I never have issues with this Dr. Office! Absolutely outstanding staff, always polite, professional, courteous, happy and willing to help if you need anykind of help. This office is always super clean when you get top-notch care. Even through this virus that weve had, there was never any issues about appointments or anything They were just wonderful!

Billing nightmares! Being billed many time over for something I have paid previously and fighting it for months. Being told that I am all caught up on billing, then getting random bills for stuff that I somehow owe again. Will never be coming back which is sad because I liked the service here a ton. That was 3 months of going back and forth and over 6 hours (mainly on waiting for someone to answer) on the phone. Had to take PTO just to get a hold of their billing department which is truly sad. The office staff at the doctor office were extremely unhelpful and didnt follow through on anything they said they would do to help me.I know I just paid for stuff I already paid for in the past with this new random bill, but tired of this fight and better to put this place in the past for me. I hope the $101.08 is worth a patient to you.

The is, by far, the most disorganized doctors office that Ive dealt with! I just moved here from Colorado and have only 6 months left of the recommended 5 years of injections. I found them with a Google search and the location was convenient (or so I thought). I had NOTHING but one terrible experience after another with them. The doctor was very nice and super personable during my virtual visit, but thats where the good ends. I have no faith in this office and let me tell you why...I immediately initiated a transfer of serum from my AWESOME doctor in Denver to here back in early-mid June. My $800 out of pocket serum arrived at Relieve on 6/25. I heard nothing. At the beginning of July I called and inquired. Did you receive my serum? Can I come get shots? What next? I was told that a message would get to the MA and she would return my call. No call was received.On 7/20 when I was on vacation and finally had time to follow up again. I called and told the receptionist that I was pretty frustrated now. I got a very curt hold on and was transferred to the MA. When I spoke to her she confirmed that the serum arrived on 6/25, and didnt understand how it possibly got missed. I pointed out that it was nearly a month later and she was barely apologetic. She scheduled for me to come in for an 8:45 am appointment two days later to receive my injections after now going almost 3 months without them.But it gets better! My GPS takes me to the middle of a road where there is no doctors office. I use Google maps, Waze...they all say that the office is somewhere where NO office exists. I try to call and (shocker) they arent open until 9 am. So nobody is available to help with directions. You would think that the office realizes that GPS doesnt get you there. Not ONE other patient has mentioned that they cant find the office? Thats doubtful. I walk around two nearby medical buildings...they are nowhere to be found. After 20 minutes of searching everywhere and calling again at 9 am and not being able to get through to anyone still. I gave up and went to work late for nothing.As if I wasnt frustrated enough, I left a message explaining what had happened at 9:05 am and ask that someone call me back. Its now 5:24 pm and I never received a call back. Now Im left to scramble to find another doctor, wait to schedule another visit, pay a new co-pay, ask to request that my serum be transferred again, and wait to get my injections. I wouldnt trust this office to put a band-aid on a paper cut! I have NO idea how they are still in business.

Dr. Wendt and the staff at Relieve Allergy are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have already have recommended this place to people with allergy problems. The North Scottsdale office is located right off Scottsdale Rd. and has plenty of parking including a parking garage if you want to keep your car out of the summer sun!

Dr Julie Wendt is a great Doctor. Mary Ann, Denise and entire staff is caring, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have seen a difference with my allergies since taking treatment here. I highly recommend this place!

