Everyone is super amazing. The front office is always polite and friendly. If I need a last minute appointment, they always accommodate me. Dr. Wes and Marco are truly wonderful!! They always make sure I walk out of there 10000% better than when I went in. Even though theyre far from me, theyre worth the drive.

When I first came to this chiropractic practice I was a bit skeptical about what they could do for me. I had been having severe neck and back pain for two years going on three. With the pain being super unbearable I decided to give them a try. Krystal the front desk receptionist was amazing! She explained everything to me insurance wise and was able to work with me since my finances were not the best. Her and Denise are incredibly nice and make you feel super welcome and comfortable. The doctors I work with are amazing as well. Dr.Marco or as I like to call him the wizard, will help release all the tension and really make your back come back to life. I’m 26 and he was able to make me feel like I’m 12 again. If you want a to visit a chiropractor this is the place to go. Clean facilities, and super friendly Doctors and staff. 10/10.

I have been going to Camelback Medical-Scottsdale for a couple of months now and they have been terrific! They have the friendliest staff! I am beyond grateful for how much they have helped me throughout my journey to recovery and how amazing they have made every visit! After meeting with Dr. Wes due to some lower back pain I found out I had developed arthritis on my mid back, lost fluid on my L1 vertebrae and needed my sacrum to be adjusted as well. Every visit has been successful and even though I am not done with my treatment I can happily say that I do not have the lower back pain anymore! Since my treatment began I see Physical Therapist Marco first, who helps my muscles get prepared for the adjustment with Dr. Wes. I’m excited to get up from the bed every morning and actually be able to hop off instead of rolling and moving as careful as possible to not hurt my back. Definitely a place I’d recommend!!

For the past 5 years I’ve been dealing with a self diagnosed “sciatic pain” and left neck stiffness. I chose this place because I saw that not only do chiropractic work but also can refer you to get an MRI if needed. It’s not just a chiropractor office. It’s a whole package! Starting with the PT professionals going over stretches with you and then following up with a muscle massage to help with target areas. It’s unbelievable :) and it’s affordable. Recommend 10/10.

I’m so thankful to be working with such an amazing chiropractor team. From the front desk ladies, to Jared giving me injections to relieve pain, to Marco giving great PT stretches with explanations including Keniso taping and trigger point massage, and to Dr. Wes and his adjustments. I came in with migraines after an accident and a lot of back pain. I’m going on twice a week for over a month now and feel better with every session. These guys have it together and put you first. Very thankful I went in.

-- I would stay away from Camelback Medical Center..--This is Sad. The Doctors there didnt listen and didnt look at the XRAYS!! I My gal was in a car accident early ** December 2020. this suppose to be August **) We hired a lawyer(hastings & etc) they recommended Camelback Medical Center located at (Miller/Camelback) for her and her son. The son went for treatments there they did the usual chiro stuff on him. Now My Gal had gone to the Hospital from the car accident. She had sustained a Fractured Sternum and fractured rib. She went in for service. They did 4 treatments on her. On the 3rd treatment they used the activator (punch down tool for the back) it left her in pain. On the 4th Treatment she went in, they again used the activator but This TIME they FRACTURED a rib with the TOOL. She had to go get xrays from her Primary Care provider and they confirmed that Camelback Medical Center fractured a rib. Lead up to My Gal talking with The Lawyer(Hasting & etc) According to the Lawyer Camelback Medical Center told the Lawyer that they NEVER did any treatments except put on ROCK Tape. Basically they did not tell the whole story of what they DID.. aka WE take NO Responsibility for what we did. Since my gal signed a waiver she has no legal recourse in making this RIGHT.. --------------------Camelback Replied to my Post. Again they are saying they never did any Activator Treatments.. YOU DID use the activator on my Gal.. You told the Lawyer YOU Did NOT use the Activator.. .Admit you used the activator on her.. Due to Hippa - Camelback can just call the lawyer and tell them the general treatments they performed on my gal.

