We love HopeCentral! Dr. Jones is patient and thorough at every appointment. He takes the time to listen and understand, I never feel rushed and get all my questions answered. They spend at least an hour with you at every visit. It blows me away how patient-oriented and caring they are! There is always a Pediatrician on call after hours and they can typically squeeze you in same day if its urgent. Weve also been successful at setting up a telehealth appointment during Covid. While I do believe their mission is faith based, it doesn’t come off as religious or anything and you definitely don’t feel judged if your family is non faith based. Their care team, Cindy and Viktoriya are also amazing with our son! Were so happy with the quality of care we receive here!

Amazing place to have your child evaluated. This evaluation was a 2nd one Ive had to go through because I went through one with my eldest autistic child. They made it a very comfortable and easy process and I have been recommending this place to everyone I know who suspects their child may be on the spectrum.

Love this place. The nurses and doctors are top tier, and very loving towards our child. Trust them and appreciate them.

Dr Scott is absolutely wonderful. My 2 year old son was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months old. Ive recently had some health concerns and our regular pediatrician wouldnt hear me out. The staff was very caring and thoughtful when it came to some of his sensory issues. The medical assistant even blew him some bubbles while checking us in. Dr. Scott to the time to hear my concerns and do a thorough exam. All in all a wonderful experience.

I have come to really appreciate this place. Wish more pediatric centers gave off the same kind of care for families. Every visit I’ve had, the staff and doctors were patient and kind to me and my children (who have been unruly and chaotic multiple times). A staff member saw me nursing and brought out a more comfortable chair for me. Another staff member entertained one of my children when I had to step away while his brother was being screened. I only wish I lived in the area so this place could be our primary care location, but we are almost 40 minutes away

The staff and doctors here have been so helpful and responsive. they are always able to fit us in within 1 or 2 days, which is great as a first time parent who has no idea what theyre doing. Im not religious and i feel that the doctors are very respectful of that fact. most of all, i really admire their mission of providing quality care to communities that tend to be overlooked.

Our son has been a patient here for about 4 months and we’ve been very happy with the care he’s received. The after hours phone calls with the doctors are so valuable (compared with talking to some random nurse who knows nothing about your child). I’d definitely recommend Hope Central!

Was glad to have found this place when my son was sick. First off, when you call their office you immediately get a human being to talk to, no dealing with multiple phone prompts. All the staff was very friendly and the doctor even called after 5:30 on a Friday night to make sure he was doing better.

Very professional both Doctors and staff were very helpful. I like that the Doctors are available over the phone for after hour emergency and I never felt rushed during my child visit. My child Doctor Dr Scott is very patient with children and I really appreciate. I have also spoken to few other Doctors at the clinics over the phone for emergency advice and I can tell they are amazing .Am glad to have found this place.

This clinic is run by the union gospel mission. Its probably a great place for Christians, but I did not appreciate that their website does not mention that they incorporate religion into their practice.
