I feel so much better after 1 session!I had a back injury from a combination trying out a new home workout (covid, am I right?) and trying to lift a dresser into my car by myself. The day before going in, I was in so much pain I laid on the floor for a moment in tears. I couldnt sit, bend, or really even use my left leg. I realized this wasnt just going to work itself out, so the next day I bought a Groupon and called to make an appointment. They had a busy schedule, but were gracious enough to fit me in the same day.I was greeted by friendly staff, and the chiropractor was the nicest guy. He genuinely wants to educate all his customers about their bodies and body mechanics. He took the time to explain to me what was going on, let me take a photo of the spine model to show my boyfriend exactly where my injury was, adjusted several places, and put kinesio tape on my lower back to give it a rest. The area still hurt some- which he told me it would as my issue was going to take a few adjustments to completely sort out, but I instantly felt so much better! I woke up the next morning feeling WAY better, about 65% recovered! I can bend, sit, and stand on both legs now!

Bought 2 Groupons for my boyfriend and son which included xrays, evaluation, and either traction or adjustment. Got xray only for first groupon and no adjustment or traction. For the second groupon there was no xray, and thoracic lumbar adjustment only -- no cervical/neck adjustment. Neither of the appointments included an in depth evaluation (the diagnosis wasnt explained) Gave homework to watch a self promoting video on the website, stretches, and said to return 4 days later (at our expense). Returned and had to wait as prior customer and Dr. chatted about Hawaii and went over our appointed time. Son went in first and Dr. mistook him for another patient and told him he had to redo xrays, then corrected and said it was okay and that he didnt have to go over findings again, but was told that they never discussed it. Did a fast adjustment and moved on to boyfriend 15 minutes later. Scolded bf for not watching video and threatened to turn him away. Bf said that adjustment did nothing for him and Dr. got insulted and said that if he watched the video and did exercises that he would feel better. Why go to the chiropractor when all we have to do is watch a video and do exercises since youre not getting a full adjustment? Why is chiropractor giving homework instead of doing complete adjustments or explaining diagnosis, or what hes doing? This doctor just wants to keep people coming in and paying. He didnt honor the Groupons. Ive been going to a chiropractor since I was 9. My uncle is a chiropractor and this guy is a narcissist and a scam artist. Dont waste your time or money. Toxic environment. For someone who says he loves everything about HawaiI, this doctor showed no Aloha to locals (we are from Hawaii), and has no Aloha spirit. Id give him zero stars if I could.

Ive been going to DCC and Dr. Carr for about a year now. Originally went due to some sharp back pain and after 1 visit I felt so much better. In general, after every visit I feel better. He also goes over a lot about ergonomics and posture which is really great for me since Im always trying to get better at those.As an introvert, Dr. Carrs seemingly extrovert personality can be daunting but hes a great and friendly chiropractor. Kylee, the front desk receptionist, is also always so nice and she is always willing to help me reschedule my appointments if work gets in the way. Had a great first visit , will make this place my go to for chiropractic services. After 20 years of experience with chiropractors, you know when you find a good one. 1) are they trying to create a plan and assume you will need 6 months of service 2) are they will to adjust you or do they just want to consult you and work there ways up to an adjustmentWhile chiropractic services are good maintenance, run if you’re being put on a long term plan. Not willing to adjust you? They’re milky the visits.Not Dr. Peter! Not only did he pass these two basics checks, I had an opportunity to see him interact with another patient, the questions and humor.When it came to my session, he quickly picked up on a problem I had no clue was related to my back, called it out without me saying anything and then as a good doctor, gave me stern advice on basics exercises I can do to avoid surgery in addition to scheduling visits for adjustments and said if I didn’t follow exercise, he rather not have me as a client. Yeah you heard correct, but that’s a real doctor. Following his steps and doing adjustment, will help my back pain, but it will not alleviate the hernia that is being caused by my back. This is just far beyond what I expected… A problem I thought was never gonna end has just been cleared off me within weeks. The severity of my neck pain which seemed to be getting worse and worse as time went by left me with no other option but seek a solution. I searched for remedy to this, I went to hospitals, a whole lot of them but to no avail until a close friend of mine told me about Dr Carr and Dynamic Chiropractic team.I felt scared initially but I had no other option but give him a try. The day I met him, I really felt relieved by what he told me after I had told him what was wrong with me. He told me that my case was minor. I smiled but thought he probably did not understand my pains, though was really comforted by that single statement “your case is minor”. He looked at me, did a bit workup on me (though was kind of painful but worth my condition), discussed with me what was wrong and told me what I had to do. I did as directed and noticed few weeks later that my back pain had gone. I came back gladly and told him I am okay, he smiled as he always did and asked me to sit down. I had a massage therapy with them last week due to shoulder pain. After the initial assessment, the therapist said that the pain was due to the stiffness of my arteries and veins. According to her, arteries and veins are very sensitive and if she applied any pressure, they will shut off and she can no longer treat me. Throughout the session, she basically touched my body without applying any pressure / strength for 1 hour and I couldnt feel any difference before and after the session. I had massage therapies a lot and this was the first time I came across arteries/vein massage....... It is an weird experience and I didnt benefit from this, will not visit again.

