Best chiropractor in town does an amazing job and always make you feel comfortable! 10/10

Ive been seeing Dr. Abbas for 7 years. I cant say enough wonderful things about him and his level of care, knowledge and professionalism. I recently went in for pain in my ribs and shoulder, due to an injury, thinking Id end up needing to see a traditional doctor but Dr. Abbas was able to treat both. Ive seen him throughout both of my pregnancies and every injury and Ill continue for years to come!

This is my 5th time visiting Dr. Abbas. He is phenomenal. Very well educated, informative, and above all leaves me feeling 100% better than I did walking in. My knees have been restless for years, and now I hardly have that issue. My back as well as my neck also function far much better. Thank you Better Health Solutions!

I initially went to him because I REALLY threw out my neck. His adjustments and exercises for home helped relieve it quickly. I continued to see him once per month to prevent back and neck aches, and it helped SO much. He is very kind, and really appreciate his tips for home living and education to prevent pain.Also, his fees are so reasonable

Dr. Khayami was a life saver. I was in so much upper back and neck pain (poor posture working on a computer all day) that I couldn’t sleep anymore - after one visit I felt so much better and after 3 or 4, I could finally sleep again! The office is clean, organized, and inviting. Getting an appointment time that worked for me was easy, always started timely, and they took my insurance. Dr Khayami is kind, honest, generous with his time, thoughtful, and professional. He listened, gave me stretches to do, explained my treatment, and seemed very intuitive in his approach. I plan to go back when and if I need to and would highly recommend treatment here. Location is great, too!

By far the best chiropractor you can find. He is very personal and caring. I was going to another pain management clinic for 4 years and did not get relief after numerous treatments. I felt better after my initial visit with Dr Khayami than I ever have with my other chiropractors.

He really makes you feel like he CARES about you and I have had the privilege of being a patient of his for a while now and it just keeps getting better! I attended the Better Health Solutions clinic in February 2013 on two separate occasions. I was treated by Dr. Khayami who discussed my symptoms in a very professional and thorough manner. We discussed daily activities, posture and ergonomic habits. I attended the clinic specifically for lower back pain. After a thorough analysis, Dr. Khayami treated my back using chiropractic methods as well as utilizing massage therapy. I immediately felt relief in my lower back and now after completing my second session, I can sincerely state that Dr.Khayami is making a positive difference in my overall well being. I also want to note that my wife on my first visit had a one hour massage. At first my wife was hesitant given she is almost 5 months pregnant but the massage therapist set her at ease and utilized massage techniques specifically for pregnant women. My wife left the clinic feeling very relaxed and secure with the massage she had received at an unbelievable price! On my second visit my wife had a minor adjustment from Dr.Khayami who was professional and gentle. Once again my wife felt safe and felt very relaxed post the treatment. I stumbled upon this clinic due to their $30 one hour massage advertisement and can say with sincerity, I highly recommend this clinic for your chiropractic and massage needs.

It is a genius move to loosen the muscles BEFORE the adjustment. Ive held the adjustment longer and experienced quicker relief from 2 pinched nerves than with any other chiropractor, ever. Dr. Abbas is a great chiropractor and it is apparent from the first visit, he wants you to feel your best. He and his staff took care of all of my concerns about billing and dealing with my insurance. The office is clean and modern, and in a convenient location, just a mile or two from the 101 in Scottsdale. I felt very comfortable in his office, and his professionalism is second to none. Im glad I got in contact with his office. Not only did his team make every visit comfortable, but after seeing him, I feel ten years younger! I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a tune up.

I recently started body building at 37. While its a great health benefit my body does not recover as quickly as it used to and I was experiencing a lot of stiffness and discomfort. In looking for a chiropractor close to home I tried 2 chiropractors in the same day. Dr. K was by far the better choice. He takes the time to listen to you and customizes a treatment plan to get you healthy. His office is inviting and provides numerous tools to optimize treatment. It didnt take long for me to feel better. I still stop in for maintenance and really like the option of evening appointments. I also love that there is a massage therapist on site and have utilized these services after my chiropractic appointments for even greater results.

I’m so thankful for Abbas!! He has helped me a lot in the short time I’ve worked with him. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The adjustment is really relaxing too he does a lot of extra work preparing your body for the adjustment before he actually aligns you. I would recommend him to anyone in need! Honestly, Dr K is the best. He is caring (sooo caring), thorough, and effective. He fixed my issue in ONE visit. I had personal recommendation (to other doctors) that led to unreturned calls, and crazy fees. Better Heath Solutions is fantastic -- It is top-rate service and beyond reasonable pricing. Just try them! The exam, consult and adjustment will cost you less than most pay just for the exam... and you will be glad that you did. I will continue to go back!

