Nice water, nice yachts. Really busy during hot times, with couples everywhere with inflatables. Parking is semi decent and semi difficult.

Nice Friendly environment with many local businesses including StARBUCKS DRIVE THRU. AGC also owns the Marina behind the building.

Nice place to relax and walk around. Awesome view of lake union.

Its accessable, right on the water, a beautiful building and the Starbucks is good.

I love going here.

The business and staff is good but the office is small and not great for very large groups for meetings.

I just wish the building was open later to access their meeting room on the bottom floor.

Excellent for networking, education and construction related support

You can park in their lot if you are in South Lake Union and the street parking is full. It was $14 for 4 hours.

I drove by this place once and Google asked for a review.
