What a great doctor! She really cares about you as a person and patient. She is dedicated to getting you well and wants you to be the healthiest version of yourself. She is the best doctor, so real and transparent.

I have gone to Dr. Geraces office for four years now. She was my primary care doctor while at ASU and I enjoyed her office so much, I came back when I returned to AZ after moving away for a bit. She took my mental and physical health seriously. Any referrals shes given me, Ive been happy with. I feel as my appointments are thorough and any concerns I have are addressed.

Do yourself a favor and sign up with Dr. Gerace. We are fortunate to have a medical professional of this intellectual caliber in our City. She has a research mindset and knows practice and people well. Her staff is very conscientious and caring, following her lead!

Dr. Gerace knows me as Im a frequent flyer. I have little medical issues here and there. Dr. Gerace spends time with me to assess the medical issues. Also, the Physician Assistant does the same. I feel comfortable seeing the PA if need be. Doctor or PA refer me to specialist and the staff follows up to make sure I have gone to the specialis. In fact, the office staff will make sure I schedule an appointment to talk to the doctor or PA about the results. She has cared for me for many years! Its nice to have a Doctor that knows and cares about me.

I love how wonderful care the practice takes of its patients. They remind you so that you know exactly when to come, they take you on time and you are in and out efficiently. Do not misconstrue efficiency with care, they give you the highest of care without taking your time for granted. Dr. Gerace is kind, caring and gets to know her patients as people rather than just a medical chart. Refreshing to have a Dr who is about high level care and your health!

New to the area made an appointment with dr grace for annual check up was surprised to go to the office and be seen by the clerk and a PA. Although those people were nice and attentive I as a physician myself did not want to be seen and treated by a PA . I was told that when appointment is made with the doctor that is not guaranteed, but they will not tell you this ahead of time . Will not recommend this office to anyone

My recent visit with Dr. Gerace was for a follow up Hospital stay due to COVID, as always Dr. Gerace took the time to go over the reports she received from the hospital and explained what I should expect while recovering from my bout with COVID. I have been seeing Dr. Gerace and her crew at All-Care for a number of years now and have always been pleased with the treatment and service. I drive from the Casa Grande area because of the care I receive from her and her clinic. If it were not for my decision to start going to her I could have possibly have been continually miss diagnosed when I was having issues with my elevated Calcium that thanks to her and her clinic they were able to get me the proper treatment and care. I know that not everyone has had the same experiences I have had with Dr. Gerace and All-Care but I am very glad I decided to have them as my Primary Care Clinic.

Dr Gerace has been my primary doctor for a number of years. She is a professional in all matters, warm and understanding, and most important is that she openly and caringly responsive to me at every visit.

I never write reviews, but if I keep one person from visiting this doctor it was worth it. The doctor had no interest in what I had to say, seemed to have some sort of beef with my previous doc (who I stopped seeing because they no longer took my insurance), questioned all of my previous diagnosis (one of which was from a specialist), ranted about things that werent even related to me or my situation, became defensive anytime I tried to interject, question, or clarify. Terrible experience. I left mid-appointment.

UPDATE: I’ve resorted to blocking the phone number they call from and have STILL received texts and even a letter in the mail(which was also a poorly written letter stating “We have made several attempts to contact you via phone, as you will be due for you are overdue for your annual labs”. Extremely annoying and frustrating to STILL be contacted even though I’ve made it clear that I’m under care of another medical professional as well as finding a new PCP.I’ll preface this with I actually liked this office when I first started going. Dr. Gerace helped with starting me on a prescription for my depression, and while the wait was long for my appointments, it was close to my work office and I was able to schedule appointments over my lunch break. I’m definitely going to be changing my PCP, which is a shame because I don’t think it’s Dr. Gerace, but rather the office staff, that is the issue.Fast forward to now: I’m pregnant and following up with my OB for all care, as I haven’t needed to see a PCP for any refills/lab work/sickness/etc. I’ve been constantly called and felt harassed over the last several months to “come in for your yearly physical and lab work”. The first person who called me from the office was an extremely rude lady who wouldn’t let me off the phone(I was driving and using hands free so I couldn’t just hang up) until I scheduled an appointment. I did a VIRTUAL 5-minute yearly visit with an NP, not Dr. Gerace, that I was still charged $25 for, even though my insurance covers all preventative visits(this was NOT a sick visit). And I decided to not do the lab work as I had upcoming lab work scheduled with my OB for glucose testing as well as other markets. I’m STILL getting calls to come in for the lab work even though I’ve told them I don’t plan on completing anything else until after I deliver.

