Love this clinic! Been coming here for years. Friendly, helpful staff. Have seen many providers, all good. Linda Wilson PA-C is fabulous! Very thorough and patient-centered. Convenient location. I always find street parking within two blocks. Nice facility, recently remodeled.

Dr. Claire B. Richardson (resident) was fantastic. I saw Dr. Michelle Rappaport a couple of times; shes also good. Jennifer (medical assistant) was always a pleasure to see. Staff are friendly, the office is always clean and inviting, and my care team really went above and beyond for me. Great clinic, tucked downtown. Could not recommend more highly.

Ive had a great experience at UW belltown. Its really easy to schedule appointments online and your after-visit summary and test results can all be delivered to your online account. The staff was friendly and helpful and verified my preferred name and pronouns at check-in (even though Im a cis femme-presenting woman, they didnt make assumptions). The wait time was under 5 minutes and I even saw the doctor a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The nurse was great and asked if I wanted to be weighed and if I wanted to know my weight, which I appreciated. I saw Dr. Margaret Tebbs and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. Her practice is trauma-informed. I would recommend her to anyone!I felt nervous after reading so many bad reviews but decided to try this clinic anyway just because its so conveniently located. Im happy I did! I assume that the bad reviews are outliers (or whatever admin issues they had before have been remedied)

My boyfriend has been coming here for years. Today he called with an ear problem. UW Belltown wouldn’t take him because he said he had a runny nose. Anyone with a runny nose has to go to urgent care. He’s been vaccinated for weeks. Crazy!

I have been coming to this clinic since...2008, I think. The staff here have been very helpful and the doctors are amazing. Dr. Palalay had been my doctor for many years before she moved to the South Lake Union campus. Dr. Clark is my current doctor and shes wonderful. She helped me work through my recent T1D diagnoses with Dr. Weaver. UW Medicine have been good to me and I would recommend the Belltown clinic to anyone looking for a new place to go for care.

I was very impressed with the level of care that this office provides. From the minute I entered everyone was professional and kind. The front desk was welcoming and efficient. The MA that did my vital signs and questions was very competent. My doctor, Samantha Alspach, made me feel so comfortable and really took her time with me (a rarity in the medical profession). She explained every test and procedure, did a full body assessment and gave me recommendations to better my health. The best part was that I could get my labs done in the same building! Thanks so much UW Neighborhood Clinic, keep up the good work.

I was not impressed with service I was provided. I felt fine about the service I received from the resident who was potentially going to be my new PCP. However, after dealing with her supervising physician at the tail end of the appointment, I doubt I will be returning.I was going to switch to a new doctor at this clinic due to changes in my insurance on the first of the year, but the search continue...

I am actually really shocked at all the negative reviews about UW Belltown. I have never ever had a bad experience with ANY employee there...my first appointment was in May or June of 2019.Dr. Adrienne Clark has been instrumental in my recovery process. She holds absolutely no judgement, I trust her 100% (even when I ask about/for something and she has said no, she always gave me a very valid explanation). She sincerely is the best PCP I have ever had. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me right before her maternity leave to make sure that I would be properly taken care of during her leave. She is extremely intelligent, is Ivy League educated, and never once have I EVER felt rushed during an appointment. She is just the best!

(Update) I’ve been diagnosed with COVID. Since UW Belltown is still technically my primary care I called to get medication. Calls are immediately forwarded to voicemail. When selecting the urgent Nurse line option, it hangs up on you. All UW medical services operate like this. They don’t care.(Previous rating)You need an appointment for everything, even when it can easily be done in the lab. There’s no appointments available when you need them so they try to get you to go UW urgent care which costs 2-3x as much. The customer service is also pretty bad. It’s a cash grab and I won’t be using UW for anything anymore.

It saddens me to leave this review because I personally loved Dr. Adrienne Clark and her bedside manner. Went in for a regular annual health check up, where I was asked a bunch of questions on general health, asked to step on the scale, everything that would generally be discussed in an annual preventative check-up (supposed to be fully covered by the insurance). Until I ended up getting a weird bill from the UW clinic stating that I received care for BMI and Myopia and god knows what else. Are you serious UW Belltown? This when I specifically took an appointment for annual physical and was specifically told that everything is going to be covered. Stay away if you dont want to get conned. Its a shame though because the doctor was great!

The staff here is wonderful! The workers at the front desk are very respectful despite some of the rude patients that come in to the clinic. Dont let the bad reviews fool you some of these people just dont appreciate the wonderful service this place had to offer. Id recommend this clinic to anyone. And to those people that think this place is horrible.... Make America great again!

Dr corrien heinnen is an awful doctor that does not listen to her patients. She makes petty emotional decisions in regards to her patients health. She does not listen and is severely judgemental. Hard to believe from an HIV specialist. Its apparent after my experience in her office including blood draws that caused me injury, that the level of care you receive at this office is substandard by far. The office staff is wonderful and polite its too bad the the doctors in that office would rather push out HIV positive patients then give them adequate care. Ill be taking my business to bastyr. One should always remember that your doctor is your employee not your boss. I recommend boycotting uw all together for allowing someone who doesnt follow her oaths as a doctor to continue to practice her faulty understanding of medicine

Super fast service for my weekday morning appointment. Dr. Alspach was professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend her and the clinic. Important to note the clinic is on the 2nd floor - I didn’t find any signs in the lobby to indicate this.

Worst experience ever! The staff is rude, especially over the phone!I visited this office one month ago, at that time my doctor told me I will get my test results in ONE WEEK . But I haven’t received any information until ONE MONTH has passed ,No one call me and no one message me. So I called back to ask my results . The staff is TERRIBLE! Rude ,Unhelpful ,even hung up on me for no reason !I will never return due to the horrible service.

Had one of the worst experiences ever. Went to remove sutures from my finger. Without evaluating if the wound was healed or not. The doctor and her senior started removing them one by one. After 4/9 sutures were removed , I saw that the wound started opening up again (recall that i realized this and not the doctor). Then comes the worst part where the doctors dont have steri strips or super glue and ask me to go to a local grocery store or zoom care to get it fixed.I still cant fathom the fact that I was asked to see another provider for a mess created by them. I was asked if the doctors who treated me can be their PCP after all this. Definitely a no-go. Have also raised an official complaint with the UW medical center

This was my first visit, but will not be the last. Im changing doctors. Very friendly staff up front. Both the nurse and the doctor couldnt have been nicer. I was amazed at the amount of time my doctor spent with me. In spite of the fact that my appointment was regarding a hurt foot, my doctor took an interest in and reviewed my entire health experience. It was nearly on the par with an annual check up. He provided very clear information about my foot and its treatment and also suggested some other tests that I was missing (which I was able to do on site). This is a very different experience Ive had from my previous providers who seem to be in a hurry. I look forward to working with this clinic as my primary provider.

After having been a client in low income health clinics prior to going here I have been blown away at the amazing service this clinic provides. I even commute from Tacoma now to keep them as my PCP. My doctor communicated wonderfully both in person and via ecare. Whenever I need a prior Auth or refill or some other insurance detail they handle it quickly and notify me of the outcome. These two things alone are worth the drive.