Upon my first visit Scottsdale location , close to and convenient, I had sciatica nerve pain back pain could barely bend over to tie my shoes to put my socks on in the morning was painful it was affecting my personal life and my work routines. I started having issues with my back due to sitting for long periods of time so my boyfriend recommended me this medical center and I don’t think I’ve ever ran into any medical professions that would ALWAYS bring a smile to my face whenever I would come in, make me feel like absolutely amazing after my visit, and be treated with the most phenomenal service they can provide. I am seen by 3 specialists by the names of Marco, Mike, and Wes. I could go on for days explaining how amazing I love seeing these men when I come visit because of how well they do their jobs. I first start my stretches and exercises with Marco, he always makes it so much fun and has the best energy to be around & Mike being the best at finding my stressed muscles in my back!! These both are a great tag team! Once I’m done with my stretches, I head over to Dr. Wes which he is so great with fixing the pressure in my spine to where I never thought I would feel so relieved. I don’t think I can thank Dr. Wes any more for what he does. He works wonders with what he does and i honestly wish these men received some type of tip because they definitely deserve it!! Any time to go to Camelback Medical Centers, it is always positive. From the front desk all the way through each area I interact with, they are extremely pleasant, down to earth, and just an overall good group of people. I have been going for years there, changes in staff here and there, but they never waiver from their core values. I always get the relief I need in a pinch when the pain flairs up and value their assistance with getting me back on my very active feet.

These guys do great work. I believe having physical therapy and chiropractic care all in one is pretty unique compared to clinics I’ve seen before and it’s really great how they combine the two into a single seamless appointment.

I have been a client for many many years (pre1996). When it use to be called Preferred Chiro. I was the 13th customer. Went to them before/during/after both my pregnancies, MULTIPLE sports injuries (Softball/Volleyball) and sciatica issues from my sit-down office job. They have kept me out of surgery each and every time with their physical therapy, Marco is the BOMB.COM. He has been there for years and I love him! His humor is infectious even if you dont get his jokes, hell laugh at them for ya. LOL They all know their business. Using K-Tape, certain stretches for your issues and directions on how to do them correctly so you do not reinjure yourself. The Chiropractors and Dr Jared really want you to get better so you are only coming every so often as preventative maintenance. Go see these guys NOW!!!!

Camelback medical center is the first chiropractor I have felt comfortable and confident with in a long time. Kayla and Ashley at the front desk are the best part of my day. Dr. Scott, Garret, Jared and Marco have honestly helped me feel physically unbroken for the first time in 6 years. They are flexible with my schedule and have done absolutely everything they can for my health and convenience. Also Josh, Kara, and Hector are pretty awesome as well. With the customer service and level of care I receive I will never go anywhere else. (The order in which I mentioned the doctors does not suggest any rank of favoritism or level of care. They are all awesome... or does it...).

This clinic clearly has NO experience with someone in my condition. Granted, I’m used to doctors being surprised that I have not had scoliosis surgery despite my 70 degree curve, but this place was another level.•They insisted on xrays before I could get an adjustment due to my curve. Fine. They took a couple xrays but did not include one that would allow them to determine my curve. I had to ask for it. And the x-ray had to be sent to a radiologist for the curve to be determined.•The doc literally fumbled when I told him my previous curve measurement and it was a clear lack of experience.•They included PT at my consult & xray review (2 appts) neither of these were directed at my back. They were both for my neck. And for generic patients. At my first visit I heard/watched the head PT give the exact same spiel and exercises to someone else. These are not curated per client, but designed for generic problems.•Now comes the adjustment. The chiropractor asked ME what other Chiro’s did for my adjustment. Instilling no confidence in his ability•I came back for one last adjustment despite my better judgement, and he adjusted me incorrectly I left in pain.•Finally, upon texting the staff to tell them what had occurred and that I wanted to be unsubscribed as I would be seeking assistance elsewhere I was met with 0 sympathy or even an apology.Absolutely would not recommend**I cannot figure out how to reply to the owners comment, so I hope this works, you are welcome to contact me

Each and every person at Camelback Medical Centers has been a god-send for me. I have severe lower back pain and have had for years. When I got a new job and switched insurance, my former pain clinic was no longer an option. These people have helped my pain drastically over just the past few weeks. They were even able to work with my schedule changes. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone with chronic pain.

