Dr. Wagner is caring, compassionate and competent. Not only has he helped me with various aches and pains over the years (without surgery) but also many friends who I recommended.

My Stem Cell treatment has been surprisingly wonderful. The in office procedure was much easier than expected. The entire procedure was faster and less painful than expected. I had both knees done at the same time and I walked out with very little pain. I am now 4 days into recovery and Im walking around just fine. That says a lot for the amount of damage I had in my knees. I give give a big shout out and endorsement for Dr. Wagner and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Wagner for a few years now as my primary care physician and couldn’t be happier. Well I will tell you that I cant even believe these results. Ive had numerous issues with my knees including torn ACLs and mcls, meniscus, etc, etcAs a former quasi athlete playing basketball and football my entire life I almost didnt want to believe the success stories that I had seen. The surgery for me who I regard myself as a person with a low threshold for pain was a little more painful than I thought it would be just because they got to take the stem cells out of your back and hip but I will tell you that being able to walk without any pain up and down stairs and as I complete the rehab which is going to be a total of about 12 weeks, it will all be worth it if I can go out and play basketball again or run on the beach with my kids which was my whole intent for doing this. Thx Dr Wagner, he is simply the Best at this type of surgery Id say almost in the entire country.

I had PRP done in both knees at DR. Wagner’s office. I played rugby in college and put my knees through the gauntlet. PRP has helped me to be able go walk, run, hike, jump, bike, row, strength train, practice yoga, and snowboard again without severe knee pain. It feels like PRP took YEARS off of my knees.The office is clean, professional, and caring. The front office employees were friendly and informative, and had me checked in for my appointment quickly and easily.The nurses were also very kind and were sure to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They knowledgeably answered any and all questions I had, allowing me to be informed every step of the way.Dr. Wagner is of course awesome. My experience was a PRP stem cell therapy for my knee. I came in to Dr. Wagner with minor swelling and moderate pain in my left knee. Two other orthopedic surgeons recommended an artificial knee, although my joint spaces were good and I still had 25% of my cartilage except in one small area. Today, at 7 month post PRP stem cell injection, I am back at 95% of what it was prior to the therapy. I was hunting the steep canyons of the Snake river for pheasant at 5 months post therapy with no difficulty. A good choice of therapy for most patients, but not for all. Dr, Wagner will guide you accordingly.

Dr. Wagner has been my MD since moving to Seattle in 1997. I’ve consistently found his treatment to be focused, effective and professional. Rather than just going through the motions, he is an active listener. He discovered my congenital heart valve issue when he detected a murmur during a routine physical a decade after he became my MD. I am a Paralympic gold medalist training for the Tokyo 2020 games. Because of my extensive training I developed elbow problems that weren’t fixable through typical therapies. I went to see Dr. Wagner and after one simple procedure I was completely healed. I haven’t had any issues with that elbow in over a year. My training is back to very high levels on intensity and I have no concerns. I heard of other doctors in Seattle doing similar procedures but after some research concluded that they weren’t doing them as efficiently as Dr. Wagner. I am in a wheelchair and the loss of use of my arms is material to my everyday lifestyle. It was very important to me to go to the best doctor and that was Dr. Wagner.

As a pretty stubborn individual, I didn’t want to research stem cell as an option for my torn meniscus and additional diagnosis of moderate arthritis. Mostly because I didn’t understand it. A friend pushed me to at least look into it and he had experience with Dr. Wagner at a prior practice. I checked out the website, which intrigued me enough to schedule a consultation. Dr. Wagner explained my issues with far more care and concern than my orthopedic surgeon did. I received bone marrow stem cell injections into both knees by Dr. Wagner 3 months ago. I knew that regenerating cartilage would be a multi-month process. My progress has been good, slow, steady. Each week I can do more with less discomfort. It. Is. Working. And, working well. Dr. Wagner did a good job with full explanations. I expect to ski with little or no knee pain---if I get myself into shape as I know I can.

