I have never given a bad review online, but my hope is that the provider will pay attention. Ive had nothing but trouble...almost every event has been like pulling teeth...the system was down repeatedly, they had the wrong insurance on my file and used the wrong code to request a procedure, I travelled over 2 hours to for an appointment only to find out the machine was down when I arrived (they could have called me??), an inquiry about medication was transferred to someone who no longer worked there so I had to call back a week later to find out this happened, and just now I waited on hold for 15 minutes just for my call to be dropped after they transferred me to the doctors assistant. The sad thing is, I really like the physician. However, administratively this is the worst experience Ive had anywhere. This office simply does not function. Suggestion to management: get better computer and phone systems, and get staff input while choosing and developing those systems for best results.