Went to the office for the first time to get tested for strep. There was no one in the office before me and I still waited 40 minutes to be seen. The MA they sent in to help me was new and knew nothing. I love helping out new clinicians but they should’ve had someone in with her at the same time. I wasted 30 minutes with someone new constantly coming in to help her. Finally got my strep results and the PA asked what I wanted to be prescribed. As a physician isn’t she responsible for that decision? At 4:45pm my prescription still had not been called into Walgreens so I called to see what was going on. The receptionist was rude and said “as if our job is done at 5pm. I’m sure she’ll get it done.” Well it was almost closing time on a Friday so I figured I would check to be safe. The office has now been closed for over an hour and still nothing. If you are need of something urgent, do not go here. I was hoping the clinic could become my PCP as I just moved to the area but I’ll never give them another time. It seems like a circus and no one knows what they’re doing/what they should be doing.

I went through the online portal to request an appointment for today in hopes of resolving my possible broken finger and establishing a primary care physician. I received the email stating I would be contacted. When I wasnt contacted within 2 hours of my scheduled time to arrive, I called to verify my appointment. I was informed hastily by the woman that answered the phone that they werent establishing anyone until February due to covid and I would need to call back in February. I said wow, ok, that would have been nice to know so I could schedule elsewhere, glad I didnt just show up. She interrupted me while I was speaking saying bye to me. When I finished speaking she rudely stated sorry and goodbye and hung up on me. Definitely not somewhere I want to be treated at now or ever in my future. I will definitely be leaving this review online for all to see.

During visit gal came in saying Dr. wouldnt see me & I asked why. She replied she had pulled my prescription record & I was prescribed Butalbital/Acetaminophen. I explained I was given that because of 1st time tension headaches (pandemic!) & didnt need anymore. The woman was beyond rude shaking paper in her hands, theres a whole list here! I said, like what? (I also had a muscle relaxer prescribed & Xanax over 2yrs ago that I dont take anymore.) She said, bottom line, Dr. wont see you today & she will not accept you as new patient! I need to escort you out. I got up & followed her, she actually took me to a side door. I had to walk around the building to my car. Ive never been treated so rudely & disrespectfully by someone in the medical profession. I somewhat understand if Dr didnt want to see me based on meds, yet they could have handled so much better. Treating me as if Im some low life druggie. They had all my meds from online form. Why let me come in and waste my time! So unprofessional.

The best thing about this place is it is kind of is a one-stop-shop for womens needs however I am not sure Ive ever had a truly positive experience there. I was close with the NP however now being told that I will be charged a fee for a signature for a work-required piece of paper, Im out of here. Not to mention the horrific treatment my husband endured during his visit (hes since moved on), and being spoken down to on several occasions, an office visit doesnt really invoke feelings of comfort. Ive been sympathetic long enough. Its time to move on to another group.

Took 10 minutes for them to stop and talk to me then when I asked a billing question as I was charged more than my co pay amount they refused to talk to me about it and told.me maybe I should take me business elsewhere..whick I will definitely do

Everyone here is kind in every experience Ive had even when Ive called with questions about my bill. Hayden actually made me feel like she cared about me which Ive never experienced with any other doctors visit. If there is a wait then its because someone else was late and they are still dealing with them. Christine Brown has been specifically great because when i came in with multiple questions, involving multiple labs she answered them all one visit and completed labs that day. I appreciate all of them. I wont be changing offices any time soon.

First, a few notes, if what you want or expect from a doctor is someone who will smile and politely given you a five minutes of there time. Give you a script and move on. Then dont go to this doctor. If however, you want a doctor who will spend as much time as your case needs, i.e 20 minutes trying to determine the best course of action. Then go here. Yes, she is curt and that can be surprising. She is there to provide you with quality medical care, if you listen and work with her, she warms up. I have been if her for two years. I came to her after going to over a dozen specialist. She figured it out in one, two hour session. She CARES even if she isnt sweet about it. Her billing department however, is rude and the office staff lacks customer service. I care more about getting good or great medical care then I do customer service so I will keep going there.

