You can get all your massage needs met in one place by excellent therapists. I have been going to Lolo for massage almost since it opened but I recently had a surgery and needed lymphatic massage done and needed it fast. I saw Julie Ann and she did dry brushing and gentle lymphatic massage that helped with the swelling and tension post-op--she was excellent. I was so thrilled that even though I couldnt have a standard deep tissue massage, I could get exactly what I needed all in one place.

I got a facial and my husband got a massage ... The ladies did a wonderful job. If we were locals wed definitely return! Thanks again!

Was blown away by the customer service! Felt super comfortable in this townhouse that is used for business. I used the infrared sauna and was offered water, fresh robe and towels, essential oil for my water, and sandals. The lady helping me was so nice and checked on me during my time in the sauna. Afterwards, she showed me to the shower. The faucet was infused with essential oils and was so soft. One of the best showers Ive ever taken.

I scheduled my first appointment for a spa massage at LoLo last night, and it was amazing! Ive been a member at Massage Envy for over a year, and its safe to say that this spot will be my new go-to for massage treatments. I worked with Katie, and she communicated very well throughout our session, and made sure that all of my concerns in my upper and lower back were worked on. Easily the best massage Ive ever had. Aside from the session, the person who was working at the front desk was wonderful as well. Great customer service, their location is VERY VERY clean, and well maintained. I cant wait to go back again!

Great massage. So often massage therapists are afraid to go after it with a deep tissue massage. Kristi was amazing at getting at some knots in my back and shoulder. Sauna at the end was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

The owners of this establishment are unprofessional and catty/emotionally stunted to say the least, they just cancelled my sauna membership for no legitimate reason after spending HUNDREDS of $$$ at this establishment. To have experienced no customer service and total passive aggression in a place that is supposedly promoting relaxation and wellbeing is totally LAUGHABLE. No one needs this type of energy in a place of self restoration, they got into the wrong industry!

Got in last minute for facial wax with Tiffany and not only received the most detailed and caring service from her but she also offered knowledge that other providers just dont. Tiffany also worked on a follicle that has been impacted for a number of years just because thats what she does.My usual place is not open on Sundays but even if it was, after this experience, Ill be surprised if my usual place remains the same.Thanks Tiffany 🤣Shanon

I have been to this spa numerous times and I keep going back because every visit has been awesome! Its beautifully decorated, reasonably priced, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable without being pretentious. Just had a wax session with their esthetician, Alethia, shes fantastic! Highly recommend!

LoLo Spa is great! I happened upon them on Groupon and got a massage deal, and I signed up for their membership very soon after. They have online booking through Vagaro, which is extremely convenient. Love it.Katie Martin is amazing. Shes funny, fantastic at deep tissue massaging, and she puts up with my tense muscles that basically refuse to relax. I honestly cant recommend her enough.The infrared saunas are also fabulous, especially the 3-person one they recently got. And they have a ton of cute gifts and goodies to buy: candles, skincare products, bath bombs, jewelry, etc.I recently moved away from Seattle, and unfortunately had to end my membership. Though if I come visit, Im definitely sneaking in a massage with Katie.