The staff is amazing!!!I’m 61 years old and I have had high blood pressure for over 20 years. Dr. Jared after less then a month has had my blood pressure perfect for the last 2 months. From the front staff to the physical therapist and the chiropractors, I couldn’t be in better hands!!!

I first came there for therapy after an injury back in 2013 (and now in 2018) and had an extremely positive experience!Marco was my therapist in 2013 and currently in 2018. I had worked with him on a series of complex problems. He is extremely enjoyable, cares about your physical wellness, very knowledgeable and highly experienced in his profession. He is very efficient but always takes the time to explain various muscle groups and possible interactions as well as how the exercises progressively build.Also, both Kara and Josh are incredible therapists. They really care about their patients. I just started working with them in 2018 along with Marco again!The staff overall operates very pleasantly and has a nice setting with “very personal attention”. You are never left to just complete exercises on your own. The front desk personnel are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Once I heal from my latest injury, I will definitely schedule more visits at their Scottsdale Office for “self-care”.Also, if you’re a migraine sufferer, call their office and find out how they can help you with their treatment! As a migraine sufferer myself, it’s very debilitating. I was treated there for migraines in 2013 and again in 2018. Very positive experience! If you are searching for a natural way to reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks, call their office and ask about their treatment. It really does work!

This place is truly incredible!! I have suffered for years with random pains, aches, migraines, etc. After one visit, they were able to not only diagnose where my issues were preceding from, but also set an aggressive plan to alleviate my pain and correct my spine to mitigate issues moving forward. They are knowledgeable, caring and take a very holistic approach to your recovery. I have been going here 3-5 days a week for about a month or so now and am already experiencing relief! Harassment!This place came to my job and offered 15 minute free massages with a free follow up in their office. After going to the free follow up, meeting with the doctor, being given a ridiculous regime (over 20 visits a WEEK! more than twice a day!!) I decided this wasnt for me as I was moving out of state soon and needed something that a normal person with a job could do.Since then, I have received emails at my job and home, phone calls, text messages, etc. I have called their office several times to ask them to stop contacting me, to which they agree they will, but it doesnt stop. Today they sent me this email request to provide feedback on Google. So here I am. If you are looking for constant harassment from a doctors office that you have never done business with... LOOK NO FURTHER!! I am sure they are happy to harass out of state patients too! Give them a call for all your personal stalking needs!!

Ive had issues for an ongoing time (years) with my back and shoulders. So far this place has been doing what Id hoped the last 4 chiropractors I have seen would have. The staff has been amazingly helpful and worked with me many times for my appointment time as I run my own business and run late quite often.I had all but given up hope for finding someone who would listen and actually try to help figure out the issues I am having. But these guys got it the first time. Took x-rays. (Scheduling MRI) Got me back the following day and began a plan to help. Will have more help I am sure once I schedule my MRI and know more. (Scary and costly term, but they have places that are very affordable they can refer you to).If you are looking for a place that will honestly try to help figure out your pain issues and not just do an adjustment and hope it goes away (but instead are just left with temporary relief), then I urge you to at least come talk with this place.Im very happy I did.

Stay away from this place....big scam.The calling you nonstop with the promotion ofx-ray and adjustment for $19 and nothing.I drove 40 minutes for them to do x-ray and putblack docktape on my neck and refused to adjust my back and neck.I came to your place for a reason and I left with the same reason I came.And then they charging you the $19 for nothing.And now I need to go back to the joint for adjustment

Dr. Garrett diagnosed my problem when other doctors had failed to properly do so. He prescribed a course of injections with Kendra and physical therapy with Mark. Between his adjustments, the PT and the injections, my condition has improved nearly to the point of complete rehabilitation. And I continue to get better (as he said I would) even after the course of injections and PT have ended. You will receive the BEST medical care here without the use of over-prescribed synthetic drugs. The entire staff (including front office) is professional and highly skilled.

