Doctor Baker and his team are fast, friendly, and do quality work. They use an iPad for streamline checking in. They quickly cover parking cost by validating. I feel well taken care of being offered water between treatment, and clear explanation of procedures.Heads up they have an open floor plan and you can hear procedures and conversations nearby.I would recommend Doctor Baker to friendly and family.

The women who cleaned my teeth was amazing. I believe her name was Chelsea. She was so nice and we had a great time. She always made sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. I’ve been coming here for about 9 years and same with my family. Great place to go!

It is difficult to find the words to sufficiently describe the highest standards of care I received from Dr. Baker and his assistant Jamaal. After a traumatic fall when visiting Seattle for a few days, Dr. Baker saw me early in the a.m. on his day off, and made me two beautiful crowns. The amazing Jamaal expertly matched the translucency and color of the teeth to my existing teeth. There is NO perceptible difference. They accomplished all of this in time for me to catch my early afternoon flight. I will be forever grateful to them for their skill, professionalism and kindness.

I visited Dr. Theron’s office for emergent dental care to replace a cracked crown. After googling same day crown restorations, Dr. Theron came highly recommended as one of Seattle’s top dentists.Not only was the office able to accommodate my urgent request to replace my crown prior to orchestrating a move out of state; but after receiving my new crown, I was so impressed with their ability to replace the original crown in under 4 hours that they offered to fit me in the same afternoon to replace another crown on the adjacent canine to match my newly fitted restoration.Using state of the art technology they were able to fabricate a crown that looks both aesthetically pleasing and natural - I now feel blessed to have a “Hollywood smile.” I have never felt so good about my smile in my life! It was also nice to be a part of the design process of the restoration.Dr. Phan and Jamal are a great team! Everyone in the office is so welcoming and equally compassionate from the moment you enter the office - from reception, to billing, and the rest of the team. My only regret is not finding the office sooner - they are an absolute pleasure to work with! If I were not leaving Seattle, I would surely return to the office for regular dental care. By far the best dental experiences I’ve had! Years back, I was recommended Dr. Baker (and newly joined Dr. Phan) and their staff as my new dentist office by a friend, and I can’t imagine switching. They have always taken a caring and sensitive approach with zero judgement, even when I came in after nearly 4 years of no dentistry and needed a fair bit of work. They truly care about what’s best for their clients and take an active approach to creating a clear and efficient dental plan with you. No pushing, no shaming, and they are open about what and why they recommend what they do. I look forward to seeing my regular hygienist, Louanne, but even when she isn’t available I still know I’m always in good hands. From preventative cleanings to crowns, they are gentle, kind, quick and top of their game!

The setup felt really safe. They have hand sanitizer by the front. They took my temperature before starting any dental work, and make sure no one is using the shared hallway when bringing people to and from the cleaning area. The staff were wearing face shields in addition to other ppe. And of course they were friendly as always!

Confirmed my 7am appointment via text message several times. Then show up at the office and no one was there.

I’ve been going to this dentist for a few years and can attest to the many awards they’ve won. They’ve always been honest and transparent when it comes to what work will be done, cost, insurance coverage, etc. I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary services or products and have trust in their work throughout each appointment. It takes time to build trust, and I can tell others who are considering a new dentist that you’d be in great hands with these guys.My teeth are extremely sensitive. Any anxiety I have going in quickly subsides since they always listen to my concerns and are gentle around the “soft” spots. You won’t be disappointed and will actually look forward to getting a cleaning (or any other work done) after experiencing such caring and considerate staff.I highly recommend this dentist. Everyone working here has been so genuinely friendly and helpful! My first visit was so pleasant. My cleaning was so thorough and they even gave me a whitening kit for free as long as I recommended them to people (which, of course I did!). My next visit was for two fillings. I recently had my first visit at Dr. Bakers office and I had a great experience as a new patient. Although the office is in the middle of downtown, parking is easy at Pacific Place and then validated. The hygienist I had was very personable and friendly. She did an extremely thorough check of my mouth and then took time to explain in detail everything she did and why. Dr. Baker was very straight forward and honest. Overall, it was a great experience.

Over priced. I tried to submit claims to my insurance and they said they have never seen billing this high before ever and so I had to pay heavily out of pocket. Also a high suspicion that they fill more cavities than necessary to bill insurance. I have had to fight with them many of times about billing issues. First they didnt submit to my insurance and so I got a huge bill. Then they under quoted me or services and billed me later and then they over charged so my insurance would only cover a tiny portion of my services....I have probably paid over $3,000 in out of pocket expenses in 2 years and I thought that was normal... turns out it is absolutely NOT. I really like the hygienists there and the new dentist is really awesome. Everyone is so nice and so it was hard to make this decision but I will not be going back as I do not think they are practicing ethically... Be weary and do your research if the cost and potential for getting worked by the system are worth it.