Office doesn’t open its doors before 8am but yet they schedule appointments at 8am...what if you need to call prior or if you need to get in early to fill out insurance paperwork. Wife went here, too. They overcharged her insurances copay. Had I known, wouldn’t have bothered booking. They make appointments without availability. This is a random list of cons - sorry about that. Don’t want to waste any more time.

I have been bringing my son to this office for years. The office staff is always friendly. I have seen Dr. Gerace, as well as, her PA Christine and her NP Deb - they have all had the most amazing bedside manner. My son tends to fracture and break things often so - trust me I have been in this office plenty! They are all wonderful and I am so happy to have them in our fold!

I love Dr. Gerace. She recommended great Doctors for my care in other categories. I particularly didnt like that I had to see two-three doctors for my various conditions, but hey...they are called specialists for a reason! I recommend Dr. Gerace for physicals and first step in the right direction. Thank you Dr. Gerace.

I think Allcare is great. Efficient, smartly organized. Christine is a blessing. Gerace is smart, caring and a strong leader. And the staff is affable, flexible and helpful. Frankly I dont get the criticism in other reviews.

I have been seeing Dr.Gerace as a patient since 2003. She has always been professional, helpful, knowledgeable in her practice and caring towards my health and my concerns. Insurance and billing has never been an issue when it comes to end of the visit because I always know what I am being billed for. Thank you Dr.Gerace for your awesome work!

We have been seeing Dr Gerace for over 5 years. She and her staff are always courteous and professional. The front office has always been kind and caring. Dr Gerace is knowledgable and very personal. We consider ourselves lucky to have found the Allcare office and such a great physician and staff.

0/5:Called to make an appointment for refilling a prescription that i have been taking for 2 years. I spoke with her on the phone. She mentioned that finasteride is illegal to be prescribed by FDA rules, and only the brand name Propecia(also finasteride) can be prescribed. When I informed her that Propecia is the same exact compound and that FDA approves the use of finasteride, she told me that she has a Medical Degree and hung up on me.

Ive been seeing Dr. Gerace for over 9 years. She has always been so caring, understanding, and very professional. I would advise any of my friends to see her as I have. I completely trust her judgment.

Wow.... after 9 years of being a patient here, it it time for me to move on. Dr. Gerace is awesome. Christine Brown, is amazing. The front office....unbelievably rude. And it just keeps getting worse over the years. In the past year I have had issues with them billing incorrect codes, resulting in me fighting the insurance and AllCares billing department. I will miss the personal care and attention I received from Dr. Gerace and Christine Brown, however, I refuse to be treated like garbage by the front desk. Never in my life have I been made to feel this bad about going to the doctor. SO disappointed.

To echo the other 5-star reviews, Dr. Gerace and her staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. Despite having a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule a same day appt. Within 24 hours I receive a response to my email or phone questions. I’ve consulted many MDs in my life, and it’s rare I’ve found one as knowledgeable , accommodating, and concerned as Dr. Gerace. At the end of the day I do not only have a Primary care Physician but I also have a concierge that caters to my every prescription refill and any referral that I have needed. I dont bother checking my insurance the staff is knowledgeable. I have experienced the management and Im perfectly fine with direct, no nonsense, confident assertiveness.

Ill start with the fact that I did not see a healthcare professional in my visit. I booked a general consultation through ZocDoc. The front office did not have my appointment (sent issue to zocdoc) and then started asking why I needed to see the doctor and what meds I was on or if I needed BC. Umm, excuse me? They said I couldnt just come in for no reason - even though I said I was looking to establish care and have an overall wellness exam. Besides, their doors say walk-ins welcome!Frustrated, I said forget it and left. Cant establish care with someone if you cant get past the front office.

Horrible!!!! Office and staff is ridiculous. How is it that you’re about patients and yet the Dr. talks about her past nonstop, and talks about her medical history. I thought I was the patient? Staff is so rude I’m surprised they’re even in an office setting dealing with patients. Their care for patients is a joke. All they care about is money and only that. Had a past due payment and when it was payed I was written off, excuse me I was “discharged”. If I could leave a review without a star I would.

Have been going here for 10 months. Dr. Gerace is an excellent physician. So are their PAs. However their office managers are awful. Condescending and incompetent. They threatened to have a collection agency go after me when claiming I was late on my payment. I had not received in the mail so when I checked the statement online, it was issued 4 days prior. I am a responsible patient and always on time with my payments. There is no reason to threaten me and treat me like I was trying to cheat my way out of paying for the care I received. I will not tolerate such behavior. Customer service is just as relevant and important in healthcare. A decent doctor lost a good patient for a mediocre front desk. I will not be going back.