I am disappointed with my visit to Seattle Sports & Regenerative Medicine. Dr Wagner seems to have dismissed performing a basic physical examination as necessary. He relied on an x-ray, which was never explained to me in a satisfactory fashion, to present his plan for treatment. His only comment on the x-ray is Ive seen worse.My impression is that the only interest the doctor had was to get me signed up for a stem cell injection. Maybe he knows that the treatment would help me and maybe it will. But I am looking for another doctor.

Ive had great results from Dr. Wagners stem cell procedure. Im a former marathon runner with bone on bone arthritis in both knees. After a dislocated knee cap three years ago I developed a bakers cyst on my right knee. Tried multiple procedures to get rid of it but three years later and I still had it and the constant pressure on my knee cap causing pain. Six months after my stem cell procedure, its gone! Im not running marathons, at 60 its not a priority anymore. I am walking up to 13 miles without pain and no longer searching for an elevator to avoid stairs.In talking with others who have had stem cell therapy from umbilical cord theyre results were negligible. Im glad I listen to Dave Ross on KIRO so I could make a good decision about where to go for stem cell therapy.Honestly, Im amazed at the results!

Dr. Wagner in my opinion is the best doctor I have ever seen! I saw him for 2 fractured discs in my back in 2008 and he fixed me to the point that I could compete and finish the Coeur dAlene Ironman 140.6 Triathlon in 2015! I received stem cell therapy in my knee just before Thanksgiving 2017 and it seems to be working well. I was nervous going in, but Dr Wagner and his staff did a fantastic job of talking me through the process and explaining everything to me. They got me on my way within 90 mins! Why do I think that Dr. Wagner and his team are the best? Because I no longer hurt!!I had an excruciatingly painful torn meniscus on my right knee, as well as moderate arthritis in both knees, when I came to Dr. Wagner for help at the end of March. His approach was simple — instead of doing the conventional surgery, which would have involved cutting out my torn cartilege, he centerfuged out stem cells from my own fat, marrow, and blood, and then injected these healing cells into my knees.My relief was rapid and dramatic! The first few days were hard because my knees were full of fluid, but my body absorbed it so fast that, by week four, I was off all pain medication. Now, after three months, I am nearly completely pain-free and I am sure that my cartilege is knitting itself back together. Mark Wagner has been my physician for 30 years. I have followed him wherever he practiced. His medical knowledge, especially related to sports related injuries, has always been perceptive and accurate. His new start-up practice is experiencing multiple issues related to medical records, which is frustrating, but hopefully will be resolved in near future.

