I came here a couple weeks ago with a girl friend after deciding on a whim that we wanted to get our nails done. I called for an appointment, which wasnt too hard to get, for a Saturday morning.The service was great - they were patient with us while we went back and forth choosing the colors and designs for our nails. They were also very thorough with cleaning our cuticles, shaping our nails and applying polish which is probably why my nails didnt chip for almost 3 weeks. Overall, this was one of the most perfect manicures Ivu001a ever gotten & Ill definitely be back!

Good services. Its been quiet during this pandemic period. So there was only my friend and I when we got there. Its a very clean and well-decorated place.

My voicemail was promptly returned to schedule 3 pedicures for the following day. This place is run like a tight ship! Everyone knows their duty/job, very very well run/organized. Very friendly pedicure techs. Pedicure chairs were newer and top of the line. They have an entire pedicure menu from basic to ultra luxe. Beautifully decorated, but not at all stuff.

I love this place! Everyone who I have seen for nails have been outstanding but Wendy is phenomenal! A++ I love getting my nails done here. They do get busy so appointments are recommended, especially on a holiday.

The ladies that work there are really nice, good service as well, but I’m pretty picky about my nail sets and the quality of this one wasn’t my favorite unfortunately, will be looking for a different place or a different nail artist.

I must admit Ive always been impressed with this nail salon out of all of the Seattle area nail salons. Great prices and I never have to wait long for a service. They are respectful of my time and seem to appreciate their customers which is hard to come by. Not to forget theyre open every day. I always get the SNS and I got an eyebrow wax this past Saturday and the price and quality was on point. I would give this location a try.

When I moved to Seattle, I tried out several salons before finding Bella. I havent set foot in another salon since. You wont find this level of cleanliness, professionalism or customer service anywhere else. Whether its your first visit or your 100th - you will be treated as a VIP. The owners are the kindest people and will do everything in their power to ensure every single person leaves happy and feeling pampered. They are so accommodating, will offer suggestions if youre not sure what you want, and will go out of their way to make things right if you are less than happy with anything.

Its very, very rare that I get my nails done but I know that Bella Nails & Spa is THE place to make that happen. Ill try to find a photo to add to the stunning gallery she already has going on this page, but just know that they did an incredible job. I asked for a French manicure with rose gold tips and it came out just plain gorgeous.

I was needing to find a new nail salon and i have been to so many nail salons all over Seattle and Bella nails is my new favorite! Annie did an absolutely expert job. My nails are perfect! The spa is full of plenty of beautiful art and decorations also. i really enjoyed my time there yesterday. I cant wait to go back!

Love going here! They are so attentive. 💜Love💜 the shoulder massages!!! Went with color changing Mood shellac this time (see pics). So happy they have this!! Your nails change colors based on the temperature.*Hint - the first time I did this I didnt pay attention to the warm color which is an issue as my hands are most often warm. The color you see on the display is the cold color. The one I picked had a nude base to it which blended in with my skin. So check the bottle for what color it will be when warm if you too are a warm handed person as thats what it will be a lot of the time.

I feel lucky to live so close to this place! I called today and they secured me an appointment within the next hour - awesome!I arrived, filled out a COVID questionnaire on my phone, had my temperature taken, and did a mandatory hand wash. I love businesses that are so COVID cautious! Everybody was wearing masks and were distanced from each other.The ambience is nice and relaxing, no tv on in the background or anything. I got a pedicure and it was done perfectly. Cant wait to come back!

There is only one person cutting hair, Tom, but he is a wizard! He cuts hair alone in a spacious room with masks. Superb *****All precautions seem to be followed in the business. I came when it wasnt busy, on purpose, to avoid any possible crowded spaces for my pedicure after my haircut. Great****

We did not get the hot towel or the foot massage that is in the description of pedicure we picked. It felt very rushed and we had to wait 20 mins after our appointment time to be seen.

