Its been more than a year that I have been taking herbs from Dr.Anup and all I can say is that its been amazing to witness the healthy change in my body, mind and soul. His wisdom and herbs are a great source of help. Along with all that he has good listening skills, where one feels heard.

With many physical complications, I finally attempted Dr. Anups 30-day Liver and other essential organ cleanse. I already had adjusted my diet, very similar to what the doctor had recommended, so no too much adjustment there. Dr. Anup spent almost 2 1/2 hours evaluating my particular conditions, ailments and body chemistry in order to create a detox/cleanse especially suited for me! Compared to a typical physician, my cost for suppliments and tonics, in conjunction with the personal time he spent, was incredibly honest and fair.Dr. Anup orchestrated a phone appointment exactly 21-days into the program, the day after my purge, to exchange information about my progress and condition, even providing me with venues to obtain Tonics and suppliments post cleanse as needed.I highly recommend Dr. Anups holistic and personal approach! I first started seeing Dr. Anup at the end of 2017 to deal with issues of fatigue and a chronic bladder issue.I had been working on these issues both with allopathic and naturopathic therapies for 17 years. I thought -haven’t tried Aryuveda -last ditch effort so to speak. Within months I could feel my energy going up. I felt extremely ‘pampered” with the practices and remedies , unlike anything I had experienced prior.Add to this the extremely caring and thorough care of Dr. Anup to round out the experience of working with Ayurveda.Almost two years later I feel like I have recaptured the energy of my youth! I feel again as if I am 35! I can be running around all day, I can do strenuous exercise without being exhausted afterward and my general outlook on life have changed with the understanding that true healing is possible.Ayurveda asks you to take care of yourself and in the beginning the self care protocol might feel a little daunting for some.
