Ive been seeing Dr. Allison Egan ND first for scar therapy injections originally and then for massage and trigger point injections after my car got totaled. Her understanding of pain and the body are very high level and she took great care throughout my entire recovery. The scar therapy is a scar on my face right above my eye from a car accident when I was a teenager. Over the years that scar has become a focal point for headaches and it feels like its wrapped around a nerve and become very hard and crunchy. After only a few sessions I could feel the difference in the scar. It was softer and my weekly headaches had gone down considerably in frequency and pain level. Its amazing how long I dealt with them and how quickly it resolved when I found the right therapy. She was very gentle and precise - considering I was getting injections into my face near my eye. Then I got in a new car accident and started getting massage from her which was therapeutic and very helpful BUT EVEN BETTER the trigger point injections were amazing and made all the difference in the world! They allowed my overly tight and painful muscle patterns to finally relax and recover / heal. She was honest about what I needed and obviously really enjoys her work. She was very gentle and made the experience relaxing. I would recommend her to anyone who has muscular pain! (She also does prolotherapy injections for joint issues)

Definitely, recommend Cathrine for sacred cranial work. She help me remove a lot of blocks gently and recover a lot of the pieces that I needed to heal along my journey.Also recommend Maggie Fox for the hydro colon therapy. She is gentle and respects your pace and is present.

Everyone that worked there was extremely nice, the place was very clean. I really appreciate having Dr. Allison during my visit, she was very informative, and helped by explaining every detail, plus she helped me pick an enzyme that has been helping me after my visit. My stomach has not felt this good in forever.

For the past year Ive had a reoccurring highly localized pain in my left side. it would vary in acuteness, but it was always there. In July I ate something that threw my entire system off and made the pain in my side extreme, and my normal GI functions went off the rails. I worried I had everything from stomach cancer, to a bowel obstruction, or any number of parasites that are out there. In a last ditch effort to try to solve the issue, I went to the Tummy Temple for a colonic irrigation. the experience was comfortable and reassuring. the ND that performed my procedure was knowledgeable, caring, and suspected that I had Diverticulosis, an inflammation of the lower intestine. after 45 mins and several rinse and repeats I felt completely cleaned out, and the pain in my side had been reduced by 90%. but the real results wouldnt be felt for about 24 hours. the next day I realized, the pain was gone. like, completely. not only was it gone, but I felt AMAZING. my GI tract was working right again, I wasnt gassy or bloated, etc... in short, its like I got a whole new set of guts. its hard to describe the feeling of euphoria that you get when youve been in pain for so long you just get used to it, and then suddenly its gone. I feel like a new person with energy and pain free. and that feeling has not left. every day since it continues to get better and better.if you are experiencing any Lower GI issues, dont wait as long as I did. make this your first call, not your last. youll be glad you did. its a life changer.

Second colonic tonight with Dr. Allison Egan. What can I say. She listens and is very comfortable to work with in what is for most of us a less than fabulous movie moment. Movement, yes. She worked my colon like a target shooter, clearing gas and blockages with deep, knowledgeable and intuitive well placed belly massage. Good hands, good advice. I highly recommend you see her if you are feeling any gut discomfort, constipation, the opposite of those conditions, he said delicately, but especially to relieve a sense of stuckness and irritation that needs to clear out. Internet searches will tell you the AMA says colonics do nothing. The AMA are idiots. Put your embarrassment aside and go save your life.

In love with this place! I had reoccurring health issues that were causing so many problems. I went there to try the lymphatic therapy because my arms seemed swollen... and I noticed a difference right away. Cathrine recommended I go twice a week till things were back on track. I lost 30lbs in 6-8 weeks doing the treatment with her. (All lymph and water my body was refusing to get rid of).Recently my mother went for lymphedema.. she is on chemo and her doctors recommended walking and light massage which wasnt helping at all. I suggested talking with Catherine and after her first treatment her pain is down significantly and her movement is much improved! She is counting down the days till her next session.Everyone there is so sweet, Claire (at the front desk) isnt even annoyed with me when I call 20 times to check for new openings and move my appointments. My lymphatic treatments with Catherine are always the best! As a breast cancer patient she is so knowledgable and understands my body’s needs. She can help you learn how important your lymphatic system is and ways to help to improve.

Came here for some colon hydrotherapy sessions. Both Dr. D and Dr. Jessica (?) were respectful, accommodating and informative. The Serenity Lounge upstairs was great for relaxing before and after my appointments. They offer many naturopathic services and classes. Prices are definitely reasonable given the area. Staff were really nice. They are open 7 days a week and offer later evening appointments during the week. Its street parking only so prepare to have to walk a few blocks unless you luck out. I didnt like that the toilet is basically right next to the table you lay on during the therapy. I also kept staring at the curtains that had an unhealthy amount of dust on them. You have the option to tip your provider which was a hard concept to grasp. It seemed that they ran behind often, which is fine, but no one checked in with me and I wondered if I had been forgotten. Overall great experience and will definitely be back.

