HORRIBLE experience while trying to book an appointment! I purchased a groupon for this place and followed the instructions to book an appointment. I tried doing it on line, but they wanted me to create and account and give info / credit card etc under an unsecure website. There was NO WAY that was going to happen! Ive had my credit card number stolen one to many times, so I am not about to give that info over what chrome told me was an unsecure site!! The other option was to call and schedule an appointment which I ATTEMPTED to do. The beyond rude and condescending person insisted that I create an account and was told that I would not be able to have an appointment without doing so. After attempting to explain to her and only getting her nasty attitude and speech I finally loudly told her to let me speak (something she was not letting me do!) in which she hung up on me! Maybe this is why they are on groupon trying to get business since they dont have a clue what customer service is! Also who asks for a credit card for something that has already been paid for!!

Tanya Reed had me in and out faster than your back can say crack! My pelvis tends to get tilted from time to time; she had me straightened out and feeling fresh in no time. I highly recommend Mrs. Reed for any chiropractic wants or needs. Thank you!

Seva was AMAZING. I’ve never had acupuncture before, but the carpel tunnel in my right hand was effecting my work and I was desperate to try something to relive the pain. It wasn’t nearly as scary as I thought! I wish I would have tried this ages ago.Fair warning, my hand was sore as hell when I left but it’s a night and day difference for me. Literally, I woke up this morning and noticed a HUGE Mobility difference in my hand. I’m still a bit sore, but I prefer the pain of healing over the pain of carpel tunnel any day.The atmosphere is welcoming, the practitioners really care, and I will definitely be back.

What a great experience all around. Ive had knots in my upper shoulders for years and have had some success with massages but never left completely knot free. I went to Muki and after a great consultation and first acupuncture session, I walked out knot free! It was truly amazing. I have been going to The Healing House for a few years now for acupuncture & massage therapy and just recently tried hypnotherapy with Melinda. The reason for my visit was for PTSD from a car accident I was in. Just after one session I noticed a huge difference! I was so happy with the experience that I went back for a 2nd session and now I can drive without having extreme anxiety, excessive sweating & getting a stiff neck. Melinda has a positive energy around her that is comforting and makes me feel safe. She is sincere, genuine and caring. I definitely recommend hypnotherapy with Melinda for any issue that you have.

I love Muki!! Not like that, lol. I unjuried my back 3 years ago. Ive been to doctor after doctor. Had procedure after procedure. All to no avail. I was still in pain all the time. My husband met Muki who said he could help. I rolled my eyes when my husband told me. Serious disbelief because I had already been to so many doctors. I gave in and decided to make an appointment. Its been, I dont know, maybe 3 months, and I am no longer in constant pain. Its not completely gone but DEFINITELY a big difference. I highly recommend you see Muki!! And follow his recommendations. I purchased a massage from their website back in September. I was scheduled for the massage on Sept. 16, which they called on Sept 15 and cancelled. Then, almost 2 months, November 2, I finally was able to get my massage. For the hassle, they gave me a free massage. Great! That sounds awesome. My free massage was scheduled for today, January 15, after I ran a 1/2 marathon yesterday, and they called 20 min prior to my massage time to cancel (I was already on my way there). They explained the therapist left several weeks ago and they were calling to make sure he cancelled the appointment. HAHA, thanks for the 20 minute notice!

Michelle Kenned truly has found her calling as an Aesthetician. I live in Chandler and make the drive to Old Town Scottsdale because her facials are the best Ive ever had. You can tell she puts everything she has into each client experience and I wont go anywhere else because of her.

Outstanding! Dr. Ramsey always puts his patients first. When I first visited Dr. Ramsey he spent the time getting to know me, my activities and lifestyle. I was having trouble sleeping throughout the night and after just one treatment. I went home and slept for 8 hours straight without waking up, thank you Dr. Ramsey. I am so pleased with this lovely place and with the excellent human being that is Muki. I have been taking my acupuncture sessions for almost two years now and in the past months I’ve been suffering with menopause symptoms! Like hot flashes, mood changes, lack of energy and many more. I don’t like to take chemical hormones, so I told Muki one month ago about my symptoms and he gave me supplements along with the acupuncture and BELIEVE ME! I started to feel like me again, first my energy came back, then my mood improved, I also started to sleep better and the hot flashes, even though I still have them, they are coming fewer times during the day and last less!!!I completely recommend Healing House!!!Also I recommend to buy the membership, it is worth it!Rebekah.

Im so grateful Ive found healing house! I tried acupuncture once before some where else and it was fine but nothing great. Muki is great. I had acute neck pain that I could not stretch out or massage out and he scheduled me in last minute. An hour later, my pain went from a 10 to a 6. Any relief at that point would have been great but he got my muscles so I could turn my head again. Thanks Muki.

I came here in desperate need of a treatment plan that would work IN CONJUNCTION WITH my natural treatment approach. [i.e. minimal medications and procedures]...1989 began a series of FOUR MAJOR OPEN-BACK SURGERIES, [Which ended up with a LUMBAR SPINAL FUSION in 1994] and since then, Ive been on VERY STRONG - DOSAGES of OPIATES for 25 years POST-SURGERY to control my pain and the progression of my resulting disabilities.For about 8 months, I was in a wheelchair and at that time, was told: YOULL NEVER WALK AGAIN!WELL, THANKS TO THE POWERS THAT BE, THEY WERE WRONG!WHEW! THAT WAS CLOSE!In addition, I have had multiple whiplash injuries, and NOW, my NECK has caused SEVERE NECK, ARM, AND HAND PAIN with numbness [ON BOTH SIDES]. Being 30 Years old and not being able to sit up in the bed after a nights rest is not normal! I literally had to roll out of bed and slowly bend up and down to try and loosen up my back.I went to Muki for my lower back pain, thinking Ive never had acupuncture done before- and I really dont think this could help. But, I was dying for relief. He told me the needles could hurt and thats really the only thing to worry about. So, I went in. The needles actually tickled, and after three sessions - my pain was gone! I could sit straight up in my bed in the morning with no discomfort! I was amazed! This really works! Following a radiation treatment for cancer, my saliva glands stopped functioning properly, and swallowing became difficult and painful. Muki is an amazing healer. I have been going to him for acupuncture as I have chronic neck pain for over a year now. My pain still returns from time to time but has never been as bad as it was before I met Muki.
