Would not take a class here unless you have 1-2 years minimum of previous hip hop dance training. If you don’t, while the teacher was super nice, you won’t even raise your heart rate as all newbies seemed to spend the whole time barely in-sync. trying to follow along with her fast-paced & ever-changing moves (myself included). You can’t even hear her instructions over the blasting music, she was practically screaming while not thinking to turn down music... and studio is very small. Not to the point of being intimate, but instead to the point of being cramped and overheated very easily! Everyone here is very kind though, I wish it had been a great experience.

I love dancing at this studio!! Ive been specifically coming to Oula dance fitness for years (though they have several fun options) , and the high energy fun, blended with the warmth of the instructors has felt like such a sweet boost of health and community for me in the Fremont/Wallingford neighborhood!

I had the pleasure of attending a Zumbini Instructor training at his beautiful studio Compfit in Seattle WA. He is fun, dynamic, and all his classes will surly be great!