Its hard not to have an great experience here. They take the time to treat you like your a human and not just some number. I was in so much pain after my car crash and i was on the verge of just giving up on trying to find a specialist who shows at least some empathy to my situation. After my accident and prior experiences with other doctors, I began to think that all that doctors and specialists care about was money. It can be scary going to a chiropractor and being in a lot of pain, but Dr. Carr is such a calm, comforting person you only feel better after seeing him and not scared at all.

I have been seeing Dr. Carr for close to a decade now for regular maintenance and check up. He has been an amazing help and I would highly recommend him to anybody that is looking for a chiropractor. He is constantly learning and staying up to date on the latest research in his field and offers a lot of great insight into how to keep your body healthy. He is also a very friendly and positive person.

Im thoroughly impressed with Dr. Carr and his staff. I always look forward to going into the office. Dr. Carr is more personable than my dentist and primary care physician which I appreciate because chiropractic care can be a very personal issue. Once I saw Dr. Carr for an adjustment when my lower back was bothering me and to my surprise I left the office with less back pain and more range of motion in my neck! Its amazing what chiropractic care can do for you. All in all Dr. Carr is great and his receptionists are always friendly and kind. Dr. Carr has adjusted me for ribs being out on multiple occasions. He let me know that the experience wouldnt be a particularly pleasant one but was able to make it as comfortable an experience as possible. He is also excellent with sharing information (both in person and on his website) about how to keep everything in alignment in the future. He is a healer - trying to help people stay healthy and not running with gimmicks or asking people to come in more than they need to. He is an excellent Chiropractor and I will see him in the future for issues with my spine/ribs.

I have never been to such an authentic and amazing treatment center ever. Dr. Peter Carr, who is well known for his most effective and affordable care is one of the coolest and caring doctors. He always stands behind his treatment. Two days ago, I went to his clinic for massage therapy and guess what? It was a marvelous experience since Dr. Peter has two highly skilled and professional massage therapists who really know where to touch you with how much intensity in order to bring the deep sensation of relaxation to body tissues. It was a great and relaxing experience which resulted in easing muscle tension and pain. I will highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Dr. Carr. Every time I walk in the door with an issue, he solves it and gives me homework that always does the trick. Neck, hips, lower back, shoulders, elbows, knees, you name it, he has fixed it. He cleared up my acne even! I learned more about the culprits of my issues and my personal skeletal/muscular systems than in any chiropractic or doctor visit Ive had (and Ive been going to chiropractors since I was 12). So, like I said, highly recommended.

Months of physio could not resolve the lower back pain I had been experiencing for some time. A few sessions with Dr. Peter and I already had a vast improvement. It was a relief to be able to put my shoes and socks on again without help! Dr. Peter explains the issue and the treatment very well.