Christine the PA is great and has compassionate care and is timely. Dr Gerace is a hot headed joke. She has no compassion and barely understands medicine. I have also had issues with the office manger in the past, but who can blame her when she has to deal with Katheen Gerace.

I went in for an infection. I was paying out of pocket. I let both the front office and the PA who was treating me know. A few weeks later, I received TWO different bills in the mail from Sonora Quest for a series of different test that I NEVER ASKED FOR! Those TWO bills worth almost $3,000 were for a 30 minutes visit. This was by far the most unprofessional and worst care I have ever experienced. I regret every going.

Been seen in this office twice. I asked on four different occasions for a referral for a mammogram and the front office said I had to come in specifically for that, which means more money in their pockets! Dont call the manager, she doesnt listen and is extremely rude! I dont know why Dr. Gerace doesnt listen to her patients, and wont return my phone call. DO NOT see these people!!! My next move is to complain to the AMA about their practices!!!

Really a poorly managed operation. Dr.Gerace is too busy profiting from overcharging & recommending unnecessary tests to meet with any patients. If you call in looking for an appointment, dont be surprised when they say their next availability is in 6 months. I have been a patient at all care for the last 3 years... I can say that Im taking my health care needs elsewhere. Kathleen was great when she is there and when she isnt requiring a lab for every new visit. I cant even get PADI scuba diving physical forms signed unless I have a physical and in my experience another round of labs. Unfortunately Allcare does not have the capability to do this unless you see Kathleen, a 6 week booking. I will only step foot in Allcare once more to pick up my medical record. BTW CVS minute clinic will sign sports medical forms for the same price and a shorter wait time.

Ive always had good care and an easy time at AllCare, though I admittedly do not tend to go to doctors for illnesses, just wellness. The doctor is always professional, waits have been reasonable, though it takes quite some time to get an appointment.

Wow! I have been to some medical offices lately for a recent injury. I needed a new general Dr. and somehow found these guys. I was laughing the service was so bad. I have a strong medical and HIPPA background so I know my rights and I was amazed by the bullying the entire staff tries to put on you. They wanted me to do test that NOTHING to do with why I was there, basically trying to rack up an insurance bill. They wanted to do a CT for this and a Blood Test for this. I have a sinus infection people, back off. At first I thought maybe the front desk is having a bad day, they have to deal with a lot. Then the nurse was a complete A hole. Then the Dr. came in and I went Ahhhh I get it. She is insane and leads this crew to all hate themselves and therefore their patients. If this is a new place for you. KEEP Searching. This isnt the right spot. They are mean and rude and didnt listen to a single thing I said.

AllCare didnt use to be this bad, I swear! The front office staff is different about every 3rd visit, and only continues to get worse. I can only describe the them as rude, unprofessional and worst of all, uncaring. It is not uncommon for them to be running 30-40 minutes behind on appointments. The exam rooms just seem to get dirtier each time I go. This is a medical facility, doesnt anyone clean? High marks for Christine Brown PA, we had a rough start, but shes come a long way since I first started as a patient. All of the physicians Ive encountered here have definitely been pushy about follow-ups with specialists, even after having been released. Overall, I cannot recommend AllCare Internal Medicine.

Worst Experience Ever!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I visited AllCare back in April 2015 when I had a horrible cough and was waiting on my insurance to start up. I went there because my cough was over 1 month and I was really worried. When i saw the Dr. she forced me to do a breathing treatment that cost extra. I did not want a breathing treatment but that cost over $100, I was breathing fine just had bad cough. The Dr was very rude and had no bed side manners. I started crying when this process was taking forever and the breathing treatment only made my cough even worse and caused me to go into a cough attack. She was the worst Dr I have ever seen in my life and didnt show any compassion for her patient. She then ran a whole bunch of lab work for me and NEVER called me back to go over my results with me. I received a bill from Sonora Quest Labs and I had to get results from them. The front office help was rude and short and treated me like I was a burden to them. I never write reviews and i hope in return this will prevent someone else from experiencing what I did. End results $600 Dr visit and still dont know if anything was wrong with me. What a joke!!!!