I became a patient at Scottsdale Chiropractor (Better Health Solutions) about three months ago; up until then I had never been to a Chiropractor before. I had been experiencing headaches on a daily basis. I also had a lot of pain in my upper back, more than likely from years at a computer plus my bad posture. I tried different things to try to achieve some relief. I tried stretching, twisting, bending, yoga, massage, lots of Tylenol and nothing really seemed to help. When I finally had my first appointment with Dr. A, I had severe nervous system disturbances, especially in the cervical area of my spine. No wonder I was having so much discomfort and headaches. Within the first month of receiving specific chiropractic adjustments, I actually felt better. I cannot tell you the last time I had a headache and my backaches are very rare.

The prices are affordable, and the providers listen and do a good job addressing my pain points

Ive been going to Dr. Khayami for three years now. Scoliosis runs in my family so I go into see him frequently...about every two weeks. Unlike other chiropractors Ive been to, Dr. Khayami truly cares about his patients. He takes several minutes with you discussing your overall health before he even adjusts you. He also includes other therapies that the majority of chiropractors would charge for. Since visiting him, my back and hip problems have all but disappeared. I would highly recommend anyone to go see him because he is not in it for the business...his number one goal is to see you injury and pain-free again. His staff is also amazing....Heather, his sports injury expert / masseuse has helped me recover from a few running injuries.

Go here if you want to get beat up for an hour and in 3 days magically feel better. Seriously the most painful massage ever but damn my back feels 16 again for a whole month after. I bartend and this is my only relief for my poor back

Its the best adjustment and the chiropractor does not try to oversell you. Ive been a few times with mid-lower back and neck pain and have never once regretted it! And the guys kind and honest, so its a great experience. Highly recommend.

Ive been going to Dr. Khayami for years. Not only does he treat the whole body but he answers all and any questions. I asked him why he doesnt use the chiropractic gun that hits you with small energy all over and he says that it takes more visits for that to work. If I throw out my back in the middle of the night he will make an appointment for me the next day. Dr. Khayami helped my father-in-law, help me and I will recommend him with flying colors to anyone I can. My kids love him too. Oh yeah my favorite thing is he takes insurance and hes cheap. And thats him hugging my little girl and she doesnt even hug me. Lol thanks Abbas.

About 3 time a year a pinch a nerve in my neck and this is my go to guy to get me back going. Highly recommend.

In general, I am not a lover of chiropractors. I have had several negative experiences, and had difficulty feeling comfortable with one. That being said, I cant say enough good things about Dr. Khayami! He is very concerned with making sure you feel comfortable & understand what he is doing (and why). He is very thorough & I always leave the office feeling better than when I walked in. I literally sing his praises to everyone I know!

Dr. Khayami has been amazing since day 1! He truly is focused in the well being of his patients, their comfortability and healing progress. For every question he had a professional and educated answer as to why things are happening the way they are. I was also very impressed with his customer service skills and my last visit was a prime example of that. The credit card reader was going through some technical difficulties and he allowed me to come back at a later time to pay my co-pay. He did not ask for cash or made me wait for the card reader to work again.Thank you Dr. Khayami! I look forward to monthly maintance visits and massages.

I was referred to Dr Khayami to help my 15 year old with her injured knee(ACL). Dr Khayami has used various methodologies to help reduce swelling, increase movement and lower pain. Dr Abbas has a very advanced knowledge of sports medicine and our orthopedic surgeon was impressed at the high level results with a minimum number of visits. I and my wife were referred by our family friends to Dr. Abbas while visiting Arizona from Vancouver, BC, Canada. We have had Chiropractic treatments in the past, but Dr. Khayamis various methods of treatments are by far beyond any other Chiropractors. We came to him with a lot of problems caused by a car accident, and we were impressed by his great care and super professional treatments that proves his extreme level of knowledge in his field. Dr. Abbas worked with us from 45-60 minutes per sessions while other chiropractors would only spend the average of 10-15 minutes with you. With his tremendous efforts to treat us with our ongoing problems, we could feel the difference after a couple of visits. There is no way to miss visiting Dr. Abbas whenever we are in Arizona. Good Chiropractor! I had a very sore neck and shoulders. I was under a lot of stress and suffered from headaches daily. I had suffered for many years and purchased a bottle of Advil before work. 2 1/2 months later, the bottle is unopened (NO HEADACHES) and the ball of stress in my neck and shoulders is gone. I recommend Dr. A because hes a wonderful healer and educator.

I totally agree with all of the other enthusiastic reviews. The best ever, etc. Sometimes little details speak the loudest, so heres a little detail: All of the other chiropractors Ive ever seen have immediately wanted to sell me ten-treatment packages, etc. Dr. Khayami does not do that. He told me to see him only when my symptoms warrant it. Oh, and heres another little detail: Dr. Khayami knows what hes doing. Those other treatments from the other guys -- maybe they worked a little, maybe I just wanted them to have worked. Dr. Khayamis treatments REALLY worked, period. Enough said.
