Dr. Brown has been my primary physician for many years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He listens and doesn’t leave a stone unturned to find out what is wrong. His staff is excellent as well. I love the fact you can get your labs done there too.

My 87 year old mother had made an appointment for a follow-up visit due to broken ribs from a fall. We got there to find she was not scheduled as she had actually called a different Memorial office. Tiffany, one of the front office staff, gave a masterful lesson in customer service as she calmed my mother, figured out what the mistake had been and was able to work her in while we waited. I was hospitalized with h1n1 at Memorial, and brown took my case. he was very friendly, and seemed knowlegable. he asked for a follow-up appointment, and his office sent me an automated reminder phone call the day before my appointment to remind me of the time and location. great doc. 5/5 stars.
