Great gym, not so great management.Well stocked with all kinds of equipment. I never had to wait to get access to any machine.Theyre well stocked with cleaning supplies like sanitizers and napkins so that you can use them for the equipment if desired. They clean the equipments multiple times throughout the day. They have a very nice swimming pool. Thats probably the highlight for me. I also use the cycling and yoga rooms once in a while. The locker room is clean and free lockers and towels are always available. The staff is fine but management and operations could be better. They seem to be out of touch with the members and dont make the members feel welcome.

This review should have some weight considering I own a gym downtown and Im pretty critical about others.I joined this gym about a month ago and honestly, the biggest highlight Id the staff. Stephen (lead membership sales) and the whole front desk staff are friendly and genuine. Ive had nothing but fun, up beat conversation evertime I go in.I mostly use free weights so a dumbell is a dumbell anywhere. Im happy with thier equipment (machines) even though it does remind me of the 1990s. Hey if it still works, why replace it. Thier indoor basketball court and pool are fantastic.Very very much looking forward to thier childcare and Cafe re opening. I have a 2 yo and that would really help get in more. Im also always hungry :)Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.

I work out here five times per week and really like the club. There are so many things to do here – I like to play squash games myself. After my workout I hit the nutrition café for a healthy drink or snack. I give the Seattle Athletic Club two thumbs up!

My only complain would be not finding this gym before. Nice pool, great classes, friendly staff, everything is immaculate and you can tell Covid procedures are followed to the letter. Plenty of parking. I even had to jump start my car in their lot once and a member of the staff came out to assist. I did not experience any of the rudeness other customers claimed they encountered. My experience so far has been wonderful and I look forward to many more wonderful workouts at Seattle Athletic Club.

Seattle Athletic Club is very nice. They keep the facility spotless and follow Covid guidelines. The staff is friendly and professional as well. They have a number of great classes to pick from if you like and of course, every machine or weights that you can imagine. It is the best place to workout.

The staff and facilities at the Seattle Athletic Club are kind, professional, welcoming and sparkling clean. Despite my hesitation to join a gym during the pandemic, I feel VERY safe and comfortable. I solely use the gym to go swimming and find that the locker rooms, showers and pool area are maintained in impeccable condition. I also appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff here. Highly recommend this gym community to anyone looking for a place to swim, work out, go to yoga class or anything else that this gym provides. Thanks to the amazing staff here to make this place what it is!!!

Love my water aerobics. I’ve belonged to more than one gym in my lifetime. Seattle Athletic Club is hands down my favorite gym. They have very good sanitation rules and regulations. I appreciate that.

No clue why this place has so many bad reviews. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. I can only assume the reviews are posted by people who signed up and went 1 or 2 times. If you are serious about your health and fitness this is a great place.

From the time that I first joined The Seattle Athletic Club Northgate, I have been warmly welcomed into a community that celebrates health and fellowship. All areas of the club are clean and well maintained. The staff is professional, helpful, and kind. This past year of COVID has been exceptionally hard for all of us. The Seattle Athletic Club has adapted to changes in safety requirements, always staying current with newest guidelines. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the ways that the club has allowed members limited visits, with proper protocols. The gift of health is a gift indeed.

The gym is very immaculate, the staff is just great and the locker rooms are always clean. And I have been in locker rooms at other places that were just filthy and reeked. For these reasons and so many more, I highly recommend Seattle Athletic Club.

Seattle Athletic Club is always clean and the staff is very friendly. They are very much on top of COVID protocols which make you feel safe. Before COVID happened, I enjoyed classes and loved them. Now that things are getting better, I am looking forward to attending again in the future!

The front desk female staff was unprofessional and rude when explaining the change of the gym policy. The management team should train their staff how to communicate with the customer with respect.

I was a member pre-pandemic and had rejoined recently. One thing that has not changed: customer service, cleanliness, and the overall quality of the club. What has changed is how you reserve a pool lane or other activity offered. I joined SACNG primarily for their pool. The new reservation system, while frustrating initially, is terrific. I no longer wait for a lane, but it does require me to plan. I hope they keep this aspect of Covid-19 adaption as they move toward resuming the pre-pandemic business.

Ive been a member since 2001, and this club has been awesome. Friendly staff and friendly members. Clean facility with great equipment. Swimming, Squash, Personal Trainers, Yoga, Cycling classes, Basketball, Free Weights, Weight Machines, Cardio room with everything. You cant go wrong! When covid-19 numbers allowed them to open on a limited basis, they put in safety protocols to keep us all safe while enabling members to take advantage of the facility. Wearing a mask and working out is easier than you think when faced with rain and snow outside! Im looking forward to working out without a mask when that time comes, but for now the Seattle Athletic Club is the place to be!

Cant say enough good things about this club and their staff especially during this time! if you want to join a gym that actually cares about their members like these guys do this is your place! Ive seen lots of other gyms not taking the safety precautions seriously but at SAC they do and i feel safe going to workout here! Normally they have lots of member activities going on also, we cant wait to get back to that!

You can get your exercise, let your kids play in the Kids Club and also take advantage of their Pedicure and Manicure services. This gym covers all the bases. Grab a 1-Day pass and check things out. It’s worth it.

My children and I love going to SAC. It is a wonderful environment for our family and I feel safe going there with all the precautions they are taking to make sure it is clean and following all the guidelines so we can workout during this time. Their staff is attentive, kind and helpful and I’m so thankful for their hard work.

Great location for people in the city. Amazing gym etiquette all around. Equipments are always back to its place, same with the plates, and people always willing to let you work in.

Some of the classes are great. The crowd is very mellow. Newer cardio machines. Cafe upstairs has quick and easy bites. Locker rooms are nice, services offered are comprehensive. Only cons are the music selection is geared towards a much older crowd and some of the old biddies in there are annoying gossips and take over in the locker room.

The SAC is a fantastic all round club that offers a myriad of activities from swimming to Pilates, to basketball and volleyball, to squash and massage, to spinning and Body Pump, in addition to the usual cardio and Free Motion machines and free weights. The trainers and instructors are all very knowledgeable and they never fail to motivate and push you to strive higher. Above all, I enjoy the camaraderie with the staff and members, they make the club feel like home.
