Had been coming here for years, I was a patient as a child and a teenager. Over the years had multiple therapists that would leave after a year or so, Got tired of feeling like I was another case to be pushed to the next therapist so stopped services completely. Requested my records for personal use and it seems like I was a burden to even get my own records. Had to wait at least two weeks before I even got a call to let me know it would take another few weeks for them to request it and find out that they couldnt even mail them out like every other organization does. Havent been here since I had the second therapist leave and definitely wont come back.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional, never knew itd be so hard to get help when seeking it.

If I could give 0 star I would, I have had my appointment canceled on me before without anyone calling to notify me but today’s situation was worse. I came in and I was told that my appointment was canceled. No one called to notify me and then I was told my case was closed because I haven’t seen a psychologist in a while. If that was the case why wasn’t I notified beforehand? I made the appointment two weeks ago, why did they not let me know then? I only have three days left of medication and I can not stop my medication cold turkey or else I am at risk for seizures. Consejo Counseling is putting my health at risk.

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune of going to. They dont care about the health or safety of their patients. I have multiple appointments either cancelled or forgotten about with no prior notice. I was taken off all my medication and then when I tried to tell them that I was getting worse and not better they did nothing to help.

Its a ok place to visitors easy way out to be yourself stand its own.
