My mother was in town and wanted to have a massage. With less than a week notice we were able to get back to back appointments. Response time was quick and she was very accommodating!The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. Certain muscle groups were sore for a couple days due to being worked out. A good sore. She was able to identify areas of tension, where I was holding stress, and use the appropriate pressure and technique to release. The resulting return of blood flow was refreshing and rejuvenating.Worth the drive from Gilbert to Scottsdale!

Zenia gave an amazing massage! I felt extremely relaxed after which was exactly what I came for. Her room had an extremely cool and welcoming vibe and Zenia herself was just so fun to talk to, which is a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!

Body by ZH is simply amazing!I’ve been going to Body by ZH for the last year and a half. I consider Zenia to be one of the best. Her deep tissue massages are true “Deep Tissue” massages. I would also recommend adding cupping (one of my favorites).

Zenia is amazing! I’ve only seen her a couple of times but each time has been absolutely amazing. She is very attentive to what/where your pain is and she does an amazing job working on those areas. She really helped the sciatic pain I’ve been having in pregnancy. She is also extremely knowledgeable in her work, when you ask her a question about it she gives such detailed and helpful answers. I have been going with Zenia for a couple of months now and I haven’t felt this great in a long time. I have always had very bad lower back/hip pain since I was a teenager due to injury. Ive made my rounds in so many places to get help and this is the only place I have returned to. She listens to all your concern areas and prioritizes what you need. She is seriously amazing and I would hands down recommend to anyone.

So this was my first cupping/tissue massage. And it was pretty gnarly. As soon as she applied some good pressure, I could feel exactly where all the problem areas are in my back. She worked them out and It really freed up my mid back to my shoulders. 10/10 would recommend. For sure going back.

I do not get massages for relaxatation but for therapy and pain relief. I just moved here and got a deep tissue massage with cupping from Zania. Not only was she professional, great at her craft but she also sent me a video in stretches i can do at home regularly to provide relief. Her space is tranquil and clean so even though i was getting theraputic relief it was also relaxing. And her online booking system was easy to use and perfect for my last minute booking needs. She is knowledgeable and she really cares! Ill be back. Highly recommend.

I’m a dental hygienist and we know a good massage therapist when we find one. I first went to Zeina when I was having specific pain in my thumb. She suggested cupping which I had never had before. That was a game changer for me and let me tell you, not all cupping is created equal as I have also discovered when I was out of town and having pain and sought out someone to do it because of my experience with her. Not even CLOSE to being the same. Zeina is incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Zania is amazing! After a neck injury in October, my chiropractor told me how much massage, specifically with Zania, would benefit and expidite my recovery. And I am so glad I got the recommendation. Zania is always able to read what is happening with my body as she works to really address what is causing pain. As long as you can go into the session knowing this is a therapist who does deep work and not just a relaxation massage, then be prepared to reap the benefits of working with an experienced massage professional.