Never did I imagine that going to see a chiropractor was going to make such a difference in my life. I was in constant pain prior to my first visit about 6 weeks ago and now I am wearing shoes that I never thought I would ever wear again, taking walks and able spend more time at the grocery store instead of just walking in for 2 or 3 things because thats all the time I could be on my feet. Growing up I have always had hip and range of motion problems without realizing it. I thought I was normal just not as athletic as some of my peers; however, I couldnt have been more wrong. I have been going to Camelback Medical for the last few months now and they have already made a remarkable change in my life forever. I can reach higher than I have been able to before, I can run without pain now, I can sit Indian style without my body feeling awkwardly uncomfortable, I can lay flat on my back when I never could before without my back curving a ton, and the list goes on. Amazing. They were very professional and thorough at the initial consult figuring out exactly where I was painful and when it hurt. Every subsequent visit the pain has become less and less and we continue to discuss how it hurts and when it hurts and what WE can do to make it better. I love that they listen to me.

Staff is soo friendly and welcoming. I had alot of pain a few weeks ago and its almost completely gone now. Even my headaches which i had for years!!😍 Dr. Shaw is wonderful, Wes, the chiropractor has stopped my neck pain, Marco is A+ with the PT. Sooo many more people there I want to say that are playing a role in my care.. Tellin as many ppl as possible!!

I was referred to Camelback Chiropractic Center by a friend a month ago. When you walk in youre greeted with beautiful smiles, and asked how they can help you. The ambiance there is really peaceful. I like all the staff. They are terrific, and they will help put you back together. There are several physical therapists, a massage therapist, several doctors ( I have my fave) and the front desk staff is totally awesome! I get to have all my chiropractic needs and more taken care of in one place! And, theyre just like family! Yey! I would recommend this office to any one. Theyre the bomb!

Avoid at all costs. I originally used as a groupon after throwing out my back. They never registered my groupon, overcharged me for services, and sent the bill a year later with exorbitant costs. I suspect they did this because if I had seen the fees they charge for relatively little care I would have discontinued services immediately. Definitely a group that preys on those in pain, overcharges and has a very suspect billing process. I would avoid, as I sort out this headache of a bill from them.

Very friendly, observant, and knowledgeable. Looks at your issue from every aspect and with a projected plan not just now. Wish I would have found this office earlier. Recommend to everyone.

I have been going to this Clinic for many years and would never switch. Everyone there goes above and beyond in the service provided. Caring, friendly and knowledgeable is the best description. The best part is that it is an all encompassing clinic, as they offer more than just basic adjustments.

So when i met this team of doctors. I thought my pain back was life treating. I couldnt move, play with my son, and other doctors neglected me. I can to this team of MED FREE doctors and it been great. Today I can get up for work, play soccer with my son and I feel like walking and sunshine because I am not fearful of SOON death. I had hurt my mid back strength training in the gym. It was so bad I could barely get out of bed. I’m not exaggerating. A lot of pain and discomfort. These guys took care of me and I started feeling better after a couple of visits. The staff were kind and friendly and they have a good system to keep you reminded of appointments etc. I get super busy with work and need the extra scheduling reminders. I would recommend this crew to anyone who is suffering from pain. Being in proper alignment is critical to feeling normal and pain free. Do it!

It was a very pleasant experience. The people were very kind and professional. We saw a specialist fast, and he described everything in laymans terms. The followup visit to see the x-rays happened the next day, and was as pleasant as the first.

First the good: The facility looked clean and the staff at the desk were respectful if not helpful.Now the bad: Beware if their third party advertising. They called me and offered a free adjustment. When I arrived in was told that I didnt have an appointment. When I explained that I had been called and had set up the appointment through the caller, I was told they use a third party advertiser and they had not set up the appointment. The office refused to honor the offer.Basically, wasted an hour of my time and wouldnt take responsibility for their or their advertisers mistake.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent care plans!! I came here the first time 4 years ago after a car accident. Whiplash had left me in pain, but after receiving physical therapy and chiropractic care, I was able to fully recover. They even helped me find a lawyer to help me in getting compensation from my accident. I came back a second time after hurting my lower back and again the doctors and staff had a treatment plan to get me out of pain. Dr. Johnson, Dr. Mack, and the entire staff and physical therapy team are fantastic! I highly recommend Camelback Medical Center for a variety of services from chiropractic care, to massage, to physical therapy.

All the health care professionals are very competent at helping managing pain. The chiropractic adjustments would instantly decrease my mid back pain and the physical therapy is essential to maintaining good alignment and strength in areas that are weak and that are contributing to my pain.
