Dr. Wu is wonderful! She’s the third dentist I’ve ever had, and the first one to ever take her time with me and actually talk with me about my options. She was so thorough, asking me questions about my eating habits, how I sleep, how I feel during the day, etc. She also took time to go into detail and explain based on what she found ways that I can adjust my habits to help improve my oral health and overall health. She was kind, nonjudgmental, and gentle. The front desk staff and hygienist were also kind and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Our whole family was just seen by Dr. Wu and we loved her! She was thorough, holistic, and kind. She gave us information and feedback on our health that we had never heard from a dentist before. I was really impressed with her and her care. Our 4 yr old son was also really nervous to go to the dentist for the first time, but Dr. Wu and her whole staff were great with him and put him at ease.

I had not been to the dentist in awhile and I was quite nervous about going today. Fortunately, Dr. Hailun Wu and her team were very inviting, kind, and helpful. The only unfortunate part of this visit was finding out I would need deep cleaning on the back of my teeth. Luckily, she went over the next steps to recovering healthy teeth/gums.I was so grateful to have Dr. Hailun Wu go over the health of my teeth. She made me feel like there were options to help get my back teeth in better shape. She was extremely knowledgeable on how to better maintain my teeth and tackle the issue.I have already scheduled with her again for future appointments. It was a great first time experience!

Dr. Wu is a considerate, kind and effective dentist. Today I had a root canal and a filling and it was one of the least painful dental experiences of my life. Upon learning my teeth are particularly sensitive to cold, Dr Wu even used rubber sheeting to isolate the tooth being worked on - saving me huge amounts of pain in my other teeth. I recommend her thoroughly to anyone looking for dental care!

My first visit with Dr. Wu was excellent. She and her staff are kind and it was a nice and calm environment. She listened to me about my dental needs and explained my options really well. She took into account my health history and asked really good questions. A great find! I really need to thank my friend who referred me.After a few more visits—still impressed. Scheduling can be a challenge, but worth it.

I visited for routine check up and cleaning. Dr. Wu is super friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out issues and providing recommendations I have not received from any other dentist such as switching to a less abrasive toothpaste.

The doctor is nice but the waiting time could be avoid. while my appointment was at 10 but I waited till 10:30.

I shared my hesitation with Dr. Wu about going to the dentist. She was very gentle, knowledgeable and kind to me. It had been quite some time since my last cleaning and I didnt feel judged or guilty. She explained what she was doing the entire exam and was very helpful in suggesting me orthodontics and methods to avoid over jaw clenching. Dr. Wu is so great! You can tell she isn’t trying to sell you stuff by not recommending an expensive mouthguard but getting to root of problem. William is so great because it’s rare that a Front desk assistant gives their name when answering phone. Very efficient. The only thing is the chairs kinda seem unclean. But other than that, really like the care.

Just went recently, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Dr. Wu and the staff made me feel very welcomed and took great care of me. The practice was kept extremely clean and had proper sanitizing materials.

Dr. Wu sees me and my kids as patients and she has given us excellent dental care over the years, but she is also genuinely interested in who we are and what we do. With her dental hygienist Ping, and William at the desk, they are a great team. That goes back to treating me as a whole person with a dental issue and other things, so I feel she sees the bigger picture as she cleans or treats my teeth.

Dr. Wu is my favorite dentist in Seattle. I drove almost half an hour to visit her and it is absolutely worth! To be fair, appointments do run late sometimes but this is the nature of running a small business where each patient gets personalized care. To me, these are the most important things - I would much rather be seen by a personable professional who takes her time and makes patients comfortable rather than rushing patients in an out. Outstanding experience. I was welcomed to the practice by William who assisted me with the new patient paper work and oriented me to the practice. The waiting area was peaceful, clean, and neat and featured a beautiful, and well tended aquarium. Ping, an awesome dental assistant, escorted me back to the exam room, helped me through the x-ray process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I then got to meet Dr. Wu, who performed a through exam of my head, neck, mouth, and teeth. She explained what was wrong, how she would help me, and what health behaviors I will need to make habits to continue in good health. My visit concluded with a very comfortable teeth cleaning and floss.

So grateful for Dr. Wus office to get me in last minute to examine a tooth that was bothering me. It ended up being a cracked filling and they scheduled an emergency appointment to take care of it. Dr. Wu was really kind and did a great job explaining the problem and her recommendations. Really appreciate it and couldnt have asked better service!

Previous dentists that I had would not take the time, or recommended things that were not in line with what I believed in. Dr. Wu will really listen to how you want to move forward and she is extremely knowledgeable in how lifestyle factors can affect your dental health, if that is what you are interested in. I absolutely love Dr. Wu! I have a huge fear of dentists and have had many bad experiences. Even though I had to get a root canal (knew it was coming but had put it off...) it was as delightful as it could be. I didn’t feel a thing! (This being said, I know everyone’s experience/pain tolerance is different. Perhaps I had an easier tooth) Dr. Wu was wonderful and calmly explained everything she’d be doing so I understood and had proper expectations. I really appreciated that.
