I injured my knee from sport. And the knee was totally dislocated as you can see from the picture. For any other hospital. This will need a surgery for sure. But the doctor here, put the knee back by just 1 second. And after that they use the traditional Chinese Acupuncture to help me recover. Right now I can squat 275 pounds again.

I am 30 year old and have had gut issues on and off for years. My first visit at Great Wall was March 2020, it was so memorable for me as my symptoms cleared up immediately. I can only say great things about Great Wall Chinese medicine and Acupuncture!I started having migraine and pain in my eye area few months back. At one point the pain was so unbearable and I had to use some painkillers just to get by. I went to see an eye doctor and the doctor prescribed my some eye drops which didn’t help at all. I did a few MRIs and the doctors found nothing wrong. So my eye doctor wanted to refer me to a neurologist. I thought that was ridiculous and I started looking online and found Great Wall. Dr Xiao was very attentive and asked about everything and I found out the pain I had was caused by an accident. The accident was minor and I didn’t even thought about it. Dr Xiao helped me make a treatment plan and worked with my insurance company. Dr Yan is very knowledgeable in acupuncture and my pain was nearly all gone after three sessions. I couldn’t have been more happy with the results. After a few sessions, I had huge improvements in my shoulder area, the pain was almost all gone and I had better sleep and my general energy level improved by a lot.

They are a bit non traditional. Nonetheless, their methods have proven to be affective.

This place is AMAZING!! A family member of mine had extreme neck pain and stiffness. They were recommended this place and in one treatment, they were healed!! It was insane how fast and easy the process was! He went into the place, not being able to move his neck at all and walked out with his neck being completely back to normal! I came to Dr Xiang and Dr Yan about 18 months ago. I had stress fracture and arthritis on my left foot. I was in a lot of pain. With the Acupuncture Dr Yan performed was helping a lot. Then the COVID-19 hit my treatment was stopped. Because I am a Essential worker during the Pandemic we had been working 10 to 12 hours a day. My feet was in mass pain. After treated by foot doctor and I got back in with Great Wall Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Dr Yan is so professional and treatment was so effective. Now I am all better and I got my foot back. **Dr. Xiao and staff are exceptional and amazing! Her treatment center has helped me walk again for short periods. Before seeing Dr. Xiao I was bedridden for three months and the western medical approaches were not able to treat or capture the real issues and root of the pain. The last acupuncturist I saw wouldnt even treat my legs or lower spine due to fragility and sensitivity. My daughter went here during her appendectomy recovery stage. She is 6 years old and was a little apprehensive at first about acupuncture. She quickly turned around after Dr. Gingsong Xiao reassured her that the treatment is painless. After just her first visit my daughter went from having pain in her stomach area, exhaustion and a down feeling to feeling refreshed, energetic and free of pain! We continue to go there and plan on getting the rest of the family treatments after seeing the unprecedented results with our own eyes.

I recently visited GWCM for my lower back pain that was so bad it was affecting my walking, sitting and everyday life. I also was experiencing a shooting pain down my left leg that was so sharp I almost couldnt get up stairs at work. I went in was blown away by the office, there are multiple treatment rooms, a great atmospshere and the staff is so nice and helpful.I saw Dr. Xiao first and she went through ever question you could imagine, she was very in-depth, which made me feel good knowing she cared. She recommended TuiNa massage and acupuncture. After 1 visit my pain level went from a 9 to a 1-2 and after my second visit last week it is almost completely gone.I cannot say enough about the care given and the help that I received! I have been practicing Emergency and Urgent care Medicine for over 15 years but yet am not interested in prescription pain medication or surgery for chronic low back pain. I started with Dr. Xiao in mid May 2013 after a lumpectomy and 5 days of radiation. She came highly recommended by a friend who she had treated very successfully for knee pain. She began working on my energy, which was very low and my immune system. I felt results from an energy standpoint and more mental clarity within 3 treatments and have continued to get treatments because of continued results. I was rear-ended June 8th and the more concentrated acupuncture and TuiNa treatments have resulted in catching any impact of that accident early and continuing to strengthen my body, energy and immune system. Both Greg, who does the TuiNa and Dr. Xiao are excellent in their practice and I recommend them highly.

I have been successfully treated by Dr. Xiao for 2 very different conditions.1) I suffered a CTD / RSI hand/wrist injury due to my profession. Rehabilitation doctors are not trained to detect minor amounts of inflammation and use a pain scale of 1-10 to quantify a patients condition, or use expensive and uncomfortable diagnostic tests. For a minor inflammatory condition, hand therapy and anti-inflammatory medicines were the prescribed course of action. Unfortunately, a minor onset of more inflammation from overuse is not detectable by the hand therapist either, who is also trained with the pain scale. Dr. Xiao is an expert detecting minor amounts of inflammation and could identify both where and how I sustained it. She used a combination of deep tissue diagnosis and healing massage, herbal remedies, and acupuncture to remove the inflammation.Now, I am working with both Dr. Xiao and the hand therapist to build muscle and function. I have regained a tremendous amount of strength and am well on the way towards a full recovery.2) I had a persistent skin irritation lasting over a year that my dermatologist could not identify and prescribed steriodal creams for. Dr. Xiao recognized it right away as an energy imbalance in the liver channel. She used a combination of herbal remedies and acupuncture and cleared it away permanently after 4 months of treatments.She is easily one of the best diagnosticians and practitioners that I have ever met, and she truly loves her work. I cannot say enough about how she has dramatically improved my life.
