Update: My problem was resolved and I got the refund for the additional charge. I would like to thank Mountain View for their effort to settle this issue.Had the bad experience. I went there two times and doctor Renee was really good. In the reception I asked if my insurance is good enough to cover the bill as I was going to change it to better one in couple of weeks. She told me it is highly unlikely to go beyond $250. After sometime I got the details from my insurance and mountain view both. The total from insurance charges was around 124 and when I called the mountain view she told me my total is above 300. The amount I owe was different than what my insurance sent me. I called but she was in no interest to resolve this issue. I was surprised by the charges as I was there for like less than 10 min and no equipment was used, maybe that is how it goes..

So far so good. No hard sell. Good conversation with the dr and staff.

The best in town. I cannot express enough the amazing work that Dr. Haberl does! Not only is she extreme knowledgeable and up to date in her practice but she has such a big heart. Ive never felt so genuinely cared about by any other provider. You know your treatment is individualized. Pain is such a difficult and lonely road at times but you really will leave feeling confident things will get better day by day. Im so glad I found her. If your contemplating if chiropractic care is for you this the time!

Dr. Renee and Maggie are the best! I have been seeing Dr Renee for at least 15 years. She also takes care of my daughter. Maggie does a great job also. They are very accommodating and will always take care of your needs. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Renee and her staff are amazing! Let me tell you my story. So, imagine going to a chiropractor because you had lower back pain. You W ent every week for 6-8 weeks for a slipped disk and never felt any better. You express your concern and the Dr recommends you come twice a week. Pshhh. You quit going to that chiropractor. Months later your right leg goes numb after doing yoga and youre more concerned now. You met with Dr. Renee (from a referral) and asked her for her input and she immediately made you get X-rays. No more than 24 hours later she calls you and informs you that you have a broken back, which was her guess) not a slipped disk. Yikes! How would you feel about your previous doc? And how thankful would you be to Dr. Renee for finding the true cause of your pain?So- long story short she put me on a plan to do exercises at home and I come see her once a month. In 6 months well see if I need surgery or not. WOW! She really knows her stuff, doesnt push unnecessary treatments, and really cares about me getting better more than her pocket book. I have been seeing Dr. Renee for a few years now and she has been such a huge part of why I am still a nurse to this day. After three back injuries, being on my feet for 12 hrs and back breaking work, any nurse knows if your body isnt in good working condition, its so hard to do your job. Whether its my back, my calves, arms, headaches or even my TMJ giving me problems, shes been able to help me with it. From the usual adjustment to ultrasound and cupping, she has so many tricks up her sleeve to make sure you leave feeling better. She is very thorough and professional and definitely makes you feel at ease and so special. The individual attention she gives you is so important and sets her apart from other chiropractors Ive been to. Not to mention that Maggie who runs everything else in the office is amazing.
