I pay them right then! She also tried to take away my phone and was quite persistent until I told that I am calling 911 and other patients and the doctor in the office stepped in. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and said I should go and get service elsewhere if I did not like their pricing. There seems to be a trend in immigrants who are taken advantage of and I hope that all of us report this issue to USCIS and make sure that there are no illegal charging.

Excellent service! The team at the clinic proved to be highly efficient, systematic and most importantly, very reliable - leaving no stone unturned, they did an impeccable job of a process that would normally be quite challenging. I wouldnt think twice about turning to them for help anytime.

AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!! I wish I had read the reviews before booking my green card exam appointment there. This place is such a scam. They billed my insurance company 3 times for my green card medical exam after charging me $299. They filed 1 annual physical exam claim and 2 doctor visit claims so they got nearly $1,000 from my insurance company which limited my future doctor visits that could be covered by my insurance company. The doctor and receptionist were also rude and not professional. I chose them because I wanted to get the exam done as fast as possible. But it ended up taking way more visits and time than I could have taken if I chose any other doctors. Its my biggest regret of 2018 to have my green card exam there....

This place is a scam. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all, they told me on the phone that my insurance will cover the medical examination. When I reach there, they gave me a bill of $1000. They told me to pay out of pocket and get it reimbursed from my employer. Obviously, thats not how it works because the insurance should cover it. When I refused and decided to go home, the receptionist yelled at me and blamed me for wasting her time. Stay away !

I had a good experience with my I-693 exam. Other reviewers complained about how long it took to get the paperwork but I for me the whole process took just a week, which is fast considering I had to get all the vaccines and you cant get them all the same day.

They charge a lot more for green card medical exam and make you visit so many times. Look for someone else. My other doctor needed to see my wife and daughter only once and charged less than a half.

What should have been an hour long formality ended up being a two week ordeal.We were told that the form filling charges were $180 per person which is a bit steep but we went ahead with it anyway since we were able to get an appointment here earlier than anywhere else. The first appointment went fine, but towards the end the doctor says well have to come for another visit, and itll be an additional $140 per visit per person. I confirmed if that would be the last visit, and was assured that it would be. After the second visit, I was once again informed that Ill need to come for additional visits. This repeated up until the 4th and final visit when I was finally handed my I-693s for a grand total of $1,200.Oh, and payment is cash only. No receipt is provided unless you forcefully ask for one, and then youre provided a shady looking receipt that has no mention of the clinic or doctor, just a piece of paper with the date, your name, and amount paid written by HAND on it.I made the mistake of not pushing for a receipt for two visits - the receptionist told me shed give an aggregated receipt on my next visit. On my last visit, when I asked for the previous receipts she had the gall to claim I had not paid for two of the visits - and took the I-693 envelopes back from us. After a long argument she agreed to check the security camera footage. After an arduous hour or so of going through the tapes, we were finally able to find footage of me handing over the cash, and her counting it in plain view of the camera. She then claimed I hadnt paid for the other visit, and I again challenged her to check the footage at which point she finally conceded and wrote out an aggregated receipt (with the wrong date, no less). We got to the clinic that day at 2:15pm and left at 6:00pm. Not a single word of apology was given for wasting our time, and putting us through that ordeal.Im frankly amazed a clinic like this exists in a place like Seattle, it would be more fitting to find it in a dark alley of a lawless crime infested third world country.Avoid this place at all costs.

I went in for a standard dermatology appointment, to get my acne looked at. I was the only one there for the hour and half I was there. The doctor prescribed me Minocycline, a very standard acne medication, and Spironolactone which is basically a testosterone blocker. I am a 20 year old male, so I wont be taking that. I was then barraged with $50 dollar sun-screen and $50 moisturizer and a number of other products that I could get anywhere else. Then, I kid you not, I was shown before and after pictures for their expensive laser therapy treatment. The whole thing was very unprofessional. I do not trust these people and I wont be going back.

Came here for I-693 exam – arrived for 5pm appointment to check TB skin and syphilis test results, left at 7:30pm.Charged 3x the cost for vaccines compared to Walgreens, the office doesnt keep payment records (patient in front of me disputed a payment and the staff had to review video camera footage to verify that they paid), will nickel and dime you for everything you need. The only person staffing reception is the one nurse, who is stretched thin between managing the reception and also performing the required tests.Very sketchy business practices – demanded that all payments be made in cash.The saving grace is that they managed to actually issue the form.

Avoid at all cost. Total scam. Charged over $1000 for I-693. Refuse to let us use insurance even they are in-network. The doctor asked too many unrelated personal questions.

Came in to get a simple skin issue checked out. Very unprofessional, uncomfortable and strange experience. Waited 45 minutes for my appointment (despite nobody in the lobby)

DO NOT COME! Horrible Experience Here. Just a boil on my face but the doctor keep asking me to come back for nothing. Charge me a hell lot while each consulting is just 5 mina. Forced push the boil on my face and left me with a huge scar on the face.

Dont go there, they even dont try to test and try to cure. they just advertise their products and expensive surgery

The worst clinic I have ever been. I went for the i-693 and they made us come 3 times, and wanted to charge every time even if we had to go because they forgot to tell us to fast for the blood test or because they did not have the results yet. They do not accept cards neither checks, but they do not tell in advance when you make the appointment. They made us a complete whole blood test even if it was unncessary for the i-693, but didnt tell us it was unncessary (we discovered it later because of other friends that took the exam in other clinics), so that they could charge more. We even had to wait in one ocassion for more than 2 hours. I would for sure never go there, overall if I had a serious medical condition.

Quite a bad experience. Please stay away! Went for i693 - they charged almost 1000 dollars apart from insurance and quite unprofessional in keeping up any appointment.