I would give zero stars if available. When I called to make an appointment the lady was very nice, I explained that I didnt have my insurance number which she assured me was no problem for them to look up, as it has been with any other doctor office Ive been to. When I arrived to my appointment the front desk lady was very rude and made numerous huffing noises as I was using the tablet to register. When I told her I didnt have my insurance number she groaned and said fine I guess I can look it up. I was 15 min early for my appointment to make sure I had time to fill out the paperwork. I sat in the waiting room for one hour before the huffing/groaning front desk lady told the other receptionist to tell the doctor I was there for my appointment. ONE HOUR LATER! I could hear her explain to the doctor that I didnt have my insurance card and the doctor said that they must have a copy of my ID and insurance and that I would need to reschedule. It was never mentioned on the call to make the appointment that my physical card would be needed. When they asked me to reschedule AFTER waiting for an hour I declined and walked out. In my car in the parking lot I called and got my insurance number in under 5 min. If any of the receptionist had mentioned that they were having an issue getting the number I would have made the call in the waiting room. They let me sit there for an hour with no mention of having any issues. When I called to let them know how upset I was and how easy it was for me to get the number the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. It was a half an hour drive to this appointment so taking two hours out of my day to have never even see the doctor. The front desk lady that was so rude was Mary Ann or Mary Beth. Due to the manner in which I was treated by the front desk I would not recommend this office.

Like other patients that previously posted, I have a very complicated case. I am immunocompromised from birth and have had an entire life of doctors passing me off as asthmatic and just throwing antibiotics at me. I cant tell you how many Z-Paks I have been given, only to get sick again two weeks later. Dr. Wendt was the first Dr. to treat the underlying immune system. After decades of poor management I was finally feeling what other people must feel like when they are healthy. My health has improved a hundredfold since I started seeing Dr. Wendt. She takes whatever time is necessary to ensure that I am taken care of. She is like a second mother to me. I have referred many friends to her office and they have had similar positive experiences. Thank you Dr. Wendt!

I am just completing my 5th visit for my rapid allergy treatment plan.. Dr Wendt, Mary Beth and the staff have walked me through initial allergy evaluations and testing to isolate the challenges. Then proposed several options of which I chose the Rapid.This has brought me to this office for a couple hours the last 5 Fridays. So we have gotten to know each other. This is a VERY high quality office focused on patient care! Not just medically either. My insurance was a challenge so they attacked that then offered a solutions. Prescriptions were needed and they found me AMAZING deals with one even being delivered to my house for free!Mary Beth is a fellow sufferer and long time Nurse. The value of her knowledge and care is hard to put a price on.Obviously it all comes from the top. Cant say enough about Dr. Wendt.Thank You, Thank You, Thank you for the effort. Heres to not being disabled by allergies this fall!

I have multiple chronic illnesses including a complex immune deficiency. Dr Wendt has been a godsend she even went into the office on a Saturday to make sure that my hives were gone for my wedding. Yes there may be a wait but thats because she deals with extremely complex patients and gives every patient the time and attention that they require. Sometimes thats more time than scheduled, and she can get behind. However, I know that she is going to give me the same level of care and attention when its my turn.

The WORST! The front desk staff are completely unprofessional. Went in for sinus infection and was told a prescription was being called in.....went to pick up 2 days later and it was never called in. Left message over weekend about where my script was and never got a call. Called Monday afternoon and was told it was given to me in a hard copy....it had not. Monday afternoon and STILL no prescription and still not called in. Sinus infection is winning. Recommend to go somewhere else.

Ive followed Dr. Wendt to three different locations throughout the valley since 2012. I was thrilled that she opened her own practice, and highly recommend her to anyone managing even complicated or chronic issues.

Dr. Wendt and her staff are the best allergy specialist. Finding allergies is like a needle in a haystack and they helped me so much!

This place is a godsend. Ive never experienced any care that has been this compassionate and thorough. From the minute you walk in, Anysia is super friendly and always accommodating with directions and acheduling. Joy is a kind soul with a knack for making uncomfortable things almost enjoyable and shes amazing at fighting the insurance company for me. Dr. Wendt has the most unbelievable ability to explain things, she has taken extra time to draw me diagrams, showing me how my body actually responds to allergens. She has spent over an hour,sometimes two at each appointment making sure that I understand what is going on. Shes like an angel. Its amazing being able to trust a doctor. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment if your allergies are caused by or are causing other symptoms.