It was a nice and relaxing environment to get my nails done. They are very accommodating and are willing to put in the extra efforts to make your nails look nice. My nail lady put on 3 coats of color to make it look better before I even ask. Great services and friendly staffs. I would really recommend you to try it out.

The shape of the nails unfortunately did not match with each other even though i made them fix it. Lovely staff but the work wasn’t done good enough 🥲

I went out on the 25th of March to get my nails done for a photoshoot, I got a set of acrylics. By the 29th I had already lost 3 nails, and I had been gluing them back on. Its now the 5th and I only have four nails left. The rest have popped off multiple times and now theyre gone. I havent even had the shoot yet, we had to postpone since my nails have been messed up since day before the shoot. Acrylics arent supposed to pop off like this. I wish I could go in and ask for a refund or have them redo them. Dont waste your time or money.

I’m alone in the spa & with one other client! COVID-19 was obviously a relief to them since customer service went out the window. Sorry Amy, but you employees are awe full about providing customer service or making me feel welcomed

Bella has the best staff that Ive ever encountered at a nail salon! They are so sweet and attentive, especially the woman who I believe is the lead or manager. I get dip powder manis with extension tips, and to be honest I do like White Lotus work and ambiance a little bit better than Bellas, but because I love the Bella team so much, I tend to go back and forth between the two salons. Highly recommend for shellac and dip manis as well as pedicures.

Only come here for Manu pedi. I havent found one employee that is any good at acrylics

Very happy to have found this place. Vicky is incredibly nice and my nails look great! Cuticles could have been cut a bit more carefully but overall very happy. The salon is nice and pleasant - very clean, too.

I came here as a walk in. My husband was in town on business and he sent me to get my nails done. I looked up reviews on GOOGLE and went here.The salon is very clean, the prices were reasonable, and I got exactly what I asked for. My nails are just prefect, the deluxe pedicure was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular.

It was my first time at Bella Nail Spa and I cant believe I havent been here sooner! I really love the service and they really took their time to tend to my nails. I originally went in for just a pedicure since it really need some tender love and care, but since they had no other appointments or walkins, I asked for a manicure and they did it for me. Both technicians were very wonderful. My manicure technician (Daisy) noticed that one my toe color was scraped off and she corrected it by wiping it clean and redoing it. The other places I have been at would just go over it again with the color giving it that uneven effect. I would totally go here again and probably would not go anywhere else. Reasonable prices! I am pretty sure I just found my forever nailspa spot!

Jessica gave me the best acrylic set today! Also their thermometer machine is super cool and high tech. Very safe feeling during covid.

I love this spot, they truly treat you like family here. Most of the time when I come its a family affair and we have 5-6 people with us. They are always accommodating. Initially started coming here for girls , shes talented and welcoming! shes professional, organizes the front while still taking clients! This place is extremely clean which is so important to customers.After getting my manicure as well as pedicure done multiple times I never had any issues with the color chipping away.I will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !! I have been coming here for 2 years now and I’d have to say it’s honestly the best place to go for nails. It’s perfectly priced and the nails last sooo long ! I get gel acrylic nails and they can last up to a month and a half . She always knows how I like my nails. I suggest to EVERYONE to come here . She is the best person to go to.. but the other nail techs are also just as amazing!!

Got my nails done here recently! I did a pedicure! I have visited this place before!!! The lady did a very good job! Her foot massage was top class and she did a clean job! My feet feel so fresh and clean now! I just opted for the regular pedicure as I had done a lot of damage to my nails by doing gel!

Last minute decided to come get a manicure with four friends on a girls and they were nice enough to fit us in last minute.My nail technician was really great. Amazing hand massage included with nice lotion. for a gel manicure which I feel is a great price.💞

The first two times I went here were good but this last time I got cut in 3 places. Also, the nail tech still dipped my cut fingers in the salon dip powder (that everyone else has their fingers dipped in). She did not clean the drill after cutting me and put it away with the other drill pieces. Two days later my finger cuts still hurt. I hope the cut does not get infected. I did not receive a discount for getting cut.

