This is a pleasant environment to be in while improving your well being. The staff is encouraging and does a great job making sure you get the most out of our body without injuring yourself. I would suggest this for anyone that wishes to improve the overall strength of their bones, young or old. It does not take long, and I look forward to going each week. Well worth the 30 minutes every week.The science behind this is state of the art!

It was AMAZING! I was literally PAIN-FREE for about 7 hours after my first session last week and Ive had pain every single day for decades! Today after my second visit, much the same! I cant wait to get a Dexa scan now at the beginning of my time at OsteoStrong and check it again in a year, hopefully seeing an amazing increase. DJ and Jason are also friendly and seem to be very caring as well. Cant wait to go back!

I am so happy to find Osteostrong. I was looking for something other than medication after getting diagnosed with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. I have noticed a difference in my strength, easier carrying my toddler cousin, easier lifting every day objects and an overall stamina when walking. I have a busy schedule and this only takes minutes per week. So much better than all those Osteoporosis medication side effects. Thank goodness for Osteostrong!

Ive enjoyed my experience at Osteostrong Schaumburg. My strength and balance have improved considerably since starting the program. Ive enjoyed my contact with the owners and the manager Jason who are all super friendly people. Most of my workouts have been with Jason, who is an expert at positioning the body in order to get the best results.

I have been going to Osteo Strong for 11 months. Six years ago I was told I was close to having Osteoporosis. I feel stronger now and am able to more easily do the physical work involved with my job at a garden center. Everyone at Osteo Strong is friendly and encouraging. I enjoy going in once a week.

Ive lived with back/neck pain and discomfort due to injuries from a couple of car accidents. Doctors and meds helped me manage the pain over the years but I just couldnt sustain a normal level of physical strength for working in the yard or lifting dining room chairs without re-injuring my back.Since I started Osteo Strong sessions, Ive actually gotten physically stronger and am able to get back to a consistent regimen of physical exercise without a single relapse of painful muscle spasms. My original back injuries are still there but dont seem to bother me like they used to and I am measurably stronger, more active, and without pain.

I know I am in the best place I can be for getting my bones stronger (without drugs) when I am at Osteostrong. Vicky and Lyndun are the best at explaining everything to me and cheering me on. I actually look forward to going there every week.