I love Dr. Maggie! She is helping me with my rare GI disorder called Cycil Vomiting Syndrome. She has been so helpful and the treatments have been reducing my episodes. She is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable. I love Tummy Temple, highly recommend!

Colonic Hydrotherapy doesnt sound like a pleasant experience, but the staff and providers at the Tummy Temple make it a relaxing and healing experience. When first coming here Dana did my colonics and was awesome. Dana calmed my worries about everything and even going over the 45 minutes to make sure I was 100% better. It was a great experience until Dana was gone and I got the high priced Doctor to do a colonic. I do not remember her name but she was young, stuck up and talked about herself the whole time, it was not worth the high price. She wasnt that knowledgeable and didnt really tell me anything to help my health which I thought thats the point for paying more. When we barely got to the 45 minutes she was in a rush to leave since I was the last appointment and when trying to check out the receptionist was too tired to do it. Also the receptionist with glasses and dark hair wouldnt book my appointments and stated use the website instead. I was never offered the discount if you spend A LOT, she was completely useless. The younger receptionist was very friendly and I enjoyed seeing her there. For driving 30 minutes one way it was only worth it for Dana or Janelle they helped me tremendously and couldnt be more thankful for them, way more knowledgeable and down to Earth. Thank you Dana & Janelle for everything!

Nice folks not for those with allergies. They are also unabashedly commercial, kind of refreshing in a way. They say no fragrances instead they use essential oils, strong enough to knock you over. My sons nose is still running. I am not sure what the difference is between fragrances and essential oils they both smell a lot.... The treatment could not be done turns out it would have worked better if he had been on a liquid diet for a few days prior. They say this has never happened before, maybe they are correct, I have no experience in this area. They did not mention the liquid diet part until after we had paid, then mentioned we could make another appointment.... My son refuses to return he does not like it when his sinus gets stuffed up. The lady was professional and considerate in the room and seemed to know what she was doing.... good luck

I woke up when my scale at home said I weighed 252 pounds! Yikes! I started with celery ans water, lots of water, and I joined 24hr fitness with a personal trainer and I discovered I had type 2 diabetes.While talking to my doctor he mentioned that I had a big problem with clearing my digestive system, like always I googled it.Hydrotherapy is basically a hose is shoved up your butt and you are washed out with warm water. The Out part is the tricky part the Hose doubles as a vacuum cleaner as the water fills you it stops filling and starts sucking all of the H2O and debris out into the sewer.It was a little embarrassing at first but the grace and forthrightness of the practitioner made me relax and go with the flow so to speak.The bottom line is that I now weigh 228lbs and I am still vigorous and committed to the exercise program AND I look a lot thinner. Apparently a lot of the thickness around my waist was a build up of undischarged feces and clearing it out was a great idea.This is NOT an unpleasant process. It is easy and comfortable and clean. Best of all it works and makes you feel positive about yourself.Try it at Tummy Temple. I know the name sounds a little hippie like but these are serious people who are well trained and compassionate. My therapist was Nedra Goedert and she was comforting and listed to my comments and answered my questions. She even hummed a lullaby while I was on the table.

Excellent place for inner cleansing. I go there every week and feel much better every time. I will continue to go as long as the government allows it to stay open and does not give in to the evils of the pharmaceutical companies which want everybody to be on drugs and no one to be healthy.

It was my first time at TT and I really enjoyed the lymphatics class led by Janelle. I have a condition where my lymphatics are affected and the information provided is very helpful to me to be able to have an increased sense of well-being. I plan on booking a service very soon.

Mindy is the ultimate. She practices a very special type of abdominal massage that has been passed down from Mantak Chia. This body work that she does is a combination of massage and energy work. She is a skilled practitioner and if you havent ever had abdominal massage done, it is no surprise: not many people are qualified or trained to do it. So finding Mindy is a very special treat.

I have been dealing with IBS-C and possible gluten sensitivity increasingly in the last couple of years.I have had colonics with the Tummy Temple and use their products also ( Diju). I really feel like they have saved my life. I was to the point of desperation, sick and unhappy before I came in for a treatment. I am happy to say that I am on the road to managing my condition and I really do believe it is because of visits and the knowledge of the Tummy Temple.I know it may sound scary to make an appointment.. but if you are in trouble, as I was, they will help you to feel healthy and treat you with dignity.
