Rebecca was absolutely awesome. Even though I had prepaid for an extended treatment, she told me that I did not need that much, so the surplus carried over to the next time that I wanted it. I drove almost 3 hours to get here and it was so worth it. Beautiful establishment and wonderful staff. The esthetician there who did my laser tattoo removal, Jen I believe, was amazing. Piqo4 hurts like nobodys business but this is definitely the place to get it done!

Everything was explained in detail and all of the explaining and results were exactly as I was advised. If you went to their location at Tatum and Shea and were satisfied, I STRONGLY suggest giving the new location a try. Although the new location is several miles further from my house than the Shea and Tatum location, I really dont mind.....ONLY because of the treatment and customer service I was provided. I would travel many more miles to have treatment from Adam & Eve Medical Aesthetics.

Im always greeted by friendly and processional staff. When checking out and talking about my plans for the weekend, I mentioned I was going out of town for my birthday. As soon as the gal checking me out heard that, she said I deserved to my service free. I thought she was cordially acknowledging my statement. I was absolutely taken aback when she cancelled my credit card charge for the service and then told me my new total was $5.00. I had to reconfirm she said $5.00!, I was in a disbelief and thought she was kidding. Nope, what an awesome and generous surprise. I am writing this still in amazement. I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Adam & Eve Medical Aesthetics. It was time for my semi annual appointment and Barb Slusher recommended I take my session with the NEW Doctor on staff, Dr. Michelle Jansen. so, I trust Barb so much that I gave it a try. Oh my gosh, Dr. Jansen is amazing! Im in day two and her work looks so good!So, let me tell you a little about the experience. First, Dr. Jansens demeanor is lovely. She is calm, considerate and wise beyond her years. I felt she really listened to me when I discussed what areas were bothering me and what areas I wanted to avoid. It was clear she really cared about my experience.She definitely has a talent for this business. After our conversation, she studied my face like an artist would. Then, she thoroughly outlined her plan in terms I could understand! It was amazing because she explained why she chose each product and what the results would be. She asked for my agreement and we got started.Her working style is diligent and deliberate, so there was not a minute wasted. In fact, I couldnt believe how quickly we finished. Truly, it was a great experience. I will, most definitely, see her again.

I was referred to the beautiful and lovely Ms. Nicole Le Renard, R.N. by my beloved and trusting hair stylist at Sachi Salon after I accidentally caught my hand on her bare legs! I couldnt believe how smooth her legs felt and I immediately asked her where and who she goes to for her laser hair removal. I sat on Nicoles card for 2 months before I called to schedule. Not only do I enjoy Nicole as a person, but shes knowledgeable and is always running on-time (this matters to me). Regency uses great lasers/machines and just after 2 visits I am already seeing and feeling the difference of laser hair removal. I recommend Nicole and Regency for all things regarding laser hair removal. Money well spent.
