Dental is on the second floor, accessible by elevator. The receptionists are all bilingual and quick to help patients. The dental staff did a great job.

I have been going to this place on and off for years and most of the time I had a very good experience with them. I have been there few times lately, and I had wonderful experience altogether. Front desk, very nice and helpful, dental assistants,very kind and knowledgeable, doctors very humble. Im surprised about all these bad reviews but I respect and value your experiences.

I was here to finish my root canal today with Dr. Baiz, I had a bad previous experience from anasthesia used and was super nervous today but Dr. Baiz went above and beyond to make sure I felt calm and comfortable through the whole procedure. She is great and I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a root canal!

Calling is a nightmare! The line just keeps ringing. If anything, after calling more than 3x, someone will finally answer. The latina female who answered my call twice was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly! The second time I called, she was incompetent in answering my question. After I asked to speak to a manager, she had the nerve to hang up. I immediately called multiple times where she picked up and hung up again and again. This unprofessional employee finally got someone else to answer the phone and was better at handling my issue. Pablo the manager was conveniently busy at the very moment I needed to speak to him. I say, bs. The crazy thing about all of this is that, I was merely trying to make an appointment. Because of this ordeal, I will not be giving my money to be seen by this location as I dont want to deal with such negative vibes. I cant imagine the dentists are any better, especially after so many 1 star reviews whove actually completed their appointments.

My husband needs emergency care for and assess tooth. We were one of the first people there as walk in. They continued to take everybody else but him. My husband is black and I know without a shadow of doubt that is why they were letting everybody else ahead of him. I saw the front desk staff pull other Hispanic people fist right in our face. After 2 and half hours we left. So basically if your not Latino dont go here

CARLOS IS A HUMANITARIAN. Not only does he do exceptionally well at his job, he clearly cares about the community. He goes above and beyond for people and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Give this man a raise.

It was absolutely terrible. The dentists have no consideration for the patient. My daughter was clearly in pain but all they did was tell her it would be the last. Shes practically trembling at the idea of her next appointment now.(and shes almost 15) Horrible customer service. If youre going to get braces done, do it anywhere but here.

Made a appt for one time called got there they lied and said it was another. They wasted my time and with the consult. The endo just keep yelling at what I did wrong. Worst part she keept pooking with the tooth causing me more pain then told she could not get me in until mon. Went to make the appt the font desk said she did not have any appts for another month. No empathy, care, professional, this is by far the worst place I have been too.

I came as a walk in because of pain and came in for my check up and the front desk people were VERY RUDE. Do not come here. And they also yelled.

If I were to fix my teeth in a poor country better than sea mar

This has to be by far the rudest and worst dentist Ive ever experienced in my life for sure. The dentist was super rough with my mouth and he pulled 3 teeth in one visit from both sides of my mouth, which Ive never heard of, usually they give you the relief of being able to use one side of your mouth to eat or whatever. And on top of that Im almost definitely positive that he pulled a tooth that didnt need to be pulled. Never will i ever go back here again, not if my life depended on it.

I’ve been in here a few times now. Both of the actual dentists I was with were kind, capable and efficient. My filling was quick and mostly painless and the exam done by the other went well. However, of the several hygienists or assistants I’ve come across, I haven’t met one who is friendly or apparently very good at their jobs. They seem uncomfortable, nervous and unable to anticipate the basic functions of the care providers they support. I was okay with this up until today when I got a regular tooth cleaning. It was the most painful experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. And that includes a few surgeries. I can look past some growing pains of new workers, but not when there are power tools in my mouth. I’ve travelled all over and have had dozens of different dental offices do the same procedures. Never have I been this uncomfortable or concerned about just what was going on in my mouth. Cancelled future appointments here and you’d have to pay me sunstantially to consider returning. No thanks!

A couple dentists are OK. Ask for Dr. Waterman if you want professional, competent treatment.You may have an appt, and the dentist you see will admit they are incompetent, and have you make a new appt with a better doctor (without a refund).The staff is generally trashy, rude, and unprofessional. The receptionists put people on hold in some black hole which leads no where, then giggle about it to themselves.Expect to wait 10 weeks for your appointment. It is the worst dentists office you will ever experience.

I have been to this clinic a couple of times. The first experience ( March 2016) was great but my last time (May 2017) was an appointment from HELL. I will not go back there ever again. In fact it was so bad that I filed a greivence through my insurance company.

They did a good job pulling my wisdom teeth out. The doctor and his assistant did a good job by numbing my mouth before the procedures . Thank You Seamar Dentel Clinic in South Park 💯 5 Star Service !

Woman at the front desk: horrible.Doctor: horrible.They literally would NOT help my sister’s broken tooth, they did not even bother searching up her insurance through the system and demanded we pay out of pocket while the seamar uphill from them told us it would be totally covered, as we’ve been going to them for years.Keep in mind, they will try to suck money out of you if you appear to be “broke”.

I had 2times of bad service with this clinic the nurses are rude and i was waiting only one referral for almost 2months and still didn’t get anything also they don’t take customer service number call seriously, they promise but they don’t fulfill

Incompetent, dont know how to use equipment, clerical staff more educated than dentist, waited 3 hours, was first person in lobby in morning, with absesed tooth, finding another dentist, clowns

Sliding scale few fees. Emergency adult care. They seemed to truly care.

Waited 4 months for an appointment and the dentist decided to go on vacation and push me back to waiting 6 months. They have no respect for patients, just go somewhere else.

Two years ago ... they promised me that Iván will help me with all the help and guidance of my needs and those of my daughter, which is special when I will move from NY to WA ... and I did not move I looked for them ... just the same only promises. .I have been waiting for their call for 3 months ... I had to investigate everything on my own ... they receive funds and financial help to help low-income people connect them with the services they need ... nothing is just there collecting their salary and doing events sponsoring themselves just to give away promises ...

I like it because they serve you quickly, are professional and friendly and speak Spanish.