Came in on a whim because they were nearby and I needed to get a manicure and didnt have a lot of time. I had no wait. The service was great and the person even accommodated my request for a last minute design add on. I pass by all the time but never noticed this place before but whenever Im on this side of town and need a mani Ill be back.

I finally found my go to nail salon! Hands down best service ever! This was my first time and I felt so welcomed like Ive already been there many times. These guys are amazing! The massage element for a manicure or pedicure is to die for and the shellac I got is flawless. Ive marked them 4 stars as I made an appointment but had to wait about 20 minutes to actually be seen. They were slammed though and it was the Sunday before Valentines Day so... Definitely go with some additional time worked in for good measure but highly highly recommend. Quality and price is en pointe!

Have to ask for Ana she is great,although she referred me to another lady,lady was ok,but was rushing and didnt cut my nails down all the way and they were cut uneven,ended up having to go elsewhere a week and a half later.

They always fit me in, do a great job on my nails and their massages are amazing. You get a long neck ,back and head massage which isnt your typical salon practice.

So I have a stubbed toe growing back a new nail. Three months from black and blue hot wire pressure relief. with a recent re-stub I wanted a good pampering. This lady is clipping my nails and she ripped it off bleeding...........!!!!!!!!!Besides being tortured and laughed at, my doctor says he doubts the nail will ever grow back right because of this.

0 Stars. This is the second time I have come here, my first visit was great. For this one, I waited 40 minutes for my appointment. My shellac manicure is not great, it is full of half polished nails and imperfections. My toe nails are cut unevenly, and crooked. I was supposed to be heading to a business trip, and now I am headed to a different salon to fix these issues and have to spend MORE money on something that was overlooked by Bella Nails.This is not the quality I expect when I pay upwards of 75$ plus tip. I dont expect to come back any time soon. What a waste of my money and 3 hours of my day for a horrible set of nails that are unfinished. Please contact me to remedy the unacceptable service provided. I am extremely unhappy.

A bit pricey compared to other local options but also the cleanest and most comfortable environment around. With a few minor exceptions (Im pretty picky), they do a phenomenal job. Appointments are recommended, but theyre pretty accommodating with walk ins.

They always do such an awesome job on my shellac nails. I bring my 3 year old in for pedicures and they pamper her too. Love Bella!

My friends manicure chiped the next day. Ombre style i had requested absolutely horrendous . I specifically asked for less white and more beige and she ignored the request. My nails are mostly white and pretty much look like someone drew a line between the two colors. There is not gradual fade of color. She didnt care to do a good job and i had to point out all the areas that needed fixing throughout the process. If i didnt, my nails would look even worse then they do now.

This is a clean nail salon in a great spot BUT they are not so good with overlay. The gel polish plus the overlay chipped off within a week. I won’t go there again.

Massages made this extra good - massage chairs were better than most & the mani came with a head, neck, shoulder massage.

My nails chipped the day after. That has never happened to me before. Also, on the website they say that the glass of wine is complimentary, and it wasnt, was upset to see that I was charged. Also they put the lotion on your hands after the nail polish is on, which was weird. I got the spa pedicure I barely got a massage, seemed very rushed.

The atmosphere is amazing, the spa pedicure only took 45min! And it looks great!

I came back here after a hiatus because of a 20% off coupon. I had made an appointment but I still ended up waiting about 20 minutes in the pedicure chair; I almost considered leaving before someone got started on me. She didnt acknowledge my having to wait and the whole pedicure felt rushed. During the manicure she didnt ask me about what shape I wanted (rounded vs. square), if I liked the color after the first application, or number of coats I wanted. She also got caught up in conversation with another employee so I felt like an afterthought. There were also issues applying the coupon at time of payment. Overall I feel the quality of customer service has really gone downhill.

I rarely get my nails done, but I will probably go more frequently now that I have found this place! My nails look great, and I will never say no to the great massage that comes with the pretty nails!
