Always horrible slow workers and always say dont have appointments and have walk ins wait over 3 hrs to get attended Dont even answer their work phones very disapointed and angry

Extremely unprofessional and the wait is horrendous : they told us an hour wait and we waited for 2 hours without being seen. My Gf has a second degree burn on her back which he came to get checked out and the staff in the waiting room was exceedingly unhelpful and couldn’t even tell us exactly how long or how many people where infront of us. This office is extraordinarily helpful and willing to work with you to get the results you need.The physicians are also very friendly and capable of giving the best care for their patients.The nurses and support personnel are equally courteous and accomodatingIve worked for companies with full benefits and have seen many high established physicians offices in Beverly Hills and various other high end establishments. I find every one of the staff here is just as if not exceedingly more courteous and helpful as any of the other offices I used to visit.This office is also very clean and safe.I wish I could give them more stars!

I made an appointment before reading the reviews and felt hesitant coming in. Fortunately my wait time was not what these other reviewers experienced. After checking in I was called in after 15 minutes. I scheduled my pre op with doctor Patrick Geisemann and he couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. He thoroughly explained the results of my bloodwork and encouraged what I needed to do to better myself. There was a small issue with faxing over paperwork but was corrected immediately

Horrible clinic, the staff does not communicate with each other. I drove for an appointment that was made by Alta Meds Call center *last week*. Before heading out to my appointment I received a call from altamed however they did not leave a message regarding the call so I show up to my appointment and they told me that since they dont have any lab orders they cannot see me. Then I asked the front office if they can pull up my chart to see if any lab orders were sent in or saved in my chart and she finally says oh yes theyre in the chart... But says she cannot accommodate me at this time.. This is now the 2nd time I made an appointment where they Denied to see me when they were the ones who scheduled my appointment.. does not make any sense! Why would the call center agree to make an appointment if the clinic does not agree??????????? Please make sure to train your call center again/train your staff to leave messages and communicate with patients. Lastly what topped it all off was when I was heading out of the clinic there was a family with a little girl that was walking into the clinic and I noticed the security guard looking at the behind of the little girl and so I thought maybe he was looking at something else however when I walked past him I turned around to look at him and his eyes were fixated on my 8year old daughters rear so I told him please dont look at my childs body..

It’s disappointing that the patients appointment times are NEVER respected. I have been waiting for an hour after my “appointment” scheduled time and this happens every time i have an appointment. What’s the whole point of making an appointment if we get seen whenever the doctor feels like it? This is very upsetting because the staff is friendly but the way the perform is so unprofessional.

Staff is friendly but if u show up without an appointment expect long hours of wait time to get seen

The worst Medical experiences. Not just once or twice but several attempts to give this medical office a chance. From basic Child Physical exams to Pregnancy visits, this is not a professional place at all! They have lost records, say they can help you over the phone to lure you in and then tell you, the person who you spoke to should have not of said so. I mean really? This is suppose to be a medical facility that is supose to be there for you when in need and they fail at the bare standards of losing vacination records and then give you the switch and bait... I would rather go to the free clinic and wait the additional hour and get medical attention the right way, than have to deal with this place ever again. Been here waiting for three hours this is ridiculous dont ever come to this urgent care

It has been the worst experience when you arrived at a location and your appointment has been changed with no consent of the patient . It is unprofessional to disrespect patient time of appointment there is no process on scheduling a patient also for the Drs and staff . Alta Med needs to improve customer care service quality in many areas and most important train your employees not to be talking about patient thinking other people to it’s surroundings don’t understand any word in English. When the front desk is requested to talk to the supervisor and it’s called it is non professional to show up after 15 min of waiting in the lobby . I believe that person is in the wrong position job I was in the exam room for over 50 to 1 hour and they did not care about my concerns

IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO!I am a pre-existing diabetic with a 30 week high risk pregnancy, and just needed a referral from the OB to be transferred to UCI for high risk delivery and care. Just moved back from out of state so I was automatically and unknowingly assigned to this place by the insurance. My heart sank because it was the one place i did not want to go to! A couple years ago my close friend lost her baby there because of their medical negligence. Everyone I know that has had service there ONLY has bad things to say. So I knew I wanted to transfer ASAP. Especially because my pregnancy is High Risk and as a first time mom I want the best possible care. Yesterday I had an appointment scheduled at 9:20am and there until almost 12! I was seen by an elderly doctor who seemed very lost and confused. About 15 minutes tops were spent with the actual doctor, and that was because I had to explain everything that was detailed in my medical record (that he had in his hand) and requested the transfer. He did not know how to make a referral so the nurse offered to show him. I also asked for a prescription for the diabeties meds/supplies im running low on because they said the transfer request would take over a week. They said to pick my prescriptions up in a few mins out front. When I checked the Pharmacy tech said the doctor only sent one prescription, and its held up because they need the full prescription. They said they had to reach out to doctor and ask him to resubmit my order and they would call me to go back. I called this morning and there is NO prescription submitted, and the rep said she would reach out to the team and see whats going on....I mean, what in the hell is going on?! Who is running this place?!!!The ONLY reason I dont mind giving 1 star is because 2 of the office staff members, the pharmacy techs and the nurse that helped me that were very polite and helpful. The nurse was also very apologetic about the wait the whole time. I hope they find better places to work! They deserve better!

Waiting a long time

The place is very good but the doctor (Bui gynecologist) I did not like it at all, he does not pay attention to the needs of his patients terrible doctor they should change it because the staff is very good only the doctor noo😠

It is very poorly attended I do not recommend them to anyone