Incredibly bed experience. This center is not patient oriented. Profit is only their goal. The staff at the registration is brutally RUDE , and unrespectful. I have been a patient at the All Care the last five years. Today I had appointment at 2.45PM. When approach the registration the lady told me that I have a balance of $ 86. I had kindly requested her to give me the balance statement, to approach my insurance company. I did not refuse to pay the balance, but I wanted to confirm with my insurance first. It was unusual charge, I was uncertain and I would like to double check. Becide that, I explained her that I was not aware of the bill. I have not receive any statement. She started to repeating herself with a very arrogant tone : it is your obligation to check your mail . After this happend, I was so disappointed. My husband and I are patients to All Care For the last 5 years, and I visit them almost every month. Today I went to see them because I had severe ear pain , and I need some blood work done, they refused to check my condition. I am not attacking this employee , maybe because she is following orders, but my idea for the patient and medical professionals relationship is different.I lost their trust, and I felt so offended. I would not return there., and I would not recommend this clinic to anybody, even I did not have bed experience with the PA, the service in this place is BELLOW ZERO. I will confirm with the insurance, And if its necessary I will send them a check.

Dr. Kathleen Gerace and AllCare Internal Medicine have always provided excellent medical care since I have been going there since 2006. Her staff is courteous and very helpful. This facility offers x-ray and lab services on site. My cardiologist also works out of this office, which is very convenient. They are open six days a week and you dont need an appointment to see your doctor. That being said, because it is also walk in facility, there might be a little bit of a wait if theres an emergency in house. I see that some people complain about the lab bills, but you need to bear in mind that the lab bills are from another lab company, which bill separately. The practitioners have always let me know that if I opt to have the labs they suggest done, I will be billed separately and if there is an issue I need to call the Sonra and or my insurance company to discus. My bill. I would strongly recommend this Dr. gerace and her facility to my family, friends and acquaintances.

Doctors are severely biased. They dont appear to used updated medical research in their medical decisions and recommendations. The doctors also acted pretentious and rude.Youre better seeing another doctor; anyone but these guys.

When I first went to Dr Gerace, all she talked about was her father & his heart. I felt compassion for her at first. Every time I saw her thats what she talked about. Obviously she was obsessed with her dad & what happened to him. After the first visit, I was inundated with Drs offices calling me to schedule testing, not for any specific reason or because I was having symptoms of anything. I work. I dont have the time to be having tests every week.I felt that I was some kind of money machine for her. I agree with other reviews that thought she was arrogant, & her office manager is rude.I should be able to have my my questions answered.Earlier this year I was diagnosed with diabetes 2. When I was called with the news, it was by someone who worked the front desk & couldnt answer any of my questions. I was appalled that Dr Gerace or one of her PAs didnt call me. How do you have someone unqualified to discuss your diagnosis, call a patient & tell them they have a disease? There are so many other examples of her unprofessionalism that I experienced. I put up with it way too long before I transferred to another Dr. I write this to warn others who may be looking for a Dr that will have compassion & not be all about the money.

The clinic has been open for 20 years therefore they must be doing something right! Excellent staff , extended hours, speciality services, EKG, x rays and more. One stop shopping for me. I did my research before choosing AllCare and discovered long waits at new hospital base clinics and addition hospital facility fees added to clinic fees. There are no urgent care fees at AllCare.

I called a couple of weeks ago because I was having pain in my shoulder. I was given an appointment that same day and Dr. Gerace did my evaluation.I like how shes very direct and to the point, some people may think shes brusque, but I myself prefers direct approach.I checked about 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was seen right away. I was glad that she has xray onsite. I was also given a CD of my xrays which saved me time, when I had to see my an orthopedic surgeon. The appointment took about 30 minutes. Very quick and efficient.

The nurses & DR. K Gerace @ this place on 64th and Thomas in AZ always have the patients best interest forefront when doint the tests ect. ... I got 3 generations of my family under her care as Primary Care Dr. good service is worth a little wait in the reception area. dDan Y

I used this doctor once over a year ago. The service was fine, nothing exceptional, but today i checked my bank account and noticed that they had taken out a charge of over $100 that was unauthorized and keyed in manually while i was not there. I did not receive anything in the mail about this charge and i did not receive any correspondence asking if this charge could be taken out of my account.

BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! LITERALLY the most horrifying experience with a medical provider Ive ever seen. The entire staff was an absolute nightmare from the first phone call, to checking in, and being taken back to the doctor. The incredibly trashy staff were rude, unprofessional, uncaring, and mean. Front desk - trashy and rude Medical Assistant - trashy, rude, unknowledgeable Doctor - rude, brash, arrogant, self centered (and this profile picture was MAYBE taken 20 years ago by a talented Photo Shop artist) I guess they get enough co/pays to keep their doors open. I would be embarrassed to be associated with anyone working at this practice. The doctor talked about her own condition 99% of the time, didnt want to know anything about the patient, and really likes to hear herself say medical jargon. The music blasting through the whole place was obviously chosen by a very angry lesbian. Not that this feedback would prompt these people to change anything, but if it saves someone else from this nightmare then thats ok with me!

Thank you AllCare for helping me find One Medical!I am writing to express my gratitude towards the staff, and in particular the office manager, at AllCare Internal Medicine. Because of their extreme incompetency, which led to them suddenly dropping me as a patient, I was able to find One Medical Group! Since day one, the experience dealing with One Medical has been night and day in comparison to AllCare. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the doctors are amazing and guess what, my appointments actually start on time! I no longer have to wait 45 mins to see my physician.So once again AllCare Internal Medicine, thanks!

I was referred to this place and I did go there once last year. I had an ear wax blockage, they were prompt and took care of the problem with ease and quickly. They were pretty pushy about trying to become my primary physician but the pushiness left me uneasy. I didnt go back but I called to make an appointment today and the lady on the phone was quick to cut off any questions I had and said she was more than happy, to cancel my appointment if I had any issues. And no, it wasnt said in a nice way.Ive never been cut off and spoken to so rudely by a medical office before and I can honestly say im not interested in ever going back. I have to say there is a lot of options for medical practices out here in Az, and I will definitely be seeking out an alternate one. If they cant even handle being curteous in a simple phone call they hardly deserve my business.

Absolutely horrible. Its extremely unfortunate that I have to write this review because I have had an awesome experience with Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown has helped me a few times and I couldnt be happier with her personally. I told her I was having chest pain and she had me do an ekg to figure out what was going on. The ekg came back showing that I had a RBBB. She said it was nothing to worry about and if my heart continues to cause me pain to follow up with a cardiologist. The pain would come and go randomly so I thought nothing of it. I came back a few months later to get some antibiotics and I saw Deborah NP who asked about my heart so I told her my heart was still hurting off and on randomly. She ends up freaking me out telling me you could drop dead in front of your children and that youre 31 now you need to take care of yourself. Her bedside manner was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. So I ended up leaving that appointment pretty shaken up. I called the office back and spoke with HAYDEN who is the office manager who by the way is always rude to me when I go in there. I asked her (slightly frustrated) if I could have Dr. Brown call me and tell me if this was something to be more worried about based off the fact that I had the same ekg and two of their doctors gave me completely different answers. She said I needed to come in. I have had Dr. Gerace call me back before so I was confused on why they would need to see me again. Im assuming to bill my insurance. During the phone call with HAYDEN she told me to not talk over her and that she has other phone calls that she could be taking. This was with a raised voice and extremely rude. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this woman. Im surprised she still has a job there. I told the staff about my incident with her and they all laughed and it seems to me that she does this a lot. I was just trying to get some answer about my heart and to be treated so poorly is really unfortunate. I looked past all of the horrible Google reviews on this place but its sad that they are all true.

Wouldnt let me see My Doctor.. when ask to see Dr. Gerace, told you get whoever is avaailable... not acceptable..

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR’s OFFICEI have been a patient for three years already and from day one I have had terrible experiences with this doctor’s office. I go to the doctor only when I really feel I need to, that is why I keep having this office as my primary care. But I am done. No more. When I went for the first time I waited for half an hour. They took me inside a room and they forgot about me and after an hour in the room I got out and told them that I was there. After another hour in there I got my things and I went to the front office and I told them I was leaving and I wanted my copay back. Anytime I go I have to wait more than an hour between the lobby and the patient’s room. The front office people are tremendously RUDE. But the top of the outraged experience was a month ago when I went for my annual checkup and after signing so many papers that stated that this visit is solely for a physical and no other issue will be discussed. During the visit Dr. Asha Sethi told me that I was a little stuffed and prescribed some medicine (I did not take it). Now they are charging me $82 dollars because my cold treatment. I did not go for a cold I went for my annual checkup, I did not ask her to send me medicine. I had a cold and it did not need a doctor’s visit. It seems to me that they are double dipping. Getting money twice for one visit even though I signed the papers that said explicitly the appointment is only for a well checkup.

