Show up for my 8:40am appointment at 8:30 with all my completed paperwork in hand, and Im still sitting there at 9:40am. I simply cant be expected to entrust my health to an office that is already at least an hour behind first thing Monday morning. Ill be seeking out a more professionally managed practice for my family.

I dont have enough good things to say about this place. From the front office, the nurses, even the billing staff exceeded all expectations. Dr Jorgensen and his staff are fantastic and if I could give 6 stars I would!

I had a bad experience with this institute for my visit. I had requested staff/frontdesk to know about procedure to verify with my insurance and not got any info. I got a bill statement that im due to amount after paying my co-pay. This is something Im not aware of the procedure to verify with my insurance. I called customer care and they are rude and helpless to sort-out the issues. There will be lot of hidden charges event after valid insurance. It more like they try to sell the other costlier plans for continues medication even though its not required for you. No proper diagnose. I dont recommended to other. Be careful.

Dr. Jorgensen is GREAT!!!!!!!!!! This was my first time as a new patient here. I originally was just scheduled to address my allergy issues. He was very professional, and had a plan for not just my allergy symptoms but also my sinus, and allergy issues. As he was explaining everything to me his assistant was typing up a plan and also made sure all the prescriptions were called in. He has excellent bedside manner. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Erdos and the rest of the team here were absolutely great! This was my first time at an allergist and they were very thorough and explained everything in detail.

My Daughters first visit was today and she saw Dr. Erdos. He was great. The Dr and staff were very patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable bringing my family here.

Dr. Mittel is fantastic, as is his PA Amanda.My son and I have had severe Asthma and allergy issues for years and we finally found relief.This is the only place to go for Asthma and allergy issues!

Exceptionally fine medical care. Dr. Jorgensens expert care is thorough & patient centered. Highly recommended.

Well we love Dr. Erdos however we had a terrible experience with Erika who administered my sons allergy shots.I understand there is no eating in the waiting room and there is a right and wrong way to speak with a child. She literally yelled and intimidated my 12 year old son. To make matters worse she basically bullied him the rest of our time their. She was very unprofessional in the way she communicated with us.My son feels very uncomfortable and he has never had an experience like that.We did file a complaint and we are hoping someone addresses this appropriately.In the mean time, my son will request shots from a different MA.

Dr. Erdos and staff are great! Dr. Erdos is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I’ve ever had! He takes time to problem solve complex issues and is very thorough. Our whole family sees him. I would highly recommend!

Dr Mittel is one of the best people I’ve ever met, and one of the best immunologists I’ve ever met.The staff is amazing. 5+ stars ⭐️

I received a bill worth over $1000 just after 1 visit with Arizona Asthma & Allergy Institute. I have never been to an allergist before so I cant tell you if this is abnormal but it was not anywhere near what I anticipated the price to be. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DO NOT LET THEM TRICK YOU INTO GETTING ANY EXTRA PRODUCTS FROM THEM. I would much rather live with allergies than pay hundreds of dollars for a BS assessment.
