Just started with 32 pearls (Invisalign and dental cleaning) but so far going great. Affordable, communicative, nice and competent staff. The office isn’t “fancy” but I care about quality patient care and competence more than office furniture. Seems like they have a practical competent approach.

My experience is mostly with the hygienists, who are invariably efficient, professional, and friendly. My husband and I owe allegiance and gratitude to Dr. Bilikas, though, because he was the only doctor able to identify and then successfully guide treatment for an elusive abscess that had plagued my husbands health for years.

Nobody answers calls under the Seattle office number. The Tacoma number has a voice mail that is full and no message can be left. Inquiries via their homepage remain unanswered after weeks. I guess they are out of business.

Dominique gave me the best teeth cleaning Ive had in years. She was very thorough, and she took her time to make sure my teeth were in perfect health and clean. I highly recommend her and this clinic!

I have been with 32 Pearls for quite some time and am very comfortable there. Ive had bridgework, wisdom teeth removed, fillings and, cleanings. I love the atmosphere in the office; I could not ask for better staff. I have recommended my sister and my niece to the 32 Pearls University Place office because I am so confident in the services I have continually received.

They do not try to sell me procedures or products; they simply want patients to experience exceptional service and outcomes.Dominica, a total gem, has been my hygienist for the past few years and introduced me to a great floss (Coco Floss) for my specialized needs, which has resulted in better gums and has reduced tartar.I always look forward to my visits, which, I know, says a lot about a dental office.

Very friendly staff. I was able to make an appointment just two weeks from the time I called. This is the second time Ive met Dr. Sullivan, he has been professional, friendly, timely and has taken the time to answer all of my questions. I plan to go back again for my next check up.

I’ve been going to 32Pearls for over 5 years now. I brought my elderly mother about 6 years ago. The staff are very caring and professional. They were so careful with my elderly mother who had Alzheimer’s disease. My husband now goes to 32Pearls as does my daughter and son in law. Dr. Bilikas is the best. I definitely recommend 32Pearls.

Linda always does a nice a thorough job cleaning my teeth without any pain or discomfort. She is also very friendly and personable and makes the dentist visit a good experience!

This was my daughters very first dentist visit at 2 years old and it was great. She is not easily impressed and is very active, and the dental assistants made it fun for her.

I was seen by the Hygienist, Linda Nguyen. This was the second time I was seen by her. She was very thorough and provided an explanation for all of the procedures that she executed.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!About a year ago I wanted to improve my smile and came to 32 Pearls to get a crown on one of my front tooth. The Dentist was in such a hurry to finish with his work that day that they put so much water in my mouth that I started chocking on it, later the crown didn’t fit my tooth so he keep filing and filing my tooth until there was almost no tooth left.Finally he made the tooth fit the crown. The tooth never feel comfortable and after a year the crown felt off, I called the dentist but he wasn’t able to see me until 6pm so I spend all day without my front tooth, after I left his office that day I went home to sleep and when I wake up the next morning the crown felt off again. called him again and he put the crown back on but told me that it wasn’t permanent and that he will call me back the week after but he never did call me back , so after a week I called him and he told me to call his office and make an appointment.So after another week i returned to his office and this time he put the crown permanently but told me that I should by careful when eating ....3 weeks later the Crown felt off again🥺🥺I finally decided to go to another dentist but this will cost me thousands of dollars that at the moment don’t have🤦‍♀️.I wanted to improve my smile but ended up having to deal with the worse nightmare of my life worrying everyday that the crown will felt off again and I will be toothless during a work meeting or while on vacation.32 Pearls is the worse dental clinic I have ever been to. I will not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Bilikas is a great dentist and a good friend. It sometimes feels hard to find a good dentist you can trust, well I’ve got a guy that I can go back to over and over again, even though I live in Los Angeles and will be in China for a few years, I will still come back to 32 Pearls. I’ve been going to Dr. Bilikas for years. I lived in Leschi for 8 years and always had a great experience. I recently moved across the water and went to the Tacoma office and felt at home. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional!

This experience took away six months of my life. I was seen by both Dr. Bilikas and Dr. Sullivan who first placed a temporary crown and then a permanent crown on a infected tooth. Every time I called regarding the severe pain I was asked to come in to have my “bite adjusted” which was again extremely painful as I was already in pain. Their diagnosis was wrong and they had multiple opportunities to fix it. They were adamant and defensive, and the staff hostile. Dr. Bilikas is extremely rude and only cares about money. I would not recommend this office to anyone! I decided to take the matter into my own hands and spent three more months with an endodontist to get the root canal done and get another permanent crown. P.S I now have a new dentist and the difference is night and day. This all the more confirms my belief that there is something wrong with the way Dr. Bilikas and his office treats patients.