Horrible. Ive been going there since I was a kid and while the service and drs were great back then, the last few years theyve truly dropped the ball. terribly rude front desk staff, cant get anything right- i.e. referrals, you never get to actually see the Dr except once in a blue moon, and even then your chances are low. the PAs were pretty great, but that is the only positive remark I have. my breaking point was being in severe pain, made an appt for a SIMPLE DR NOTE so I wouldnt get fired for work, showed up 15 minutes early, got skipped around 5 times and well over 40 mins past my appointment time. never again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

I HATED Allcare Medical. I saw Dr. Sethi and she insisted that I have a chest x-ray as part of a physical and literally harassed me about having it saying my physical couldnt be complete without it. I had a spot of my lung from Valley fever and I explained that unless I had to have one for a particular diagnostic, I would not have one because radiologists always want more tests as CYA for the spot. She insisted that I produce years old records from almost retired pulmonologist stating that my nodule was benign - which took an enormous effort because hes moved offices and many records were destroyed from 12+ years ago. After receiving them and an x-ray that was only taken one year ago as part of an E.R. visit, she STILL nagged me about getting one taken. Then I saw the PA there a few weeks later and when I told her NOT to take my blood pressure because I had a true phobia of it, she did anyway and it was sky high (only happens at the doctors office) and then put in my electronic chart that I had undiagnosed hypertension. I came in for a UTI - that was completely unacceptable. My follow up appointment with Dr. Sethi to go over my blood work -which was perfect - I was harassed about the PA having heard a very quiet almost imperceptible heart murmur while I was having the panic attack over the taking my BP and my heart was beating out of my chest. Dr. Sethi did not even hear it when she did my initial exam. Ive had it for years but Dr. Sethi told me it was imperative that I go to a cardiologist about it (when the initial diagnosis years ago was that it was nothing and most doctors do not even notice its there it is so slight). It was ridiculous - Dr. Sethi even told me she could barely hear it, that it was barely there. I have a phobia of doctors anyway and this whole episode gave me PTSD. SERIOUS PTSD. I found a caring, wonderful doctor in the mean time. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Ever.

Unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star rating but really they deserve 0 stars.I originally went to Dr. Gerace because she was recommended to me, that was my first mistake. After my initial appointment they had scheduled a follow up appointment and wanted to go over my family health history in more depth.I marked on the forms that I smoked 3 cigs/wk, if that. When going over my health history she confirmed with me how much I smoked and that was it. Months later I get a charge on my bill - BEHAV CHNG SMOKING 3-10 MIN for $28 - Are we serious? Im a full blown adult and Im getting charged for a conversation about the risks of smoking?!?! Im well aware of what they are and the funny thing is is that the conversation never happened. Instead she lectured me about how I cant be taking the prescription she gave me and drive because if I got pulled over I would go to jail thanks to stupid laws in Arizona. Thanks for the added anxiety about my anxiety meds you gave me idiot!I called in and asked about the charge, explaining my point. After 4 weeks of back and forth, them not getting back to me, me having to call and follow up every couple of days. Someone at the front desk earlier this week ends up telling me that my insurance put that charge there and it had nothing to do with the Dr. - ok so my bone to pick is with my insurance company? JUST KIDDING - I get a call back from Sandy, billing dept at Allcare, letting me know that the Dr sees it as a just charge. What kind of practice is this? What else do they charge for and dont tell people? Its not about the $28. Its about integrity.Take a hint Dr. Gerace - Learn some bedside manners because you currently suck at it.I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only are they rude but they obviously dont have any integrity which are 2 things that I dont want when it comes to my healthcare professional!

Do not go to All Care/Dr. Gerece.In my experience, the wait time was unacceptable, the office staff was incompetent and unaccountable and my only interaction with Dr. Gerece was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a medical “professional”.

When my primary doctor closed his doors without notice to his patients Dr. Gerace and her staff stepped in and took care of me and made sure that my insurance company and my pharmacy needs were met without delay!

Didnt even get to confirm my appointment because they stated I had to physically come in or mail in prior to my appointment a record release (since I have had previous doctors). They said this is their office managers procedure.. Dr. Gerace, you need a new officer manager - that is with the 21st century. You just lost a patient.

In 2 words the worst. The bad customer service is complementary.

Dont bother. She has an attitude problem.
