Choose Dr. Larrabee for any plastic surgery on the face. His prices are low for what value he offers. He did a great job revising a scar for me and I’m finally happy with how it looks. I moved to WA a little over a year ago and didn’t know who to trust. I went to a couple surgeons for consultations and Larrabee seemed trustworthy and prices were reasonable. The other surgeons seemed like they cared more about the money. I believe Larrabee truly cares about how satisfied you are and will go out of his way even after the surgery to make sure you’re happy. I can tell he’s a genuinely generous person and has really learned his craft well. Additionally his staff has always been nice, upbeat, and professional. I recommend.

Dr. Larrabee was recommended to me by a family friend. After thorough research and comparison of surgeons in Seattle, I scheduled a consultation with him. Initially, I didnt know what to expect because he had very few online reviews. This surprised me considering how long he has been practicing plastic surgery for. In the consultation, we went over what I wanted to improve and how he would do it. He is very considerate and listened to all of my questions, concerns, and opinions. He was meticulous and thorough when evaluating me. A few weeks after the consultation, I had the procedure and it went amazing. The results were exactly what I wanted. Dr. Larrabee is a perfectionist and insures his work. He is passionate about his work and an expert. He made sure both he and I were completely satisfied with the end result. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Dr. Larrabee. Easy and stress free.Edit: 3 years later and most of the time I forget I ever had the procedure. It healed very well and I am so happy with it!!!

I would like to make it clear that I never got past the initial call ... too bad because I understand (from a personal referral) that Dr. Larrabee is a great facial surgeon. I called for information/book a consult but I kept getting transferred between the esthetic center and the surgery center. Nobody was available to simply talk with me to give me some basic info and book me a consult! With all due respect, I don’t think I will be calling back here. First impression was that they’re ‘unorganized and customer care oriented’.

I am so pleased to have found a Doctor with Dr. Larrabee’s skill, expertise, and caring.I am very pleased with the results of my surgery, which was a very difficult nose reconstruction!On all of my follow up visits, I was shown compassion and caring from Dr. Larrabee, Dr Patel, and the entire staff.I highly recommend the Larrabee Center. I was referred to Larrabee for reconstructive surgery after a domestic violence situation. He offered to fix my nose so I could breath out of my left nostril and cover the anesthesia which normally would be $1200. Had the procedure and it went well. My nose however had a bulbous swelling on one side that Wayne assured me would go away after a few months. It never went away. Six months later I received a call that I owed money for the anesthesia and needed to pay immediately or I would be sent to collections. After leaving my abusive ex and having to build everything up from the bottom I didn’t want that on my report so I called larrabees office and tried to figure things out. It took three months for him to finally pay the anesthesia and I mentioned to him how grateful I was. A year after the procedure I had a follow up. He mentioned he wanted to wait till my nose healed completely before doing any other work but when he took one look at me and said “there’s not much you can do when your face isn’t symmetric”. I was horrified. Yes my nose is obviously not straight but it wasn’t always this way. I came to larrabee because I thought he was professional but in actuality he just appears that way. When I visited his aesthetic center Natasha (whom I had an appointment with for a hydra facial) refused to acknowledge my presence. Most likely it was my dreadlocks that repulsed her. Either way the entire experience at this center was truly a nightmare!

Ive been considering Deviated Septum and Rhinoplasty for several years. I visited the top Rhinoplasty surgeons in Seattle/Eastside and after careful consideration chose Dr Larabee. The team at the Larabee center is top notch and Dr Larabee is so receptive to questions he put me at complete ease. The surgery went great and the follow up care was excellent. The result is amazing, i can breathe better then ever and everything I asked for was done with perfection. Without hesitation I completely recommend Dr Larabee and his staff.
