If I could give zero stars I would. This place has absolutely no concept of scheduling and time management. It is absurd that so much tax payer funds goes to this place. The funding goes to paying for incompetent doctors (using that word lightly), staff, and management all who sit there and collect a check while not actually doing their job. They act like veterans work for them and owe them hours to figure things out when in reality they are paid to do the job serving us.There is also a huge flaw in the corporate culture here as I have personally witnessed on several occasions that the lack of morals and ethics here allow workers to take advantage of the elderly, lie to veterans, and cover up their own mistakes at the expense of those being served. How there hasnt been a class action lawsuit already is besides me. There needs to he a major overall of management (executive suite), advocates, and quality management.

There is a giant sign here made of individual letters that spell the phrase,we honor our heros. I dont believe they know what those words actually mean.The care my husbands received here, and the lies that we have been told are unconscionable travesties.
