Hygienist was bad! Sprayed water all over my face and clothes. Was literally dripping off my face and puddling behind my neck while he was working. I asked him to wipe up a couple times. Then at 6 months I called to see if I could get my next cleaning (even though I was going to make sure I had a different hygienist). They said I could only do one cleaning per year since my teeth were in good shape. Id have to get special permission otherwise and cleaning too often could be bad for you. This is coming from the office, not insurance as I was covered for two per year. I thought this was crazy so I ended up switching insurance all together so I didnt have to go back to them. My new dentist confirmed thats crazy and said some people have it done every 3 months even and it can only do good to get a nice deep clean a couple times a year.

Yesterday was my first experience with Willamette Dental Group - Northgate, and I thought it was great. Dr.Chung and his staff were extremely friendly and efficient through my annual checkup/cleaning. Will be going back next year!

I had a root canal with Dr, Li and her assistant Maple and I had a great time. Yes, you read that right, a great time during a root canal. Thanks for your excellent skill and fun demeanor.

Love them! Super friendly and upfront about costs for everything and what my insurance will cover and what they might not.

Dont know who had a bad time here, but my experience was splendid. They explained everything during the procedure. They were professional and I was comfortable with the cleaning.

Customer service at the front desk is condescending and rude. The policy regarding not being able to leave the premises when a family member is in an appointment is a strange level of false imprisonment where they even ask if you are going to the bathroom if you walk to the front door. One can understand why they have this policy, but one circumstance/ situation in the past shouldnt affect the comfort and flexibility of all your other patients and their family members. If this is an actual LAW, someone please enlighten me... as hospitals dont even enforce such a policy. There are several other dental establishments that actually treat patients like humans, this establishment is not one of them.
