Be careful with the scheduling system. Booked an appointment, showed a little before my time and was told there were more appointments scheduled for the same sppointmdny time, so I was looking at about an hour wait time past my appointment. The one gentleman working was nice, so this is not on the staff. They need a better appointment system. Was not even able to get my hair done because I could not wait that long.

I would give 10+ stars!! Jon was amazing! He takes his time and knows what he is doing. I cant say enough nice things about him. I definitely recommend this place. If you tend to be skeptical-Dont be. Its clear this stylist has years of training and loads of experience. Jon gave me tons of insider tips and tricks with how to style my hair, he recommended wonderful products and everything was SO affordable. This salon has a wide range of services & it was very clean & bright. Do give it a try- you wont be disappointed :)

7/24/20 My experience was wonderful! Sable did my hair and she is absolutely fantastic! Shes so sweet!! I have really thick, long hair and Sable was able to take inches off easily while also giving me really cute layering at the tips; shes a PRO and paid extreme attention to detail too.She gave me a feathered style when she was all done and I am 100% a very happy customer! My husband even complimented my hair which is something he Rarely does so, overall, Im very VERY pleased with the service I received and the final product. Thank you so much Sable- Im definitely coming back soon!

Antoinette did an amazing job and I’ll definitely go back to Smart Style. I hadn’t had my hair professionally done since before the beginning of Covid. Stable is amazing!!!! One of the best colorists I have seen, especially if you are blonde and need a correction. She will make you icier then Elsa from Frozen!

Jenah (Jenna?) cut my hair recently and it is great. I don’t have a normal stylist I go to. My hair is just super long and I need a trim every now and then. She did a fantastic job and she is super friendly. I get a little nervous when people cut my hair because I don’t get it done often, but she took just the right amount off and my ends feel healthy again! Highly recommend.

My Mom & her friends began going to Audra, so I thought I would try her, too. I am so pleased with my color. Next will be a cut & highlight. Audra is no longer there unfortunately. Instead we walked in for an appointment and found Mindy whos supposedly the district manager. Shes rude, unwelcoming, and very unprofessional. It really made me angry when she spoke lies of the previous employees and even Audra, who we love too. This woman should never be upfront speaking with customers since she has no people skills and will never know how to attract customers . You shouldnt speak such slander about previous employees who were the reason for us coming back time after time for years. You messed up cause we loved Smartstyle until we had the worst experience in a salon ever.
