I had originally came here and rated this place five stars however I went today and this place was the total opposite of my first visit. Today, they were rude unorganized, over booked. And they couldnt find my file, they insisted that i didnt have an appointment. At first i thought hey maybe i made a mistake, but a few other people showed up and had the same issue. They finally took me back but there work on me was done very rushed and carelessly, they left me hooked up on the machine 10 minutes after it stopped then he said he didnt have time to adjust me, or massage the pain area but then said ah ill just adjust you, he popped my back once then before i even looked up he was gone he was already kicking me out telling me i need to make another appointment. Yeah i am making another appointment but with another chiropractor who values my business. I think this office gets away with things because everyone who comes here is Hispanic and we wont complain to anyone. So im writing this review just to warn you, dont come here if you want good service and good therapy.

I was very well taken care at this officeI was in the best hand since the beginning of the Pandemic. The Covid Safety protocols are designated so carefully at the office. Dr.Bidarian kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better. The office is very clean and the staffs are so friendly and welcoming. I just recently moved to Santa Ana and looking for a trust worthy reliable chiropractor to help me with my years long pain due to a car accident that happened 23 yrs ago. I feel so blessed to have found Dr Bidarian, he is so great with his adjustment techniques that most of my body pain went away right away if not then it would be so much better a day or two later after his adjustment. Also the office staffs is so nice and helpful at the front that make me feel welcome on my first visit.

Great, attentive and friendly staff! The doctors are amazing and very personable! I loved the fact that I could be myself around them all while getting healed at the same time! Ill miss them all! Definitely recommend! 5 🌟

Today I went in with a frozen neck. And Dr B helped me out once again, the pain has become bearable and my range of motion is coming back.I went to a different chiropractor closer to my house yesterday but it didnt help at all, the pain increased horribly. So today I had to travel to Life and Health in Santa Ana, 35 miles from my home. Its worth it because I always leave feeling better no matter whats going on.I love Dr BS treatment, it always works 😃Thank you !!!!!!

Dr. Bidarian has been instrumental in improving my pain management and my overall quality of life. He and his staff are caring, kind, empathetic and always happy to help. He is an outstanding Chiropractor who I highly recommend. I have been a patient for many years and look forward to many more.