This is the final update for this review. It has been almost 1 year since my stem cell procedure on my hip and shoulder. It is with much regret that I am changing my experience from 5 stars to 3 stars. Everything I have said previously is true. My experience with Dr. Wagner and his staff has been outstanding. Unfortunately for me the stem cell treatment on my hip did not work. And that is why I’m taking off two stars. I do have slightly less pain but range of motion is probably worse. Bottom line is, I still need hip replacement surgery. There were no promises or guarantees made to me. I knew this was a long shot going in. But for over 10grand out of pocket, you want and expect result. My shoulder is noticeably better so the stem cells did seem to help there. My hip was probably just too far gone. I wish I had tried this a few years earlier.I had a great experience with Dr Wagner and the staff at Seattle Sports Regenerative Medicine. I came to them specifically for stem cell therapy on my hip and shoulder. I was referred to them by a friend who had a similar issue and he had achieved success with Dr. Wagner. I am from out of state and was able to communicate very successfully with Dr. Wagner and his staff across 3 time zones. I particularly like the fact that the Dr. himself contacted me immediately upon receiving the X-rays of my hip. There was no set up from his secretary, no call back at this time BS. I’m pretty sure that he didn’t charge me for that call either. That’s old school medicine in my opinion. I had sent my X-rays to a number of other facilities with let’s just say “different” results. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. I needed a diagnosis on my shoulder and they were able to accommodate me the day before my stem cell procedure. This was very important as I am from out of state and I was only in Seattle for two days. Another deciding factor for me was that dr. Wagner uses stem cells from both your fat cells as well as your bone marrow fluid. The three other places that I researched would use one or the other. The stem cell procedure itself went very smoothly. The Dr. and staff are a great team and you feel you are in good hands throughout the procedure. They repeat a lot of information and they tell you what they are doing and how long it will take. Personally, I really like that. He’s done this thousands of times, and it shows. There was some moderate pain but only briefly. The facility is quite nice, very clean and modern. So yeah, my experience, so far, has been top notch with one big caveat. I was asked to write this review the day after my procedure. If you are reading this you probably know that stem cell therapy is not an exact science and different people have different results. Furthermore, it ain’t cheap! For 10 grand out of pocket, you want and expect results and that remains to be seen. I suppose I will update this review with my long term results but if I am giving you a review of my experience so far it would have to be 5 stars, 100%...6 week update: I just spoke with Dr Wagner. I still have pain in my hip but there is noticeable improvement. According to the Dr I am on track. Six weeks is still early. Personally I’m impatient and I wish there was more improvement. I have ceased most activities except rehab and I am going a little bonkers. So I’m sticking to my 5 stars for now but I am far from having a normal hip.Almost 6 months in. It’s been a mixed bag for me. My shoulder is feeling pretty darn good. Dr. Wagner gave me the green light to start using it and the shoulder is holding up nicely. My hip on the other still sucks. The pain is down significantly and normal walking is almost pain free. But I can’t run or jump or do any significant activity without considerable pain. If this is the extent of my healing than I probably still need a hip replacement.At around 8 months I had PRP injection. This maybe helped a little but not really. I’m pretty bummed at this point. Getting old sucks...

I found Dr Wagner and staff caring,informative and supportive.The procedure was quick, the few seconds of extreme discomfort were over quickly. I am home and will follow instructions. Was not a believer in icing but have changed my mind, it really helps. I don’t like taking meds but have chosen to stay on top of meds in order to do the exercises that they recommend. At 80 I rented a walker to give me confidence because the knee felt vulnerable. I am confident that I have made the correct decision, stem cells won over having chrome plated nickel in my body. Looking forward to walking thru my remaining years on the planet.

Dr. Mark Wagner has been treating me for a number of injuries over the years, some of which were sustained over 40 yrs ago when I cometed in taekwondo karate, were never addressed at that time and eventually evolved into crippling arthritis. Thats how we rolled back then, pain was not an option. However, when my right hip and SI joint became unbearable, we opted for stem cell therapy and success! Within 6 months I noticed more flexibility than Id had in years, was golfing with more rotation in my lower body and shortly thereafter incredibly, was back to full mobility. There arent enough words to express our gratitude to Dr. Wagner and his fantastic team, especially the team who are always ready with a kind word and eager to help with scheduling. Kudos!

Well over the years we’ve been trained that a medical procedure is LONG, uncomfortable, inconvenient and a long recovery time.Jeres my story; I went to 3 Doctors to discuss my knee issues.1st Dr wanted to cut into my right knee and remove my knee and Replace with titanium ball and socket and 6mo recovery. And then he said we’ll do the left one. No thanks.2nd Dr wanted to cut into right knee, Place a cap (like a retreaded tire) over the ball and install a plastic socket, recovery 3 mo and then we’ll do the left one. No thanksI walked into Dr Wagner office on a Thursday , after 90min he slapped me on the ass and said hit the road dude both knees are done. They made me walk out (didn’t even offer me a wheel chair). But I fooled them “I ran out!”It’s been 5 days now. And every day both knees are showing less and less sign of any pain, I’m able to walk my dogs and I don’t sway from side to side when I walk relieving the pain while I swing one leg then the other.Moral of the story. You are a helluva a lot better going with stem cell replacement vs a TKR because once you’ve been cut into and body parts removed there is NO DO OVER.The body was never designed to be cut open.
