Im so glad that I made the switch a few years ago to Dr. Christine Kirchners office for my dental needs. The front staff has been great and easy to work with for scheduling and payments. Ive seen a different hygienist each time I have gone to get my teeth cleaned and they are ALL amazing. So good and thorough at their job. Dr. Kirchner is great and I trust her and appreciate her expertise.

My first visit was the most detailed and I learned more useful information about my teeth and how to protect them. The staff explained whatever procedure they were doing and answered any question. Dr. Kirchner is so knowledgable and easy to understand.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Christine. They do an absolutely fantastic job and are very quick to follow up with you on details or questions. They are also partnered with Delta dental so you can get a partners discount if you go through Delta dental. I absolutely love going here because the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and the people are friendly and they keep the building at a nice warm temperature. They are very quick to answer all your questions and they are very personable.They also provide you very comprehensive feedback to your teeth or mouth condition. They have lots of sources and information to help you out. If you ever need referrals to good toothbrushes or toothpaste or habits, they are the people to talk to. I would definitely give this place 11 out of 10. Top notch service and top notch people.They even helped me get rid of a piece of bone that have worked itself out of my gum from a previous surgery. They efficiently pulled it out and they didnt even have to use any aesthetics for it either. Theyre handy work and craftsmanship is unmatched. they helped take care of an issue that had been bothered me for months within one visit.plus, they are also within walking distance of my apartment so that makes me happy.

Dr Kirchner and her team are excellent. All our immediate family have been seeing Dr Kirchner now for near 24 years. We never feel she encourages superfluous dental procedures and has kept all of us in good shape for a long time.

I’ve been coming here off and on for years and have always been satisfied with the cleaning/care.However, as noted in other reviews, the lack of transparency with billing/cost of care at the front office has been quite a turnoff. Even after clarifying costs at the front desk, I have received unexpected and inexplicable bills. After having had this happen several times over the last couple visits, I will be finding a different dentist.

A great dentist for the whole family. They do a good job of working my daughter and I in at the same time. They are great with my 8yr old. Within walking distance from my house so that works well too. We never have to wait for long and the hygienists are quick, professional, and thorough. Dr. Kirschner establishes realistic hygiene plans that fit into the family dynamic and the office staff does wonderfully at scheduling complex procedures to ensure we can maximize our benefit and minimize out out of pocket expenses.

Ive been going to Dr. Kirchners office for years and couldnt be happier to be their patient! Everyone there is great, walks through what they are doing, and give great tips on improving my own dental health. I have zero trouble telling everyone who is looking for a dentist to go here, you wont be disappointed!

My family and I went to Dr. Kirchner for several years. I really liked her as a dentist, but recently I found out that I have a genetic mutation that makes me more susceptible to cancer. The genetic counselor I met with advised that due to the fact the my genes do not repair properly if exposed to radiation that I eliminate x-rays unless they are medically necessary. She advised that my annual breast exam be an MRI and not a mammogram. When I told Dr. Kirchner about this new information, she said she could not treat me if I did not get x-rays. Mind you I have nothing wrong with my teeth. I come in for cleanings and an occasional cavity. To say the least, I was very disappointed that she would force me to make this type of choice for my medical care. What was worse, they acted like I was making it up.

Very thorough new patient exam. The hygienist, Brittney, was great! Very personable and explained everything she was doing as she did it. I moved to Seattle recently and as such have been looking for a new primary dentist. Dr Kirchner and her office exceeded expectations and will be my dentist for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic service. Everyone at this office is friendly and professional! Dr. Kirchners emphasis on thoroughness in her work and the work of her staff always leaves me feeling confident that Im getting the best care possible and its a pleasure to see these people every time I go in. Dr. Kirchners office is the best! I have never been a huge fan of the dentist, but Dr. Kirchners team is always very kind and professional, the cleaning tools are so much better (NOT painful, for once!), and I can get in and out in a very timely manner. Ive been going here for six years and wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Christine and the staff have created an environment that is warm, welcoming and professional. They addressed every concern and anxiety I had about visiting a dental office during a pandemic. Most importantly, they provided great dental care.

Avoid going here if you can. The staff failed to tell me my insurance was out of network so I ended up having to pay thousands of dollars for minor procedures. Dr. Kirchner likes to BS and is not straightforward or transparent. On a more minor front, the staff seems extremely unhappy and awkwardly uncomfortable; maybe they’re new and not confident or maybe they don’t like working here.

I am a new patient of Dr. Kirchner and I was very impressed with theDr. and all the staff on my first visit. I have spent a lot of time in dentists office and this was a very good experience.

Kirchner’s team is great. They’re very up to date on best practices in the office and great at giving me best practices for self care by providing tips and guidance without shaming. 👍🏼 I and my daughter have been going there for 10+ years and will continue to do so.

I love this place. The people here are really nice and dr. Kirchner is extremely friendly and helpful. They always make sure things go well and the work they do is fantastic. I have double insurance with them as well as being a Delta dental club member, so that makes things are much cheaper and I appreciate that about this awesome place. It definitely feels like a nice homey and friendly place.

Dr. Kirchner and her team are professional, courteous and provide excellent dental care. I recently moved from west Seattle to downtown and will continue to drive to her office every 6 months to see my hygienist and Dr. Kirchner. Hands down the most consistent dental experience Ive ever received (and Ive seen A LOT of dentist over the years).To note: they have taken extra precaution in the office to ensure you have a safe experience: state of the art air filters, staff PPE, etc.

Fantastic experience getting my teeth cleaned and seeing Dr. Kirchner for the first time yesterday.

I’ve been going to Dr Kirchner for about fifteen years and have gotten great dental care. Her hygienists are very personable and professional and I get great tips on caring for my teeth. When I had a dental emergency a few years ago (dental pain is the WORST!!) they saw me quickly and took care of me until I could see an endodontist. Luckily I haven’t had many cavities in that time but Dr Kirchner is very gentle giving shots when I’ve needed them for crowns they given me. Excellent care!!

The morning of my appoint one of my teeth broke at the gum line. After the cleaning Dr. Kirchner examined the tooth and told me what my options were, gave me the name of a periodontics and put a cover over the area of the broken tooth. I have always received excellent care from everyone I have met in the her office.

Very pleasant and professional. Excellent dentist with all the latest equipment to do a great job.

I was referred here by a current patience and had a great experience. Dr. Kirchner spent a dedicated amount of time with me, took a detailed history, and asked me insightful questions about my experience. She and her staff took the time to help me determine how I wanted to pursue dental health over the long term. I appreciated her staff going the extra mile to give me options and to make me feel comfortable and well-informed. I will definitely return!

Excellent practice. As good as it gets. The entire staff is friendly and professional, the office is clean, the dental work is exceptional. Sam, Dr Kirchner , and all the technicians made my visits an all around pleasure.

Great dentist! I have been going to her for years with my family and cant say enough good things about her and her team. I am not an easy patient but she and the rest of the staff are kind and very informative about options and plans.

Friend just received another bogus bill/copay for $68.00 to smooth out retainers for invisalign that are causing sores on her tongue for over a year. 1st visit they are super accommodating and cater to the max then service gets less and less as time goes on creating major regret for ever walking in the door.

This is not a business to support. I was pleased with the service at first, but her demeanor is awful. I have personally seen and heard the manner in which Dr. Kirchner treats her employees. There is extremely high turnover. I also experienced billing woes with this group and was promised one thing and then charged another. This is such a shame, because you want to trust the people that work on your teeth. It is so personal and already so nerve wracking for many of us. Go elsewhere if possible.