After avoiding the dentist for too many years to admit due to really negative experiences from 3 previous dentists, I was referred to Dr. Theron Baker. It started with a deep cleaning and since then, he has literally transformed my mouth. I cant begin to express how comfortable I am now with a trip to the dentist, and that I actually look forward to a cleaning! Dr. Baker and his team transformed my mouth, and my perception on dentist in general. Every detail is paid attention too, from the smoothness and color of a tooth (even the back of it) to the shape -- contact points are so important and he is a perfectionist. The staff is kind and loving (thinking of that great therapy lesson I had there with Judy and Shannon!) and they communicate all financial needs ahead of time so you are not walking out going, What?? (thank you Gisella!). Seriously. I shed a little tear when I think about my time there. My teeth look amazing, I feel amazing, and I no longer avoid / panic about going to the dentist. Dr. Baker and all of his staff are the best in the dental business! I have been going to the office for the last 3 years and have always had the most positive experiences. The initial exam I received was the most thorough and I felt the staff really cared about letting me know about where I needed to improve taking care of my teeth.Prior to coming to Dr. Baker and associates, I had a dentist that told me I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. I was told this when I had never had a cavity in my life!!! I decided it would be good to get a second opinion and Dr. Baker let me know that I didnt have any cavities and put sealants on my teeth to prevent any from happening in the future.I cant say enough great things about Dr. Baker and all the staff working there. The two ladies at the front desk are always nice and in a good mood and make you feel really welcome and the dental hygienist makes sure every surface of every tooth is completely cleaned! I dont plan on switching dentists ever and I should also mention that it is affordable as well and from what Ive heard, most dental insurance plans are accepted. Dr. Baker is on fb as well and sends electronic reminders to patients before appointments. I appreciate a dental office that is updated with communicating with patients through social media and email. :)

Ive always been terrified of the dentist ever since I was a little girl. After waiting month and months, I finally asked a few co-workers who they would recommend for my primary dentist, and my co-worker immediately recommended Dr. Baker because he had been going there pretty much all of his life, so I figured why not. My experience was wonderful! The front desk immediately greeted you with a smile and warm welcome, and my technician was also wonderful. I began to feel uncomfortable with my procedure because I hadnt seen a dentist in a while, so she was very thorough. My technician immediately noticed how I was feeling, and she calmed me down and let me know that it would be over soon, and that she will be as gentle as possible, which she was. Dr. Baker came and and visited for a little while after my cleaning which was very thoughtful. I honestly felt like he cared, and wanted to get to know his new patients on a first name basis. In the past Ive felt most dentists were always so rushed and just didnt want to get to know you, but Dr. Baker was the complete opposite. I recommend Dr. Baker now to all of my friends because of my wonderful experience!

Im the kind of guy that doesnt like going to the dentist and will say this is an excellent dentist and a great dental office. I first visited Dr Theron Baker back in 2012 when I was looking for a new dentist and immediately knew Id found the right place. The office is conveniently located downtown with ample parking and transit options surrounding. Since then Ive been in for the usual cleanings, had them make a special night guard retainer, and even had some chips in my two front teeth repaired. Dr Theron Baker has made a world of difference in my smile dental health.

I picked Dr. Baker on a whim looking through the directory in the dentist building, and it turned out to be a great choice! Hes very professional and very motivated to help patients on their path to better dental health.When I had my first visit, it was a 2 hour visit where him and his staff basically checked out the health of my teeth and pinpointed areas that could be problems or are already problems. From there he set out a guideline on the priority of the problems and tailored it to my insurance so that way we could get the most problematic areas out of the way while I still had insurance money.In general everytime I visit him and his staff are always very nice and professional and make sure that Im as comfortable as possible!

When I first went to Dr. Baker I was embarrassed to even open my mouth and smile. Not only did my teeth hurt with severe pain and tenderness but cosmetically I was sad to show my teeth. I had lived in fear of dentist my whole life. Dr. Baker not only gave me back my smile and no pain but cnifidence in not being hurt while being worked on. His staff that do the cleaning are kind and gentle as well. Warming the water for cleaning the sensitive areas of the teeth as they clean. I reccommend this Dr. to those that fear dental work, that are embarrassed to open their mouths because of cosmetic issues. My teeth and gums have never been this healthy! My smile beautiful!
