I dont know how this place has 4.6 Stars, they must have been giving away discounts or something. Their whole staff walked out on them, therefore nobody answers the phone. Good luck trying to get an appointment! And the one male doctor there spends about a half an hour with each patient, and theyre not talking about the reason that theyre there.. geez by all means go somewhere else otherwise plan on spending over an hour in the waiting in the waiting room!!! Im done with this place well I will never come back ever!!!!

I am very glad and grateful to Dr. Ponce. I have been to several doctors who have not listened to me. She is very good at listening and has helped me with my anxiety and depression. For the first time I actually feel like this is something I wanna can treat as she has taken the time to explain the treatment. For anyone looking for a doctor or has questions about anxiety and depression I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been coming here for over a year now and the doctors and nurses are very nice and professional. The office is always clean, you can take home a magazine if you want and they are always adding new services to improve the clinic. I would recommend anyone to come here and check them out. It will be worth your time.

Dr.Ponce is great, she is very nice and intelligent. She is one of the best doctors I have encountered. The only thing I would say is that some of the staff members can be a bit rude sometimes, one in particular as she has been that way for a while now and the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that I would recommend going in if you have legitimate medical reasons.

Ive been seeing Dr. Olsen since January of this year and he has been one of the best doctors Ive ever been to. Its a nice location and never wait very long. He is very caring and compassionate and always takes as much time is as needed and give excellent medical advise. His staff is always helpful and nice as well. 5 stars for Dr. Olsen!

I just want to say after many visits to this wonderful clinic, I have never been disappointed. Ive left a review before under my other nickname, but since they always go above and betond in their customer service, they most definitely deserve another great review.First, everyone of the staff members, all of them, are super kind and friendly, they use your name when are welcomed in and when you leave (small details like that show exceptional customer service). Second, the fantastic Doctor Ponce is amazing; very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing in the case of your diagnosis.*This is a clinic for patients with real medical or psychological conditions, so dont expect you are walking into a shady clinic because of the location or whatever, and then think you can get whatever you want, you wont so dont waste your time or theirs.This is a legitimate medical group, with an awesome staff, everyone of them, and a doctor who will actually prescribe you what is needed for your legitimate diagnosis with the documentation you provide. I am very happy with this place, more than private clinics where the staff and Docs dont seem to care at all about any of their patients.Dr.Ponce has an incredibly memory and Im very thankful she is there along with her staff that they all get along so well, I hope they will be there for a long time!!Lastly, simply ignore the others with bad reviews who come in here and then not get what they want because of the wrong reasons and no medical history to back themselves up; And then to have the nerve to leave negative reviews to the doctor and staff is incredibly rude and wrong, simply ignore them; go in for yourself if you have the proper paper work and medical reasons and you wont be disappointed! Definitely not going back there since there is a new Dr. (Dr .Olsen) to tell me that Im not in pain and try to charge me $139 for ibuprofen800 for fractures that never healed right. All these good reviews are only because they offer a 10% discount if you give a good review. Dont ever play yourself 🔑

In the last week I came for my monthly refill to find the door closed saying they only take MMJ patients now (I am not one of them) and that my doctor is no longer there. I am now out of medication that my body is used to taking for me to work properly. I’m unhappy with the way I was not given any notice and have no real explanation til date

Patient for years, but was asked to leave after failing a drug test, it was a false positive, after looking into it, the fact that not 1 of the many serious medical conditions that commonly cause + test result was ever mentioned to me, the fact that i often took 1 medication, and occasional took another med (1-rx, 1-otc), that both have an extensive history of causing false +s as well, was never mentioned.In fact the Dr. never said a word to me, he had his staff do it. Pathetic.Especially since they have my medical records, and would know what rx meds ive taken.this place is only interested in themselves, not the patients, i highly recommend everyone search for an alternative

I’ve been a patient of open care for the 2-3 years. this location i’m reviewing tricked me by using the open care brand except with a new logo, new location, new phone number, new (and blank website). i came here and didnt see anyone that i normally talk to. most importantly my prescription did not work at all and they would not refund me. CVS and target said they cannot take prescriptions from their doctor.

It was a wonderful experience.The staff is super helpful and friendly.Great place and real close to home.
