Jennifer is absolutely amazing. My wife and I going to her to correct our long term posture issues, and she has so much knowledge about the root of the issues. She doesnt waste our time by just treating symptoms, but rather begins the process of undoing bad habits or practices we didnt understand were hurting us.She is straight forward and calls it like it is which is something I dont see enough of in health practitioners. I knew there was no magic pill for posture correction, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive homework from her in my first session. There is a lot going wrong in my shoulders, and she pointed out ways Im using them incorrectly. I had honestly never thought I would be doing that without realizing.Its also nice that she can speak English for me and Chinese for my wife who is native to China. I wish I could have Dr chou in my life 5 years ago. My work put me in front of a computer for 8 hours a day. Yes, my shoulder and back hurt.
