Convenient location, quick service and the staff listens to what YOU want your eyebrows to look like! My brows looked HORRIBLE because I tried doing them myself (COVID restrictions made it hard to come in) but Shristi took the time to do a fantastic job of getting them back to looking human and stylish again! Look at that difference with one done and the other still wild!

Great spot for threading eyebrows. Walk-in is possible but reservation is encouraged. I see different staff every time I visit but the work is good.

I definitely cannot recommend this place for mens eyebrows. I barely even got to walk in and say hi before I was tossed in the chair and started on, I never had a chance to tell her how I usually like my eyebrows. My eyebrows look way too thin, so much so that my girlfriend started laughing when I walked in the door home and I hadnt even told her I went to get my eyebrows done. This was my first time here, and I usually get my brows done a lot, but the waxing was (not very) but much more painful than other places.

I go to Brow Arc for about 2 years now. Their members are great and thoughtful and they are definitely top professionals! I love that they are cleaning and disinfect very througly the chairs and working stations between customers. I was the only one in the saloon for my procedures. I will keep being a customer! Thank you!

I go here often to avail their threading services. The location is ideal and they’ve precautions to prevent the spread of COVID by requiring customers to fill out online forms and placing them on a waitlist to limit the number of customers in the saloon. I signed up, but didn’t see a change in the waiting queue for a while; on giving them a call, they mentioned that they were unable to take in customers that evening. So, I’ve not visited since the start of the pandemic.From all of my previous experiences - usually, I’ve a good experience and am satisfied. However, there have been a couple of misses and I’ve been left dissatisfied. Overall, I would recommend this place. After all, I’ve been visiting over a year. Just make sure to clearly communicate what you want and what your expectations are with the services you’re availing and give them a call to ensure that they’re available to take in customers.

Last Friday, I had the best threading experience of my life. Sushila was warm, kind, and the gentlest threader Ive had. I cant get over how painless and easy it was! And whats more, she gave me some excellent advice on how to make my right eyebrow, which always has been sparser than my left, look fuller and more even. Really an awesome experience! Cant wait to go back.

Veena did a fantastic job today on my eyebrows. I told her I was getting married in 2 weeks and she took the time to discuss what style would go best. She was attentive and checked with me periodically to see if I was satisfied with the results. She was very efficient and my eyebrows look great! I am very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

Love this place! Super convenient location and quick service!Went one Tuesday and they looked good but didn’t last as long, but the lady I usually go to (Wednesdays or Thursdays before the weekend) ALWAYS does a great job with long lasting results!

I just met Sushila! Wonderful, friendly and sweet person. She cleaned up my brow very nicely! No tugging, no pain and gentle with the lip threading. Would surely go back to her again!

This was my 1st time getting my eyebrows waxed. I spontaneously thought to get my eyebrows done and I had a great experience. Sushila did a great job in doing them and was kind throughout the whole process.

I purchased a package of 3 blow outs. My first one was okay but when I tried calling to book my 2nd one, no one answered the phone. I walked to the location and it had a sign on the door that said it was CLOSED!!! Dont buy multiple services or memberships if you find one that is open.

I had a really great experience, i am from Oregon and it was my first time getting my brows threaded in Seattle but Sushila did a really great job. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Seattle.

They did a good job on my brows and cheeks. The staff could have been a little friendlier but thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. With regards to the other reviewers comment about the establishment discriminating against her because of her race, the clientele I saw being serviced were of diverse ethnicities and the staff did not appear to be discriminatory.

I purchased the unlimited-3 month package for threading my lip, brows, and chin and consistently received flawless exemplary service no matter who attended to me. I liked it so much I purchased it again and am still very satisfied, plus the ladies are always sweet to me.

They are the best at threading. This is my go-to place. Rama is the my favorite person there. Very professional and friendly.

Tried this place for the first time as the location was convenient and God how I regretted not walking for 5-10 more mins. I thread my eyebrows once in two weeks so I know what to expect. My threading was painful and tears wouldnt stop rolling down. At one point I was bleeding as she had ripped my skin away. Even after this when I checked, my eyebrows were not clean at all. She had broken most my hair into half so now there was no way to clean them up further. She couldnt even trim them properly. So my advice, save money, walk a bit more and go to e-brow lounge at sola salon- never disappoints!

Eyebrows were threaded way to thin, which I feel like is a common issue with threading. The shape of my eyebrows were not followed and they are much too thin now. Also, very painful.

I have been going here for a few years since I would always have a reaction after waxing. For the past year or so, I have been seeing Sharda and she has always been amazing. Quick and efficient and does a great job, also gentle enough that I never get irritation the day after (only a little red afterwards). You should definitely see Sharda if you go here!

Dont waste your time, just go to the Northgate location.I go to Brow Arc for threading. This location often has only one person working so the wait is long.If you show up during their last 2 hours of any day you might not get in. Only 2 stars because they have closed early on me twiceFirst time I showed up at 6:50 and was told they couldnt take me because they close at 7 (Google said 8) even though no other customers were there and eyebrow threading takes 5 mins. Second time I called to verify they were open until 8 then walked in less than 10 mins later (7:15) and was told they couldnt take me because the person in front of me would take their remaining 45 mins of time.

They close earlier than their hours say so you cant actually use the services that youve prepaid for. Also are not gentle enough on the skin around my eyes and leave red marks that last for days.

Omg the worst worst worst place ever. I came home and start crying because the girl their cut the end of my eyebrow! Now I have only half of eyebrow. Plus she did not want to admite that she cut it off!

They have a new intern whose work is so bad , she takes along time to finsh. Also , it is the worst place for waxing.

Ive never written a review but I had to for the experience I had here.The process was extremely painful and after I reached home I saw that there was still a lot to be plucked off(which were not visible because of the poor lighting).Had to spend another 15-20 minutes to get it done after paying $15.Very disappointing.I wish I could give 0 stars.Id never go to this place again.
