Extremely rude customer service rep on my third phone call to the company after getting courtesy robo calls that my policy needed a few tasks done on my part. Instead of listening to my questions, the young lady just talked over me telling me I had done something wrong. After asking her to let me talk, she admitted she misunderstood what I was trying to ask but still kept saying it was something I did wrong. (OK, I get it but dont talk down to your customers. We arent all insurance policy customer service reps.) I finally said, OK... Im wrong but youre going to fix this for me? She said my policy was fine and when I asked her name so I could document that I called and my policy was fine if there were ever future problems, she pretended like she didnt hear me ask for her name four times and hung up on me.
