This was my first time there and will be my last. I will continue to shop at Tropicana and West Clinic in Santa Ana. The sales person was bad at customer service and not familiar with the inventory. . When I go to Tropicana and West Clinic, the staff are there ready to help and are educated about their products and able to answer all you questions. They have a decent selection of product at OC3. Prices are competitive. With so many dispensaries in Santa Ana, you would expect to be on your game to compete and keep the customers coming back. Some places don’t care and just throw who ever behind the counter just to take your money.

This place has great stuff I love the edibles and their concentrates!to everyone complaining about taxes, news flash Incase you forgot, you live in CALIFORNIA the state with the highest taxes in the entire country!You want legal? Uncle Sam wants a piece of that brownie too!

Wow…. Just spent $40.00. Then there was over $15.00 in taxes. Got home a saw the flower I bought was packaged nine months ago. Very dry, squeezed a bud and it turned to dust. Old stock. What a joke. What a rip-off.

Awesome place with a nice selection.Be warned depending on what you buy Uncle Sam will get you on the taxes its close to 33.3 %. My first trip I purchased $68 with an additional $40 on tax charges.What I learned on my Second trip is to buy items that are on sale, those items are not taxed as high.The staff is always nice & very knowledgeable which is always a plus.😁👍🏼

Great place to shop! Always get in and out quickly but with great service. All the staff are cool and friendly including security. Zaini was also great and super helpful with recommendations on what product to get! Just come through once and I’m sure you’ll go back again

This dispensary is absolutely trash they round up your total to the nearest $5 and charge a service fee for using their card processor.

Hands down my favorite dispensary in all of Santa Ana. The receptionists are always in great moods and put a smile on your face. It has an awesome almost speak-easy type of vibe that I just love. The bud-tenders are extremely knowledgeable and you can see how passionate they are for Cannabis. Im always on a search for Heavy Hitters products and they have a super cool big display where you can see a bunch of options of strains they carry. The staff are super friendly and they have hands down the best specials. They keep a good stock of inventory and are knowledgeable about the products. When they are out of what I usually get, they know exactly what to refer cause they use the products themselves and have the knowledge. If you have your med card they cover taxes and you really cant beat that. Great dispensary overall.

Awesome place, with the friendliest staff in the world!!! I went in for my first time today, and it was pretty busy. I thought it would take a long time, but they were well staffed and incredibly knowledgeable, that it didnt take long at all. The gentlemen at the door were so welcoming, and the man who helped me behind the counter knew exactly what I needed without hesitation. Also, the manager behind the counter was unbelievably efficient. I was very impressed with her professionalism and ability to multitask with customers and her staff. I highly recommend this place. I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

I love this place! I come in once a week or so and always feel like a regular. Tons of great deals all the time. There are lots of choices in the area but this should be your first stop.

OC3 is one of my regular dispensaries that I visit. They regularly have amazing deals, all the right brands you want, and frequent promotions with the various companies. I went ahead and joined their mobile notification and that has always saved me an extra 10 sometimes 20% discount. I regularly buy my flower products here such as Fun Uncle or Henrys Original. I also get my Petra mints here frequently. Service is always good, the tenders are very knowledgeable and are solid go tos for a timely deal on your purchase. Dont be scared to ask!😉💯🔥

Knowledgeable staff, decent selection although I could swear there used to be more. Im guessing the law mandated testing lowered their available stock. They used to accept credit/debit cards, but they havent for some time now. Can be pricier, but they have some nice deals especially if you sign up for their texts.

Nice clean place with friendly employees especially when you check in up front. Not sure how good their prices are since Im new at this type of thing and this is the 1st & only place Ive checked out so far. Im 82 and use a cream for all my pain I suffer from. Perhaps in time, this place may consider giving senior citizens a special discount valid every day since people like me are on a very fixed income! Because of this, I will not be able to buy my cream all that often.

Ive always been satisfied with my experience at OC3. The staff is always friendly and they have no problem with explaining things. The dispensary has a wide variety of selections, not to mention the daily deals that they offer. Theres always a comfortable atmosphere and its exactly what every dispensary should be like. We tried many dispensaries in the area and unfortunately, this OC3 fell to the bottom of our list.Parking is minimal (like 3 spots total) and outside there was a cop just watching youIn the lobby, the girl up front was very nice and informativeOnce inside, the customer service fell short.Their flower is in dark containers - cant see it unless you ask them to bring it out and open it upLittle recommendations from the staff - didnt seem knowledgable of their own productParking - 1/5needs a lot more parking spacesSelection / variety - 3/5lots of different strains , its just difficult to judge them from the view. Youd have to ask about each and every one in order to know anything about itCustomer service - 2/5while the customer service wasnt the best, it wasnt the worst. The guy who helped us wasnt rude, just short and didnt say muchOverall, there are plenty of other places around who go above and beyond to personalize each experience and make sure you get what you need.

Girl with gray hair and glasses ( name not known) would not accept my California drivers license after inspecting it with the uv light and seeing the holograms making it legal. She lied and said she couldnt accept it because it had red flags. There was no reason for her to not let me in and she got me banned !! This dispensary allowed a front desk worker to discriminate against me for being a female. Beware female customers ! This place also sells cartridges alot cheaper but they are old and not potent. Thankfully they banned me so I discovered Bud and Bloom. Great customer service and they have a cozy shop with friendly workers who actually are excited to help you. OC3s seem high and lazy most of the time.They also do not swap out carts for you if they dont work -Bud and bloom does it without having to take it in the back and test it, they just swap it for you. I would stay away from here if you want to avoid rude and discrimination and apathetic employees.

Feeling bummed out about my experience today, I normally have zero complaints with this place but lately feel like its not the store it used to be. Prices keep jumping up and quality is not really there to match it. I was in 5 days ago and was told about a ton of awesome deals, when I came in today everything had been sold out and there were no deals to pick from at all. There were vendors trying to sell me on stuff I didnt not want while I waited in line and they took up a lot of floor space which was inconvinient seeing as how the store was packed. I have been coming to this dispensary since the grand opening and have stayed loyal to it even though I have lived far away at times in the past 3 1/2 years but now I feel like Im not a valued customer. I know there is a point reward system for dollars spent but I feel customers who have come back year after year should be eligible for at least some kind of deal and not be lumped in with the people who just want weed now that its legal.

Ive been to a lot of Dispensary and this is one of the better ones out there. Very clean and friendly. Dud-tender knew his stuff and help me with my purchase.

Our budtender was confusing about the pricing and ignored our ftp/referral deals. They spoke very quickly and only recommended and let us smell a handful of strains, treating us like they were in a rush when we were the only ones there. A bad experience, but I hope the bud is good.

One of the only shops in Santa Ana that let us buy recreationally without a CA license on New Year’s. Other shops in the area were rude to us (usually just hung up) when we told them we were from out of state but OC3 was polite and helpful. The staff was phenomenal and knew their stuff and the product smoked as expected. Very clean, professional and non-judgmental, plus their new customer deals are awesome!
