Pharmacy staff has always been very helpful when Ive tried to straighten out or inquire about my fathers many prescriptions.

Absolutely incompetent staff on the Naval side, especially in Records. Separated from the Navy and it took 7 phone calls over 3 months with 3 different people just to get to get my medical records FedExd to me.While separating, I needed an optometry exam, and they tried to tell me I couldnt separate without one and gave me a referral for an office that was booked 6 months out due to COVID, when I was within my 30 day window for checking out of medical.Dont give them the benefit of the doubt that theyre actually doing their jobs like I did, follow up at every opportunity.

Constant phone tag to schedule appointments, the receptionists never answer the phone during working hours, and exceptionally long wait times for basic functions.

If you enjoy waiting 1-2 hours for a simple urinalysis, I cant recommend them enough.
