My family have been seeing Chenelle Roberts for 9 years. She is an incredible doctor. Visits are easy to schedule and the office is incredibly efficient. Dr Roberts is thorough. informative, deeply knowledgeable about holistic care and extremely caring. She responds to messages promptly and thoroughly. I feel very comforted knowing that she is our doctor and couldnt recommend more.

Dr. Summers is one of the best NDs Ive met. She explains things clearly & is so thorough. We trust our little persons health with her.

We love Dr Roberts and cant recommend her highly enough. We started seeing her when our newborn had tongue tie. We have been lucky enough to have her as our daughters primary Dr. and shes provided wonderful guidance for 4 years now. She is extremely knowledgeable, open minded and willing to provide her professional opinion, so you can feel confident that you are making the best choice for your child.

Dr chenelle has been out PCM for 2 years now. We initially met to have our daughter evaluated for a posterior tongue tie. She has since done 2 revisions for our kids and is our family PCM. She is extremely knowledgeable and very respectful of my knowledge as a parent. I’ve never felt pressured and always given full power of decision. She is incredibly respectful or consent and helps instill that value in my kids so they feel respected and like they have a power of say in their care and over their bodies. I’m so grateful For her care for myself as well as it’s so well paired having her and a midwife as I go through the years of having children and managing my health.

Was referred here to evaluate and correct my sons tongue tie. Dr. Chanelle Roberts was incredibly kind and thorough. She talked through everything with us patiently, as we often asked her to repeat things in our sleep deprived state 😅 the lactation consultant, Renee, was also kind and helpful through this process and coached us on how to prevent the tissue from reconnecting. The procedure itself was quick (mere seconds) and seemed relatively painless. He was more upset about peoples fingers in his mouth than the procedure itself. Would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Roberts was amazing and would give her 5 stars for helping with my daughters lip and tongue tie. Unfortunately her lactation nurse wasnt the most pleasant to work with. She wasnt very friendly and seemed frustrated at me when I couldnt get the tongue exercises correct. Easy for her since thats her job and Im sure she does it many times a day but for a new mom under stress and trying to stick your giant fingers in your newborns mouth isnt that easy. I also saw her once since she made it seem urgent that I get in to see a lactation specialist (mine was on vacation) and she gave me a completely different plan. The list goes on for my unpleasant experience with her. Like I said, Dr. Roberts is great and I would see her again but dont get pressured to book with her lactation specialist.

Lovely friendly people. Sorted my daughters tongue tie out in a very well informed and involved procedure. They also stock breast pumps which is something we hadnt realised. Went home with detailed aftercare. Definitely recommended.

Doctor is great but lactation nurse was rude and she sucked. Very pushy and not very accurate with information. Saw the lactation nurse here once because mine was out of town and never again.

So professional, plus a great view.

Nichole Burns is the best doctor - attentive, kind and very thorough.

Did not believe when told was going into labor and did not make it t delivery of son. Was in office about three hours prior to delivery.
