Claudia was amazing and I am so happy I found this place!! I felt like a new person after the massage. She really got deep into my muscles in my neck and shoulders which not many massage therapists do. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had to be honest!! I can’t wait to go back.

She is above all other therapist in the world in my opinion .. from a person that has been getting massages for 20 plus years . Amazing person ... amazing therapist ... she will find knots you didn’t know you had!

I always have a pleasant experience at this place. The new receptionist is very cordial and provides a welcoming face. My favorite masseuse is Judi. Her personality makes the experience all the more wonderful.

I’m a big fan of the arrowhead location. I would like to try this one, I really would. I stopped in on my lunch today, and no one was at the desk. Waited 5 minutes but no one came out. I called several times as well, and it goes to voicemail each time. Very challenging to make an appt if you can’t get ahold of anyone.

Nice, Clean and well organized. While not the best masseuse I have ever experienced, she was clearly well trained and no slouch. I would recommend friends to use this facility.

Let me start by saying that the owner of this location is supposed to be calling me according to a receptionist I talked to yesterday.Now, I went to this location twice:First experience was absolutely PERFECT! Wonderful, skilled massage (A THOUSAND THANK YOUS, CLAUDIA!), receptionist was pleasant, warm and inviting (sorry, I didnt get her name. I can say she was blonde, but thats it :( ). Claudia actually was waiting on me when I walked in the door @ 8:59am for a 9am appt and once the initial paperwork was completed, she got right to business. Since it was my first time there, I received membership pricing which was a very nice surprise! After the massage, I definitely wanted to come back and had thoughts of becoming a member even though it is a 45 minute drive from my home!Second experience (2 weeks later) was... not so good. Claudia and another employee were waiting outside the business when I drove up at 8:30am for my 9am-10:30am appointment. Turns out, no one showed up to open the place. Hey, people have lives and things happen... Just call your people to let em know you arent coming or youre late and all is well. No worries, right? Well, not really. An employee from BOTH neighboring businesses came out to A) offer the 3 of us a seat in their businesses to wait on the opener, and 2) comment that this kind of thing happened regularly at MH and the opener usually comes screaming through the parking lot in her car to hurry and open the doors. Anyway, one of the ladies called the owner and he had to send someone out to open the place because no one else that was called was answering their phones. This was at approximately 9:25am. At 9:45am, I decided Id waited long enough, got in my car and began to drive away. I just happened to look in my mirror as I pulled out and saw a brunette opening the front doors.Now, Im told by his employees that Dino, the owner, is a great guy and a great person to work for - all great things. BUT...Im also told that this happens too often for someone to keep their job (not told this by his employees, so take that for what it is worth).I will be going back as Im hoping this is not a recurring issue, but I definitely will hedge my bets and get a later appointment time with Claudia.

Great neighborhood place to come get a massage abd relax. Excellent therapists and lovely atmosphere!