I was impressed by the X-rays before crack procedure, and felt very comfortable during the initial visit. After his suggestions on making my workplace posture more ergonomic, and having seen him six times, I am not in pain and sleeping better. Doctor Peter Carr is indeed a life saver. Ive been coming here for about 2 years. He is not aggressive, never demands that you come in regularly. Its crystal apparent hes there to assist you, and does not look at you as a dollar sign. I have very uncommon upper back and hip issues, so Ill come in periodically, and always feel like a million bucks when I leave.

I have never been to a chiropractor every in my life and Id never really planned to until I injured my back and even the ER had nothing for me. I put out a request for recommendations in on Facebook and my cousin recommended Dynamic Chiropractic Clinic. I did a little research and called in for an appointment which they were able to give the same day! The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I dont remember much about that day... I was a hurting unit! Dr. Carr made sure that I was comfortable and understanding what he would be doing. He checked my X-rays Id had done in the ER and explained exactly what was going on with my back. He even gave me a pair of shorts to change into so that he could stretch me out better than in my jeans. He adjusted my back and sent me in for some kind of ultrasound therapy on my back which had me walking upright the same day! It was some kind of miracle. He advised that I come back 3 more times that week but after visits and adjustments coupled with recommended exercises I was doing just fine. I will say this place is pretty legit. They have Saturday hours and are easy to schedule with. God forbid I have another crazy injury like that but if I do, I will be returning to Dynamic Chiropractic.

Dr. Carr is an excellent Chiropractor.He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing, he is very supportive, and thorough when explaining any process. Dr. Carr is the Michelangelo of spinal correction art. (I initially saw his associate, Dr. Smith, and was satisfied with her care, but I had no idea who the BIG DOG was! ) Ive been seeing him weekly for about 3 months, and every adjustment has been fantastic and incredibly helpful. I stumbled on this clinic a year ago while searching for a chiropractor who could help me with the nerve pain I was experiencing. I was seen by Dr Carr and right away he knew what I was suffering from just by seeing how I was walking. He listens, and tries to ease any pain & discomfort you may be experiencing. His ability to explain his techniques as he works makes it easier to relax, plus adding a sense of humor between adjustments helps make the conversations better. He was very careful, always making sure I was comfortable. He also gave me helpful tips to continue at home and after seeing Dr Carr, my nerve pain was gone.Walked in barely being able to walk straight and in pain and I walk out a new person, with almost no pain at all. Dr. Carr and the staff at Dynamic Chiropractic Clinic are friendly and awesome! I’m always seen right away, they’re all friendly and energetic. They all listen well and relay information to each other about patients’ concerns. My appointments were speedy, they dont waste any time but I also didnt feel rushed. I really feel they have my best interest mind. I never had a problem with payments or insurance, they took were very upfront and diligent in that department as well. I have heard a lot of negative comments about chiropractors and after going to Dr. Carr, seen his earnestness at getting people better, I might heartily disagree.

Dr. Carr is awesome! A lot of people like to disparage the Chiropractic industry but hes no-pressure. Hell patch you up and give you recommendations but wont give you a hard-sell. Its up to you to make the decision to fully heal. On the days when he isnt telling you some anecdote or personal epiphany (in an entertaining way) hell take the time to educate you on your personal situation and give you advice on how to resolve it. Even on the days when I walk away in (very diminished) pain, I always walk away feeling better about the world. Also, the staff has been amazing over the last decade. I give everyone ten thumbs up.

I have been looking for a chiropractic clinic in the area, as I wanted to make an appointment due to a pain in my upper back. I have seen many leading corporations, but in my opinion they just fail to give you the service you are looking for. I have to admit I was a little nervous walking into a new space but everyone was so personal and kind, that my nervousness just went away. I explained how along with my back I am dealing with left hip pain. We got started and it has been a few weeks, and I tell you my back pain has completely vanished! Dr. Carr is an amazing chiropractor. Half the time I forget Im there for spine adjustments. He is a very personable provider that makes you feel like family.
